Abstract

A more efficient treadmill shock absorption and cushioning device (I) mainly consists of a frame and a running board with a plurality of shock-absorbing blocks between them. Each shock-absorbing block is a horizontally hollow ring with a fixing hole on its top and bottom sides. At least one spacer rib extends from the maximum horizontal diameter of the hollow ring and has a through hole. Both ends of the spacer rib are connected to the inner wall of the hollow ring, thus dividing the interior of the hollow ring into upper and lower spaces. In this way, when the user steps on the treadmill running board, the shock-absorbing blocks not only have better elastic recovery performance, giving the running board a better cushioning and shock absorption effect, but also prevent the shock-absorbing blocks from being over-compressed and damaged, thus giving the shock-absorbing blocks a longer service life.

Claims
