Abstract

An urban planning query system includes a communication unit, a storage unit, and a processing unit. The communication unit connects a terminal device and a geographic information server. The storage unit stores a planning database and a generative artificial intelligence model. The processing unit connects to the communication unit and the storage unit and is configured to perform the following steps: receiving real estate information and a query command from the terminal device; obtaining geospatial data from the geographic information server based on the real estate information; obtaining urban planning data corresponding to the geospatial data from the planning database based on the geospatial data; and importing the urban planning data and the query command into the generative artificial intelligence model to generate an urban planning regulation table corresponding to the query command. This improves data collection efficiency and reduces manual typing errors.

Claims

1. An urban planning query system for generating an urban planning regulation table, the urban planning query system comprising: a communication unit for signal connection to a terminal device and a geographic information server; a storage unit for storing a planning database and a generative artificial intelligence model; and a processing unit signal-connected to the communication unit and the storage unit, the processing unit configured to perform the following steps: signal-connecting to the terminal device via the communication unit and receiving real estate information and a query command from the terminal device; signal-connecting to the geographic information server via the communication unit and obtaining geospatial data corresponding to the real estate information from the geographic information server based on the real estate information; obtaining urban planning data corresponding to the geospatial data from the planning database based on the geospatial data; and importing the urban planning data and the query command into the generative artificial intelligence model, causing the generative artificial intelligence model to generate the urban planning regulation table corresponding to the query command based on the urban planning data; wherein... The generative artificial intelligence model performs a vectorization operation on the urban planning data and the query command to convert the urban planning data and the query command into a first semantic vector and a second semantic vector, respectively. The generative artificial intelligence model then performs a similarity comparison operation on the first semantic vector and the second semantic vector to find the most relevant content to the query command in a major planning data, a detailed planning data and a usage zoning data of the urban planning data to obtain a similarity result, and generates the urban planning regulations table based on the similarity result.

The urban planning query system as described in claim 1, wherein the urban planning data includes at least a statutory building coverage ratio, a statutory floor area ratio, a permitted use item, a minimum building site area, a building setback, a floor area bonus, a floor area transfer, a parking space, an excavation ratio, a scope of urban design review, and a special provision.

5. The urban planning query system as described in claim 1, wherein the communication unit connects to the terminal device via an application programming interface (API) signal.

6. The urban planning query system as described in claim 1, wherein the generative artificial intelligence model is a large language model (LLM).
