Abstract

A miniature light-emitting element device includes a circuit substrate, a pixel structure layer, a plurality of first reflective structures, and a plurality of optical structures. The pixel structure layer is disposed on the circuit substrate and includes a plurality of miniature light-emitting elements. The first reflective structures are disposed on the side of the pixel structure layer relatively away from the circuit substrate and define a plurality of accommodating spaces with the pixel structure layer. Each accommodating space exposes a light-emitting surface of each miniature light-emitting element. The accommodating spaces include a plurality of first accommodating spaces and a plurality of second accommodating spaces. The optical structures are respectively disposed in the first accommodating spaces. Each first reflective structure has a first height relative to the light-emitting surface, and each optical structure has a second height relative to the light-emitting surface, wherein the second height is greater than the first height.
