Abstract
Claims
1. An apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide, used to filter waste gas input from a waste gas source, the waste gas source being transmitted through a waste gas pipeline, the apparatus comprising: a first pipeline, one end of which is connected to a first valve, the other end of which is connected to a second valve, the first valve being connected to the waste gas pipeline; a second pipeline, one end of which is connected to the first pipeline; a reaction module, connected to the other end of the second pipeline, the reaction module containing a metal-organic framework; a third pipeline, one end of which is connected to the reaction module, the other end of which is connected to a third valve; a fourth pipeline, one end of which is connected to the third pipeline, the other end of which is connected to a fourth valve; and a seventh pipeline, one end of which is connected to the second valve. A heat exchange module is connected to the other end of one of the seventh pipelines; and a heating unit is connected to the fourth valve via a fifth pipeline, the heating unit being used to provide a first heating gas; wherein... When the first and third valves are enabled and the second and fourth valves are disabled, the waste gas is transmitted to the interior of the reaction module through the first and second pipelines. The metal-organic framework adsorbs the carbon dioxide in the waste gas and converts it into a treated gas. The treated gas is transmitted to the third valve through the third pipeline and discharged through the third valve. When the first and third valves are disabled and the second and fourth valves are enabled, the first heating gas provided by the heating unit is transmitted to the interior of the reaction module through the fifth, fourth, and third pipelines. The first heating gas desorbs the carbon dioxide adsorbed by the metal-organic framework and forms a second heating gas containing carbon dioxide. The second heating gas is transmitted to the second valve through the second and first pipelines and discharged through the second valve.
2. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 1, further comprising: a sixth pipeline, one end of which is connected to the third valve; and an exhaust gas detection module, which is connected to the other end of the sixth pipeline.
3. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 2 further includes a first differential pressure sensing unit and a second differential pressure sensing unit, wherein the first differential pressure sensing unit is connected to the exhaust gas pipeline and the second differential pressure sensing unit is connected to the sixth pipeline.
4. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 2, wherein the exhaust gas source includes a first concentration detection unit for detecting a first carbon dioxide concentration in the exhaust gas, the exhaust gas detection module receives the treated gas through the sixth pipeline, and the exhaust gas detection module includes a second concentration detection unit and a first temperature detection unit, wherein the second concentration detection unit is used to detect a second carbon dioxide concentration in the treated gas, and the first temperature detection unit is used to detect a first temperature in the treated gas.
5. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 1 further includes a second temperature detection unit connected to the fifth pipeline, the second temperature detection unit being used to detect a second temperature of the first heating gas.
6. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 1 further includes a third temperature detection unit connected to the seventh pipeline, the third temperature detection unit being used to detect a third temperature of the second heating gas, and the heat exchange module being used to cool the second heating gas and convert it into a cooled gas.
7. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 6 further comprises: an eighth conduit, one end of which is connected to the heat exchange module; and a pump connected to the other end of the eighth conduit; wherein, Furthermore, the pump system uses the eighth pipeline to vacuum-draw the cooling gas.
8. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 7 further includes a third concentration detection unit and a fourth temperature detection unit, the third concentration detection unit being connected to the eighth pipeline and used to detect a third carbon dioxide concentration in the cooling gas, and the fourth temperature detection unit being connected to the eighth pipeline and used to detect a fourth temperature in the cooling gas.
9. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 7, wherein the total energy consumption of the heating unit and the pump is less than or equal to 250 kWh / tCO₂ (kilowatt-hours of electricity consumed to produce one ton of carbon dioxide), and the temperature of the first heated gas is between 80°C and 150°C.
10. The apparatus for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide as described in claim 1, wherein the carbon dioxide concentration of the second heating gas is between 1% and 10%.
