Abstract
Claims
1. A floating fastener for a brake disc, the brake disc comprising an outer ring disc defining an inner space, an inner ring disc disposed in the inner space, and a plurality of floating fasteners for positioning the outer ring disc and the inner ring disc, the outer ring disc having an outer peripheral edge located on the outer side, an inner peripheral edge spaced radially from the outer peripheral edge, and a plurality of outer mounting portions extending inward from the inner peripheral edge, the inner ring disc having a plurality of inner mounting portions arranged around each other and spaced apart and respectively aligned with the outer mounting portions, and each outer mounting portion and the corresponding inner mounting portion jointly defining a positioning groove extending in a direction parallel to an axial direction, the floating fastener of each brake disc comprising: a first fastener, which can be disposed between a particular outer mounting portion and a corresponding inner mounting portion, and includes a first body portion that can extend through a particular positioning groove, and a first head portion connected to one end of the first body portion; a first washer, which is sleeved on the first body portion of the first fastener; A first fastener is fitted onto the first fastener and overlapped with the first washer; and a second fastener is screwed to the first fastener to be used to position the outer and inner ring discs of the brake disc together with the first fastener, and includes a second body that is screwed to the first body at an adjustable relative distance, and a second head that connects to one end of the second body and is used to cooperate with the first head to define a limiting distance that allows the outer and inner ring discs to move axially. When the second fastener is screwed to the first fastener, the second head is spaced from the outer and inner ring discs by a axially extending clearance.
2. The floating buckle of the brake disc as claimed in claim 1 further includes a second washer that is fitted onto the second fastener and overlaps the outer ring disc and the inner ring disc with the second head of the second fastener.
3. The floating latch of the brake disc as described in claim 2, wherein, The second fastener also has a protrusion that extends axially from the second head around the second body and abuts against the first fastener.
4. The floating latch of the brake disc as described in claim 1, wherein, The first body has an internal tooth, and the second body has an external tooth that is screwed into the internal tooth.
5. The floating latch of the brake disc as described in claim 1, wherein, The first body has an external tooth, and the second body has an internal tooth that is screwed into the external tooth.
6. The floating latch of the brake disc as described in claim 1, wherein, The first head of the first fastener defines a plurality of positioning holes suitable for the insertion of an external tool to facilitate the application of a rotational force for relative rotation of the first fastener and the second fastener.
7. The floating latch of the brake disc as described in claim 6, wherein, The first fastener also defines a through hole that runs along its central axis through the first head and the first body, and the second body of the second fastener defines an auxiliary hole that is recessed from the end and is adapted to allow an external tool to pass through the through hole to facilitate the application of a rotational force to cause the first fastener and the second fastener to rotate relative to each other.
