Electronic apparatus for providing price information, method therefor and computer-readable non-transitory recording medium for executing the method

Abstract

According to the present invention, a method for providing price information via an electronic device may include the following steps: confirming information of a user account accessed to an e-commerce platform; receiving a request for a first page from the user account's terminal, the first page being associated with a first item being sold on the e-commerce platform; confirming information of the first item; confirming discount information categorized into a plurality of categories based on at least a portion of the user account information and the information of the first item; transmitting a response to the request to the terminal so that information on the customized sales price of the first item for the aforementioned user account is displayed via a first interface in the initial screen of the first page, the customized sales price being obtained by applying discounts to each of the plurality of categories; receiving input to the first interface on the first page from the terminal; and transmitting a response to the input to the terminal so that the discount information categorized into a plurality of categories is displayed on the first page via a second interface obtained by expanding the first interface.

Claims

1. A method for providing price information, which provides price information in an e-commerce platform via an electronic device, comprising the following steps: confirming information of a user account accessed to the e-commerce platform; receiving a request for a first page from the terminal of the user account, the first page being associated with a first item being sold on the e-commerce platform; confirming information of the first item; confirming discount information categorized into a plurality of categories based on at least a portion of the information of the user account and the information of the first item; transmitting a response to the request to the terminal to display information on the customized sales price of the first item for the user account via a first interface on the initial screen of the first page, the customized sales price being obtained by applying discounts to each of the plurality of categories; receiving input on the first interface in the first page from the terminal; and transmitting a response to the input to the terminal to display the discount information categorized into the plurality of categories on the first page via a second interface obtained by expanding the first interface.

As in the method of providing price information in request item 1, the information of the aforementioned user account includes: Whether the aforementioned user account is a member of the aforementioned e-commerce platform, information on coupons held by the aforementioned user account, cash information, and information on cards that can be used by the aforementioned user account are all included in the information.

3. As in request item 1, the method for providing price information, wherein the information for the first item mentioned above includes: Information on the identification of the first item and the initial price set by the seller of the first item.

As in Request 1, the method for providing price information, wherein the categories of the aforementioned discount information include: At least a portion of the following: a first discount category provided to members of the aforementioned e-commerce platform; a second discount category corresponding to coupons held in the aforementioned user account; a third discount category corresponding to cash held in the aforementioned user account; and a fourth discount category corresponding to card discounts used by the aforementioned user account at the time of settlement.

The method for providing price information as requested in item 1, wherein the customized sales price obtained by applying the discounts of the plurality of categories is displayed in the first interface, and the name of the discount of the plurality of categories and the discount amount of the plurality of categories are displayed in the second interface.

The method for providing price information as requested in item 1, wherein the second interface displays a list of discount options and buttons for each discount option according to the plurality of categories, and the first interface displays information on the customized selling price applied to the discount option corresponding to the button selected according to the plurality of categories.

7. The method of providing price information as requested in item 6, wherein the discount options are displayed in descending order according to the above multiple categories, starting with the discount amount.

8. The method for providing price information as requested in item 6 further includes the following steps: receiving a request to add the item to the cart from the terminal; and storing information on the discount option corresponding to the selected button at the time the request to add the item to the cart is received.

The method for providing price information as requested in item 8 further includes the following steps: receiving a request for a shopping cart page from the terminal; transmitting a response to the shopping cart page to the terminal to display information on the shopping cart page of the customized sales price obtained by applying the preset discount option to the first item; and transmitting a notification to the terminal informing that a discount option different from the preset discount option has been selected on the first page.

The method for providing price information as described in claim 8 further includes the following steps: receiving a request for a shopping cart page from the terminal; transmitting a response to the shopping cart page to the terminal to display information on the shopping cart page of the customized sales price obtained by applying the preset discount option to the first item; and transmitting information on the third interface to the terminal to display the third interface on the shopping cart page when the request to add to cart is received, the third interface being the one that provides information on the customized sales price obtained by applying the discount option corresponding to the selected button.

The method for providing price information as requested in claim 1, wherein the first interface displays information on the customized sales price obtained by applying the discount amounts of each of the plurality of categories, and the second interface displays one or more first sales price options and one or more second sales price options, wherein the one or more first sales price options correspond to the case where at least a portion of the discounts applied to the customized sales price is replaced by other discounts belonging to the plurality of categories, and the one or more second sales price options correspond to the case where additional settlement discounts not belonging to the plurality of categories are added to the customized sales price.

The method of providing price information as requested in item 11, wherein the order in which the first sales price option and the second sales price option are displayed on the second interface is arranged based on the sales price corresponding to each of the first sales price option and the second sales price option.

The method for providing price information as requested in claim 1, wherein the first interface is as follows: A fixed interface displays information about the customized sales price obtained by applying the discount amounts of each of the plurality of categories; An interactive interface that dynamically changes in response to gesture input from the terminal displays one or more first sales price options and one or more second sales price options, wherein the one or more first sales price options correspond to a situation where at least a portion of the discounts applied to the customized sales price is replaced by other discounts belonging to the plurality of categories, and wherein the one or more first sales price options correspond to a situation where additional settlement discounts not belonging to the plurality of categories are added to the customized sales price; When either the first sales price option or the second sales price option is selected from the terminal, discount information corresponding to the selected sales price option is displayed via the second interface.

The method of providing price information as requested in item 1, wherein the remaining time of the validity of the customized sales price is further displayed in the second interface mentioned above, the remaining time being calculated based on the expiration date set for at least a portion of the discount information categorized into the plurality of categories.

15. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium recording a program for performing the method as described in claim 1 on a computer.

An electronic device for providing price information in an e-commerce platform, comprising a memory for storing commands and a processor, the processor being configured to: connect to the memory to confirm information of a user account accessed to the e-commerce platform; receive a request for a first page from the user account's terminal, the first page being associated with a first item being sold on the e-commerce platform; confirm information about the first item; confirm discount information categorized into a plurality of categories based on at least a portion of the user account information and the information about the first item; transmit a response to the request to the terminal to display information on a customized sales price for the first item of the user account via a first interface on the initial screen of the first page, the customized sales price being obtained by applying discounts to each of the plurality of categories; and receive input from the terminal to the first interface on the first page. The response to the input is transmitted to the terminal so that the discount information classified into the plurality of categories is displayed on the first page through the second interface obtained by expanding the first interface.
