Abstract

An aromatherapy device includes a housing unit with an air intake channel, an air supply unit, an atomizing unit, and an oil supply unit. The air supply unit includes an air pump communicating with the air intake channel. The atomizing unit includes a nozzle surrounding an atomizing space and a mixing element extending downward from the nozzle. The oil supply unit includes an essential oil bottle disposed on the nozzle and surrounding the mixing element and the atomizing space, a tube with its top end disposed on the mixing element and extending into the essential oil bottle, and a filter element disposed at the bottom end of the tube element and located within the essential oil bottle. The filter element has multiple micron-sized pores that prevent larger molecules in the essential oil from passing through, thereby ensuring the atomization effect and the quality of the aroma gas.

Claims

1. A fragrance device, comprising: a housing unit having an air intake channel, and including an outer shell, an inner frame surrounded by the outer shell and cooperating with the outer shell to define an installation space, and a top cover embedded at the top of the outer shell and covering the inner frame, the inner frame having a frame base surrounding an internal space, and an air nozzle protruding from the frame base into the installation space, the air intake channel extending from the air nozzle to the frame base, and the top cover having an opening; An air supply unit includes an air pump disposed within the housing unit and connected to the air intake channel, a check valve connected to the housing unit and the air pump via a connecting pipe, a battery electrically connected to the air pump, a control module electrically connected to the air pump and the battery, and an operation module disposed on the housing unit and signal-connected to the control module. The check valve is connected to the air nozzle via the connecting pipe. The air pump, the check valve, and the battery are located in the installation space. The control module is located in the installation space and disposed on the inner frame. The operation module is disposed on the top cover and located outside the installation space. An atomizing unit is located within the internal space and includes a nozzle disposed within the housing unit and surrounding an atomizing space, and a mixing component disposed on the nozzle and extending downward from the nozzle. The nozzle has an air supply channel communicating with the air inlet channel, a through groove extending vertically and communicating with the atomizing space, and an output hole located above and communicating with the through groove and exposed outside the housing unit. The nozzle has a surrounding wall portion embedded and fixed to the frame base, a tube seat portion connected to and surrounded by the surrounding wall portion, and a cover portion disposed at the top of the surrounding wall portion and having the output hole. The tube seat portion and the surrounding wall portion cooperate to define a mounting space located above the tube seat portion and communicating with the output hole, and the atomizing space located below the tube seat portion. The unit has an air supply channel and a through groove that runs vertically through the unit and connects the installation space and the atomization space. The cover is located inside the opening so that the output hole is exposed upwards. The mixing component has an air outlet channel that connects to the air supply channel, an air jet hole that connects the air outlet channel and the atomization space and has a gradually narrowing or smaller diameter, an oil spray hole that corresponds to the air jet hole and connects to the atomization space and has a gradually narrowing or smaller diameter, and an oil inlet channel that connects to the oil spray hole; and an oil supply unit located in the internal space, including an essential oil bottle disposed on the nozzle and surrounding the mixing component and the atomization space, a tube with its top end disposed on the mixing component and connecting to the oil inlet channel and extending into the essential oil bottle, and a filter disposed at the bottom end of the tube and having multiple filter holes and located in the essential oil bottle.

2. The fragrance device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The atomizing unit also includes a vent valve disposed inside the nozzle and connecting the output hole and the through slot. The vent valve allows gas to pass through but restricts the passage of essential oil.

3. The fragrance device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The mixing component of the atomizing unit has a receiving pipe portion inserted into the nozzle seat portion and having the air outlet channel and the air jet hole, and a suction pipe portion extending downward from the receiving pipe portion but not connected to the receiving pipe portion. The suction pipe portion is for the oil supply unit to be inserted into, and has the oil injection hole and the oil inlet channel.

4. The fragrance device as claimed in claim 3, wherein, The atomizing unit also includes a vent valve that connects to the nozzle cover and communicates with the output port, and is located in the setting space and communicates with the through slot. The vent valve allows gas to pass through but restricts the passage of essential oil.

5. The fragrance device as claimed in claim 3, wherein, The nozzle of the atomizing unit also has a threaded connection that is disposed on the inner surface of the surrounding wall near the bottom end and is detachably connected to the essential oil bottle.
