Abstract

A flow guide and a server rack. The flow guide is a hollow structure, including a first opening and two second openings. The first opening is located on a first side of the flow guide. The two second openings are located on a second side of the flow guide opposite to the first side. The two second openings are separated by a concave surface. The server rack includes at least one support and a plurality of flow guides. The flow guides are sleeved onto a manifold of the support through the concave surface. The flow guides are sequentially sleeved such that, in two adjacent flow guides, the two second openings of the upper flow guide are located inside the lower flow guide.

Claims

1. A flow guide, which is a hollow structure, comprising: a first opening and two second openings, the first opening being located on a first side of the flow guide, the two second openings being located on a second side of the flow guide opposite to the first side, and the two second openings being separated by a concave surface; and a body and two side arms extending from the body, wherein the first opening is located on the side of the body away from the side arms, and the two second openings are respectively located on the side of the side arms away from the body; wherein the body includes an outer arc surface facing the second side, and the two side arms respectively include a first surface and a second surface facing each other, the outer arc surface connecting the first surface and the second surface to form the concave surface.

2. The guide as claimed in claim 1, wherein in an arrangement direction of the two second openings, the width of the first opening is greater than a distance between the mutually distant outer sides of the two second openings.

3. The guide member as described in claim 1, wherein the body includes an internal space, each of the two arms includes an internal space of one side arm, the internal space of the body is connected to the internal space of the side arm, and the first opening, the internal space of the body, the two internal spaces of the two side arms and the two second openings form the hollow structure.

4. A server rack comprising: at least one support having a side surface and a plurality of manifolds sequentially arranged on the side surface; and a plurality of flow guides as described in claim 1, wherein the concave surface of each of the flow guides is respectively fitted over the manifolds, and the flow guides are sequentially fitted such that the two second openings of one of any two adjacent flow guides are located inside the other of the two adjacent flow guides.

5. The server rack as described in claim 4 further includes a water tray and a connecting pipe, the water tray being located at the bottom layer of the server rack, and the connecting pipe being located between one of the flow guides closest to the water tray and the water tray.

6. The server rack as described in claim 5, wherein the connecting conduit includes an opening, and the two second openings of the flow guides closest to the water tray are located within the opening of the connecting conduit.

7. The server rack as claimed in claim 5 further includes at least one chassis located above the water tray and connected to one of the manifolds, wherein the at least one chassis includes a flow guide extension extending above the first opening of one of the flow guides.

8. The server rack as described in claim 5 further includes a leak detection unit disposed on the drip tray.
