Abstract

This invention provides a linkage track system comprising a track body, a plurality of track rods, a plurality of sliding members, and a plurality of linkage members. The sliding members are movably assembled on the track body and the track rods. Each linkage member is disposed between any two adjacent track rods, and each linkage member includes a driving part that can move within a linkage guide groove formed on another adjacent track rod, defining a free travel distance. When one of the track rods is displaced by force, its corresponding driving part, after completing the free travel distance, abuts against the end of the linkage guide groove, thereby displacing the other adjacent track rod. Thus, the linkage track system enables the track rods to unfold or retract smoothly and with low noise in sequence.

Claims

1. A linkage track system, comprising: a track body; a plurality of track rods; a plurality of sliding members, each sliding member having a first slide rail on one side, the first slide rail being movably mounted on the track body, and at least one second slide rail on the other side, the at least one second slide rail being movably mounted on at least one of the track rods, wherein, At least one outermost sliding member is provided with a hinge member between its first slide rail and at least one second slide rail. The hinge member includes: a first hinge portion connecting the track body and forming a first through hole; a second hinge portion connecting the corresponding at least one of the track rods and coaxially corresponding to the first through hole to form a second through hole; a pivot pin pivotally disposed in the first through hole and the second through hole, so that the second hinge portion can rotate relative to the first hinge portion about the pivot pin; and a plurality of linkage members, each linkage member being disposed between any two adjacent track rods. When one of the track rods is displaced by force, its corresponding linkage member is displaced in conjunction with the displacement, causing the adjacent other track rod to displace.

2. The linkage track system as described in claim 1, wherein, The track body includes a plurality of first tracks and a plurality of second tracks, the second tracks being movably assembled within the first tracks.

3. The linkage track system as described in claim 2, wherein, One side of the first track is provided with a pair of first outer rails, and one side of the second track is provided with a pair of second inner rails located between the pair of first outer rails, and the outer rail surface formed by the pair of first outer rails is flush with the inner rail surface formed by the pair of second inner rails.

4. The linkage track system as described in claim 1, wherein, One end of the track body is provided with an end cap, and a male positioning rib is formed on one side of the end cap. At least one of the outermost sliding members forms a female positioning rib corresponding to the male positioning rib. The female positioning rib can be selectively assembled on the male positioning rib.

5. The linkage track system as described in claim 1, wherein, Each linkage includes: an assembly portion fixed to one of the track rods; an extension portion connected to the assembly portion; and a drive portion connected to the extension portion and movably assembled to the other adjacent track rod.

6. The linkage track system as described in claim 5, wherein, The driving part includes a guide pin, and a pair of linkage guide grooves corresponding to the guide pin are formed on the adjacent other track rod. The guide pin is movably assembled in the linkage guide groove. The linkage guide groove has a first end and a second end in the length direction. When the guide pin abuts against the first end or the second end, it drives the adjacent other track rod to move. Before abutting against the first end or the second end, the guide pin travels a free stroke in the linkage guide groove, wherein the free stroke is defined by the distance between the first end and the second end.

7. The linkage track system as described in claim 1, wherein, The linkage track system further includes a universal joint at one end of a tie rod, an assembly at one end of the universal joint, and the assembly is mounted on the side of one of the track rods.

8. The linkage track system as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the track rods has at least one spacer on one side, and each spacer is disposed between any two adjacent sliding members.
