Abstract

A tray structure includes four side frames and an inner section; the four side frames are connected to each other to form a frame-like structure, and each side frame has a top, an outer side extending downward from the outer edge of the top, and an inner side extending downward from the inner edge of the top; the inner section is connected to each side frame, and the lower edge of the outer side of each side frame extends downward and is located below the bottom surface of the inner section; wherein, each side frame is provided with at least one interference notch, and each interference notch is formed by partially recessing the outer side of the outer side frame into the top, and has a first interference wall and two second interference walls, the first interference wall is arranged in an outwardly inclined manner from the top part, and the two second interference walls are respectively located on the two sides of the first interference wall and are arranged at a distance from each other, and are gradually inclined from the top.

Claims

1. A pallet structure, comprising: Four frames are interconnected to form a frame-like structure, and each frame has a top, an outer side extending downward from the outer edge of the top, and an inner side extending downward from the inner edge of the top; and an inner structure connected to the frames, with the lower edge of the outer side of each frame extending downward and located below the bottom surface of the inner structure; wherein each frame has at least one interference notch, and each interference notch is formed by a partial recess of the outer side of the outer side into the top, and has a first interference wall and two second interference walls. The first interference wall is arranged from the top part in an outwardly inclined manner from top to bottom, and the two second interference walls are respectively located on the two sides of the first interference wall and are arranged at a distance from each other, and are gradually inclined from top to bottom; thereby, when stacked, the interference notch of the upper tray structure extends to the interference notch of the lower tray structure and interferes with each other.

2. The tray structure as described in claim 1, wherein one or more height limiting structures are provided under the top of each of the edges and connected between the top, the outer side and the inner side.

3. The pallet structure as described in claim 2, wherein the lower edge of the height limiting structure is located above the internal structure.

4. The pallet structure as described in claim 2 or 3, wherein the height limiting structure is in the form of a vertical sheet.

5. The tray structure as described in claim 1, wherein the outer sides of each of the frame are inclined or vertical outwards.

6. The tray structure as described in claim 1, wherein the lower edge of the outer side of each frame extends outward by an outer edge, and the lower edge of the first interference wall also extends outward by a first interference edge, and the lower edges of the two second interference walls also extend outward by a second interference edge, and the first interference edge is connected to the two second interference edges respectively, and the two second interference edges are connected to the outer edge and integrally formed.

7. The tray structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the frame edges is provided with a recessed and conical alignment portion at the top surface of the interconnected parts, and the bottom surface of the alignment portion has a pair of mating surfaces.

8. The tray structure as described in claim 7, wherein each of the aligning portions is provided with a limiting structure on both sides, and a corresponding structure that engages with the limiting structure is provided on both sides of the aligning surface.

9. The tray structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one grip portion is provided on each of the edges, the grip portion having a force-bearing wall integrally extended from the top and two support walls formed outward from the outer side to support the force-bearing wall to form a notch.

10. The tray structure as described in claim 1, wherein the internal structure is in the form of one or more ribs.

11. The tray structure as described in claim 1, wherein the internal structure is plate-shaped.

12. The tray structure as claimed in claim 11, wherein the internal structure further has a plurality of support ribs located below the plate.
