Abstract

This invention relates to a pocket pry bar, comprising: a handle, a working part, a hanging component, and a magnetic component. The handle includes a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The working part includes a rod and a pry head. The rod protrudes from the first side, and the pry head is disposed on the rod. The extension direction of the pry head forms an angle with the extension direction of the rod, the angle being between 15 and 30 degrees. The hanging component is disposed on the handle to allow the user to hang and position it to prevent loss. The magnetic component is disposed on the second side, which not only allows for magnetic positioning when not in use but also allows the user to attract screws, nuts, nails, etc., for easy retrieval.

Claims

1. A pocket pry bar, comprising: A handle portion includes a first side portion and a second side portion opposite to each other; A working part includes a rod and a pry head. The rod protrudes from the first side, and the pry head is disposed on the rod. The extension direction of the pry head and the extension direction of the rod form an angle between 15 degrees and 30 degrees. A hanging component is disposed on the handle. A magnetic component is disposed on the second side. The handle further includes a first connecting unit. The hanging component includes a hook and a second connecting unit connected to each other. The second connecting unit and the first connecting unit are interlocked and positioned. The first connecting unit is a groove recessed on the outer peripheral wall of the handle. The second connecting unit is a ring clamp accommodated in the groove and clamps the handle.

2. The first connecting unit has a plurality of recessed holes recessed on the outer peripheral wall of the handle. The second connecting unit has a plurality of claws protruding from the hook for respectively engaging the plurality of recessed holes.

3. The pocket pry bar as claimed in claim 2, wherein the plurality of claws includes at least one first claw and at least one second claw, the at least one first claw having a different shape than the at least one second claw.

4. The pocket pry bar as claimed in claim 3, wherein the hook includes a base and an extension, the at least one first claw and the at least one second claw protruding from the base, the at least one first claw being further away from the extension than the at least one second claw; wherein, The at least one first claw portion gradually tapers into a pointed shape in a direction away from the base, and the at least one second claw portion first gradually expands in a direction away from the base and then gradually tapers into a pointed shape. The area of the at least one second claw portion is larger than the area of the at least one first claw portion.

5. The pocket pry bar as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising an outer sleeve in which the magnetic attachment is received, the outer sleeve being fitted onto the second side.

6. The pocket pry bar as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer casing includes a bottom wall and a ring side wall, the ring side wall extending laterally from the bottom wall to collectively enclose a chamber, and the magnetic member is received in the chamber; wherein, The bottom wall is located between the magnetic attractor and the rod, and the thickness of the bottom wall is greater than the thickness of the ring side wall.

7. The pocket pry bar as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer side of the outer sleeve has a concave-convex structure for engaging with the handle portion.

8. The pocket pry bar as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an outer sleeve, the magnetic chuck being housed in the outer sleeve, the outer sleeve being fitted into the second side portion; the outer sleeve comprising a bottom wall and an annular side wall, the annular side wall extending laterally from the bottom wall to jointly enclose a chamber, the magnetic chuck being housed in the chamber, the thickness of the bottom wall being greater than the thickness of the annular side wall; a concave-convex structure provided on the outer side of the outer sleeve for engaging with the grip portion; the material of the outer sleeve being selected from a non-magnetic metal; the thermal conductivity of the outer sleeve being greater than the thermal conductivity of the magnetic chuck; the hardness of the outer sleeve being greater than the hardness of the magnetic chuck; the concave-convex structure being provided on the annular side wall; the thickness of the bottom wall being greater than the thickness of the magnetic chuck; the concave-convex structure being provided on the annular side wall; the thickness of the bottom wall being greater than the thickness of the magnetic chuck; the material of the outer sleeve being selected from a non-magnetic metal; the thermal conductivity of the outer sleeve being greater than the thermal conductivity of the magnetic chuck; the hardness of the outer sleeve being greater than the hardness ... The ratio of the thickness of the ring to the wall thickness of the sidewall is greater than 2; the rod and the magnetic chuck are coaxially arranged; in the extension direction of the rod, the dimension of the bottom wall is greater than the dimension of the chamber; in the extension direction of the rod, the depth to which the outer sleeve is embedded in the handle is less than the depth to which the rod is embedded in the handle, and the ratio of the depth of the outer sleeve embedded in the handle to the depth of the rod embedded in the handle is between 2 and 4; the concave-convex structure includes a plurality of teeth for engaging with the handle; the pry head includes two inclined surfaces that are connected at an acute angle to each other, and in the extension direction of the rod, the hanging member is not located on the same side as the two inclined surfaces.
