Abstract
Claims
1. A quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system, comprising: a first coaxial waveguide metal layer having a plurality of cavities arranged in an array; a first antenna substrate located on the first coaxial waveguide metal layer and having a plurality of first antenna elements, such that the plurality of first antenna elements respectively correspond to the plurality of cavities, the plurality of first antenna elements having a first polarization direction; a second coaxial waveguide metal layer located on the first antenna substrate and having a plurality of through slots, such that the plurality of through slots respectively correspond to the plurality of first antenna elements; a second antenna substrate located on the second coaxial waveguide metal layer and having a plurality of second antenna elements, such that the plurality of second antenna elements respectively correspond to the plurality of through slots, the plurality of second antenna elements having a second polarization direction, the second polarization direction being 90 degrees different from the first polarization direction; and a waveguide radiating metal layer located on the second antenna substrate and having a plurality of openings, such that the plurality of openings respectively correspond to the plurality of second antenna elements; wherein... The first coaxial waveguide metal layer is further provided with a first patterned recess that connects to the plurality of cavities, and the first patterned recess corresponds to a first metal line of one of the plurality of first antenna elements, so that the plurality of first antenna elements do not contact the first coaxial waveguide metal layer; and the second coaxial waveguide metal layer is further provided with a second patterned recess that connects to the plurality of through slots, and the second patterned recess corresponds to a second metal line of one of the plurality of second antenna elements, so that the plurality of second antenna elements do not contact the second coaxial waveguide metal layer.
2. The quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system as described in claim 1, wherein when the first polarization direction is a vertical polarization direction, the second polarization direction is a horizontal polarization direction.
3. The quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system as described in claim 1, wherein when the first polarization direction is a horizontal polarization direction, the second polarization direction is a vertical polarization direction.
4. The quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of first antenna elements serve as a transmitting antenna to transmit a radio frequency signal; and the plurality of second antenna elements serve as a receiving antenna to receive the radio frequency signal.
5. The quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of first antenna elements serve as a receiving antenna to receive a radio frequency signal; and the plurality of second antenna elements serve as a transmitting antenna to transmit the radio frequency signal.
6. The quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system as described in claim 1, wherein a first waveguide element is further provided on the first antenna substrate, and the first waveguide element is electrically connected to the plurality of first antenna elements.
7. The quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system as described in claim 1, wherein a second waveguide element is further provided on the second antenna substrate, and the second waveguide element is electrically connected to the plurality of second antenna elements.
8. The quasi-planar coaxial waveguide dual-polarized array antenna system as described in claim 1, wherein the complex number of openings are each a rectangular opening and have a stepped horn structure.
