Abstract

A cutting tool of the present invention includes: a body having an assembly chamber and an elongated hole connected to the assembly chamber; a tool holder covering a cutting blade and exposing the cutting edge, a support portion of the tool holder being coupled to the assembly chamber, the support portion causing the tool holder to rotate relative to the body; a plurality of recesses disposed on the support portion, sequentially aligned with the elongated hole, adjacent recesses being at an angle; a slider assembled to the elongated hole and reciprocating relative to the body to a locked position and a released position; and a pyramidal portion disposed on the slider; in the locked position, the pyramidal portion engages with one of the recesses to stabilize the cutting angle of the cutting blade. In the released position, the pyramidal portion disengages from either recess, allowing adjustment of the cutting angle of the cutting blade.

Claims

1. A cutting tool adjustment structure, comprising: One entity; A blade holder that covers the blade and exposes part of the cutting edge; A support portion is provided on the tool holder; An assembly chamber is disposed on the body for receiving the support portion, allowing the tool holder to rotate relative to the body; an elongated hole is disposed on the body, communicating with the assembly chamber; a plurality of recesses are disposed on the support portion and sequentially aligned with the elongated hole, with adjacent recesses forming an angle; a slider is assembled on the elongated hole and reciprocates relative to the body to a locked position and a released position; and a pyramidal portion is disposed on the slider; in the locked position, the pyramidal portion engages with one of the recesses; in the released position, the pyramidal portion disengages from either recess.

2. The cutting tool adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The assembly chamber consists of an annular portion with a circular hole extending from the end of the main body and a baffle; a shaft protruding from the support portion and inserted into the circular hole; the annular portion covering the front of the support portion and the baffle shielding the back of the support portion, allowing the tool holder to rotate relative to the main body.

3. The cutting tool adjustment structure as described in claim 2, wherein, A flexible extension connects the shaft to the support, allowing the shaft to move along the thickness of the support.

4. The cutting tool adjustment structure as described in claim 2 further includes: Multiple marks are provided on the body or the ring and around the circular hole, and the marks correspond to the corresponding recesses; an indicator is provided on the shaft, the indicator points to one of the marks and overlaps with a center line in the length direction of the body, the indicator points to other marks, and identifies the tilt angle between the tool holder and the body.

5. The cutting tool adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The elongated hole includes: two positioning portions disposed on the wall of the elongated hole and spaced apart from each other by a partition raised on the wall; and a straight rib protruding from the slider, the straight rib passing over the partition and embedding into either of the positioning portions, so that the slider is positioned in a locked position or a released position.

6. The cutting tool adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The slider includes: a main button having the pyramidal portion; a secondary button; a hole formed in the main button; and a rod erected in the secondary button, the rod being inserted into the hole to form an interference fit.

7. The cutting tool adjustment structure as described in claim 6, wherein, The body also includes: two elongated slots located on both sides of the body; a flat portion formed on the body, and an elongated hole penetrating the body to connect the two elongated slots; a pushing portion is provided on the outer side of the main button, and another pushing portion is provided on the outer side of the secondary button, with the tail ends of the two pushing portions forming a curved portion respectively; the main button is inserted into the elongated hole, and the secondary button is inserted into the elongated hole from the opposite side and combined with the main button; the two pushing portions enter the corresponding elongated slots, so that the two curved portions face each other and are located on both sides of the flat portion to cover the elongated hole.
