[0003] [Prior Art Documents] [Patent Documents] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3158533 [Summary of the Invention]
[0004] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Patent Document 1 discloses a combination dessert that attempts to solve the problem of stickiness by dispersing a gelatinous substance in the candy. However, the dessert in Patent Document 1 requires multiple types of desserts. Furthermore, although multiple desserts can be assembled, the size of the assembled desserts is limited by the size of the dessert container (tray). Moreover, there are problems such as the difficulty in achieving complex shapes with the assembled desserts.
[0005] The purpose of this invention is to provide a snack that enhances its appeal.
[0006] [Technical means to solve the problem] One aspect of the present invention is a snack, which includes a frame portion and a part portion held by the frame portion, wherein the frame portion is configured to surround at least a portion of the part portion.
[0007] [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, a snack that enhances enjoyment can be provided.
Implementation Method
[0009] Hereinafter, a type of confectionery according to the present invention will be described with reference to the figures. Figure 1 is a top view of type 1 confectionery.
[0010] Snack 1 is a gelatinous candy housed in snack container 101 and shaped into a prescribed form. For example, as shown in FIG1, Snack 1 is constituted as a snack set 100 consisting of Snack 1 and the snack container 101 as its housing. Moreover, when sold, in addition to being housed in the snack container 101 shown in the figure, it is also provided in a decorative packaging bag displaying the same cartoon image as the housed Snack 1.
[0011] The gum sugar mentioned herein may be manufactured by mixing corn syrup, sucrose, gelatin, concentrated fruit juice, edible oil, sorbitol, acidity regulator, thickener, plant-derived food coloring, and flavoring in a prescribed ratio.
[0012] As shown in Figure 1, the snack 1 is, for example, housed in a rectangular, relatively soft snack container 101. Furthermore, the snack 1 is provided with a frame portion 10 that runs continuously along the four sides of the snack container 101. Inside the frame portion 10, a prescribed cartoon character or a part portion 20 imitating a portion of that cartoon character is provided. The frame portion 10 is a generally rectangular shape formed by a first side portion 11 extending along the long side in a first direction, a second side portion 12 formed along the short side in a second direction, a third side portion 13 along the long side in a third direction, and a fourth side portion 14 along the short side (the combined length of the first side portion 11 and the third side portion 13 is greater than the combined length of the second side portion 12 and the fourth side portion 14), and it surrounds the two part portions 20. In this configuration, the first direction and the second direction are along the long and short sides of the rectangular dessert container 101, and are orthogonal directions.
[0013] When taking out the snack 1 from the snack container 101, the portion that is first taken out at one end of the frame portion 10 and the portion 10a at the other end are provided near one corner (lower left in the figure) when viewed from above the snack container 101. For example, the end of the first side portion 11 that is shorter than the third side portion 13 by a predetermined length (L11) is configured as the first take-out portion 10a. Similarly, the end of the fourth side portion 14 that is shorter than the second side portion 12 by a predetermined length (L14) is configured as the second take-out portion 10b. Furthermore, in terms of the direction of take-out, the first take-out portion 10a corresponds to the first direction of the first side portion 11, and the second take-out portion 10b corresponds to the second direction of the fourth side portion 14. In this configuration, the length (L11) of the shorter portion of the first side 11 is the same as the length (L14) of the shorter portion of the fourth side 14. Therefore, for example, the sum of the lengths of the first side 11 and the second side 12 is the same as the sum of the lengths of the third side 13 and the fourth side 14.
[0014] For example, if the part 20 imitates the head of a cartoon character, in this configuration, it is formed by continuously supporting the frame 10 via the holding part 15 with the same shape in a state of changing left and right orientation. Furthermore, the two part parts 20 arranged vertically are arranged as follows: a left part part 20L, which imitates the left side of the head (the left side of the cartoon character's head), is provided on the upper side, and a right part part 20R, which imitates the right side of the head, is provided on the lower side, forming a pair of part parts 20 with a left-right symmetrical shape.
[0015] As shown in FIG. 1, the part 20, when viewed from above, has a first part 21 with an angular shape and a second part 22 with rounded corners on its outer periphery. For example, it is constructed in a way that makes the angular shape of a part such as the jaw or the back of the neck more rounded. That is, when viewed as a whole, the second part 22 is more than the first part 21, and it has rounded corners compared to the original shape of the cartoon character. This is manufactured in the manner of, for example, by flowing a liquid material into the recesses formed in the dessert container 101. Therefore, when considering the flowability or moldability of the material when molding the liquid material, it is preferable to have more of the second part 22.
[0016] In order to form the prescribed shape of the cartoon character, the shape of the cartoon character can be formed in a top view as shown in the figure, and the three-dimensional shape of the cartoon character is formed by the concave and convex shape (see Figure 2). In this sample, it is configured as follows: the frame portion 10 imitates the runner of a plastic model, for example, and the various parts of the cartoon character are equivalent to the part portions 20. Moreover, the holding portion 15 extends inward to the frame portion 10 in a direction parallel or orthogonal to each side portion (first side portion 11, second side portion 12, third side portion 13, fourth side portion 14). The two part portions 20 shown in Figure 1 are held continuously on the frame portion 10 by two connecting portions of the holding portion 15 in the first direction and the holding portion 15 in the second direction, respectively.
[0017] Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view along line AA in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 2, the snack container 101 has a channel structure through which a gelatinous material can flow into the outer periphery 102 and the container bottom 103, which has a predetermined step relative to the outer periphery 102. A film cover 110 is attached to the outer periphery 102 to form a sealed structure. More specifically, the snack container 101 is formed as a continuous frame channel 10g, a part channel 20g, and a holding channel 15g, and the gelatinous material supplied from a predetermined part is contained by flowing into these channels.
[0018] As shown in Figure 2, the frame portion 10 has a cross-section in which one side (the upper side in the figure), i.e., the upper surface 10u, is planar, and the other side, the lower surface 10d, has rounded corners. That is, the lower surface 10d is the curved shape of the bottom part of the frame groove 10g of the frame portion 10, while the upper surface 10u is the flat surface shape when the flowing adhesive material is cured.
[0019] In the part 20, the upper part 20u of the part 20 in the figure is formed as a flat surface, just like the frame 10. On the other hand, the lower part 20d in the figure is formed into a complex shape with concave and convex features that imitates the shape unique to cartoon characters.
[0020] As shown in FIG2, the retaining part 15 includes: a recessed structure with the same depth as the frame part 10, a lower surface that is configured with a rounded corner shape similar to the frame part 10, and a narrow part 15a with a smaller cross-sectional area than the other parts. The narrow part 15a is configured such that both its width and depth are narrower.
[0021] FIG3 is a cross-sectional view along line BB of FIG1. With the snack 1 contained in the snack container 101, the film cover 110, which is fused to the outer periphery 102 of the snack container 101, is peeled off. When peeling off the film cover 110, peeling begins from the film peeling portion 108 opposite to the first removal portion 10a and the second removal portion 10b. The film peeling portion 108 is configured to form a pair of notches 108b on its base end side (see FIG1), showing the peeled portion of the film cover 110. Furthermore, the film cover 110 is provided with a facing portion 110a, which is fused only to the portion of the outer periphery 102 on the base end side, and the other portion is not fused, opposite to the film peeling portion 108. The film peeling portion 108 is easily deformed by forming the notches 108b. Furthermore, as shown in FIG3, the membrane peeling section 108 is configured to be inclined (inclination angle θ) in a direction away from the membrane cover 110 (downward in the figure).
[0022] Figure 4 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the operation when opening the dessert container 101. With the film peeling part 108 configured as described above, when opening the dessert container 101, as shown in Figure 4, for example, one hand's fingers 50 can pinch the opposite surface 110a of the film end. The other hand's fingers 51 can pinch the film peeling part 108. Then, by pulling apart using the fingers (50, 51) in opposite directions, the film cover 110 can be peeled off. Furthermore, during this peeling operation, as shown in Figure 4, the remaining fingertips of the other hand's fingers 51 on the lower side of the container can be pressed against the lower surface 10d of the bottom side of the first extraction part 10a (or the second extraction part 10b) of the frame part 10.
[0023] Here, the dessert container 101 is made of a flexible, flexible component. Thus, for example, as shown in FIG4, during the peeling operation, by pressing the bottom side of the dessert container 101 with the finger 51 of another hand, the first removal part 10a (the second removal part 10b) can be lifted out of the dessert container 101.
[0024] The following describes the removal operation of the dessert 1. Figure 5 is a perspective view showing an example of removing the dessert 1 from the dessert container 101. After removing the film cover 110, for example, the dessert 1 is removed from the first removal part 10a. At this time, the operation is performed by pressing or bending the back side of the dessert container 101 with your fingers. In this way, the first removal part 10a and the second removal part 10b are in a state of floating from the frame groove 10g, and can be pinched as shown in Figure 5.
[0025] Furthermore, during the operation of peeling off the film cap 110, the film peeling portion 108, as described above, is subjected to a force that causes the dessert container 101 to warp in the opposite direction. This causes the first removal portion 10a and the second removal portion 10b to be temporarily peeled off from the frame groove 10g, becoming detached from the dessert container 101. Therefore, this operation can be easily performed when pinching the first removal portion 10a and the second removal portion 10b.
[0026] Furthermore, when peeling the part 20 from the dessert container 101 while the frame 10 is held in place, the part 20, with its uneven shape, has a large contact area with the part groove 20g, requiring a greater force. However, since the plurality of holding parts 15 are arranged in different directions relative to the part 20, a greater peeling force can be applied when the frame 10 is pulled up.
[0027] Figure 6 is a perspective view of the part part 20 separated from the frame portion 10. When the dessert 1 is removed from the dessert container 101, the frame portion 10 is connected to the part part 20. Here, before eating the dessert 1, the part part 20 is separated from the frame portion 10. At this time, the two part parts 20 are cut apart by pinching off two portions at each of the narrow portion 15a of the holding portion 15. Furthermore, because the cross-sectional area of the narrow portion 15a is smaller, it can be broken with less force compared to other parts. For example, as shown in Figure 6, the three-dimensional part part 20 can be removed to the extent that the cutting mark 15b remains.
[0028] Figure 7 is a perspective view showing one example of the assembly method of the component part 20. As shown in Figure 7, the right component part 20R and the left component part 20L, which are cut off from the frame part 10, are brought into contact with each other with their flat surfaces facing each other. By means of the contact operation of the flat surfaces 20u, the left and right component parts 20 can be easily attached to each other by means of their inherent adhesiveness, without the need for special bonding means, simply by bringing their flat surfaces into contact.
[0029] Figure 8 is a perspective view showing the assembled state of part 20. The two parts 20R and 20L form a symmetrical shape, representing the left and right halves of the head of the cartoon character, as shown in Figure 8, thus constituting a three-dimensional head of the cartoon character. Furthermore, after being assembled to form the head of the cartoon character, it can be separated again for consumption or consumed while still in its assembled state.
[0030] Figure 9 is a top view of another example of the snack set 100. In the snack set 100 shown in Figure 9, the part 25 imitates the shape of a cartoon character's head 25a, torso 25b, legs 25c, and arms 25d, and is configured as one part 25 inside the frame 10. In this example, the holding part 15 has a narrow part 15a, and is configured with three parts connected to the head 25a and the two legs 25c. Furthermore, since the shape of the part 25 is relatively complex, a holding part 15 connected to the arm 25d can also be provided.
[0031] Furthermore, the part portion 25 is held such that the front end portion 25f of its right leg spans between the first extraction portion 10a and the second extraction portion 10b. That is, the front end portion 25f of the right leg is configured to be located outside the imaginary line IL connecting the first extraction portion 10a and the second extraction portion 10b.
[0032] Figure 10 is a top view of another example of the snack set 100. In the snack set 100 shown in Figure 10, two objects of different shapes, namely a shield-shaped part 26 and a weapon-shaped part 27, are disposed inside the frame part 10. The holding part 15 of this form has a narrow part 15a, and two of each are provided for the shield-shaped part 26 and the weapon-shaped part 27. Furthermore, the weapon-shaped part 27 is configured such that its front end 27f is located outside the imaginary line IL connecting the first extraction part 10a and the second extraction part 10b.
[0033] Figure 11 is a top view of the assembled state of the parts shown in Figures 9 and 10. The confectionery 1 shown in Figure 11 shows the assembled state of the parts 25, 26, and 27 of the different confectionery sets 100 shown in Figures 9 and 10. That is, for the main body part 25 of the cartoon character, the shield part 26 is attached to the left hand, and the weapon part 27 is attached to the right hand. The cartoon character assembled in this way becomes the assembled state showing its battle state. In this way, a plurality of parts 25, 26, and 27 set in different confectionery sets 100 can be used to create a prescribed assembly form.
[0034] Furthermore, in the assembly state shown in Figure 11, the color of part 25 can be changed from that of other part parts 26 and 27. Also, different flavors can be provided for part 25 and other part parts 26 and 27.
[0035] As described above, the present type of snack 1 has parts (20, 25, 26, 27) arranged in such a way that they are connected to and surrounded by the frame portion 10 via the holding portion 15. During manufacturing, the flow of the part into the groove portion of the snack container 101 can be taken into account to make the arrangement or number of the holding portion 15 a configuration with good formability.
[0036] In this sample of snack 1, since the first extraction part 10a and the second extraction part 10b provided on the frame part 10 are the ends of the frame part 10, it is easy to extract the snack 1 from the snack container 101. Furthermore, by positioning the first extraction part 10a and the second extraction part 10b close to the film peeling part 108, the peeling operation of the film cover 110 and the extraction operation of the snack 1 can be linked as a coordinated operation, thereby improving the extraction operability.
[0037] In this type of snack 1, the component part can be constructed by extending out of the frame part 10 in a manner that spans between the first extraction part 10a and the second extraction part 10b.
[0038] In this type of snack 1, since the first extraction part 10a and the second extraction part 10b are configured to have different extraction directions, it is convenient to extract the snack 1.
[0039] In this type of dessert 1, by means of a plurality of holding portions 15 extending from the frame portion 10 in different directions relative to the part portion, the pulling direction when the part portion (20, 25, 26, 27) is taken out by the frame portion 10 is a plurality of directions and can be increased, so that the peeling from the dessert container 101 can be performed well.
[0040] In this type of dessert 1, the frame portion 10 is configured to have a larger cross-sectional area than the holding portion 15, so that it is easy to hold when the part is taken out and can be pulled up reliably without cutting.
[0041] In this type of dessert set 100, the holding part 15 has a narrow part 15a formed between it and the parts (20, 25, 26, 27), which allows the parts (20, 25, 26, 27) to be easily separated from the frame part 10.
[0042] In this type of snack set 100, by setting the frame portion 10 along each side of the outer edge of the snack container 101, the volume of the snack 1 can be increased and provided.
[0043] In this type of dessert set 100, the flowability of the dessert 1 can be improved by making the frame groove 10g with rounded corners in the cross section of the frame 10.
[0044] In this type of snack 1, the parts (20, 25, 26, 27) have unevenness in the groove 20g of the parts, which can imitate the shape of a cartoon character. On the other hand, by forming a flat surface without unevenness on one side 20u of the parts, it can be set as a better shape for the attachment area of the parts to each other.
[0045] In this type of dessert 1, the second part 22 with rounded corners on its outer periphery is more numerous than the first part 21 with sharp corners, which can improve the fluidity of the dessert 1 during manufacturing.
[0046] In this type of dessert 1, while maintaining two parts (20R, 20L), a symmetrical shape is formed by combining one part with another part. When the part (20R, 20L) is removed from the frame 10 and assembled, a more three-dimensional object can be presented.
[0047] The present invention has been described above in one embodiment, but the present invention may be modified appropriately within the scope of its technical concept. For example, in the above embodiment, the holding portion 15 is configured to have a portion having approximately the same width as the frame portion 10 when viewed from above, but it is not limited thereto, and the holding portion 15 as a whole may be configured to have a narrower width.
[0048] In the above configuration, the narrow portion 15a of the holding portion 15 is configured such that its depth is shallower, but it is not limited to such a configuration. It may also be configured such that the depth is the same but the width is narrower.
