Abstract
Claims
1. A battery supply method for a battery swapping system, comprising: Receive a request to replace a target number of batteries; Based on this target number, the multiple batteries in the battery exchange system are divided into multiple battery packs; Based on a plurality of weights and a plurality of characteristic parameters for each of the plurality of battery packs, a battery pack score is calculated corresponding to each of the plurality of battery packs; and based on the plurality of battery pack scores, an optimal battery pack with a best score is selected from the plurality of battery packs to minimize the differences in battery characteristics among the plurality of batteries in the optimal battery pack, and the target number of batteries are provided by the optimal battery pack. The rating of the Nth battery pack in the plurality of battery packs includes AN*W1N+BN*W2N+CN*W3N, where N is a positive integer; where AN is a battery state parameter of the plurality of characteristic parameters of the Nth battery pack, indicating whether the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack are replaceable; W1N is a battery state parameter weight corresponding to the battery state parameter AN; BN is a battery health parameter of the plurality of characteristic parameters of the Nth battery pack, indicating the difference in battery health among the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack; W2N is a battery health parameter weight corresponding to the battery health parameter BN; CN is a charge parameter of the plurality of characteristic parameters of the Nth battery pack, indicating the difference in charging state among the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack; and W3N is a charge parameter weight corresponding to the charge parameter CN.

The method as described in claim 1 further includes: In response to two or more battery packs having the same highest score, the battery pack with the highest total state of charge score among the battery packs having the same highest score is selected as the optimal battery pack, and the target number of batteries are provided by the optimal battery pack.

The method as described in claim 1, wherein the rating of the Nth battery pack in the plurality of battery packs further includes: DN*W4N; where DN is a battery type parameter of the Nth battery pack, and the battery type parameter DN indicates whether the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack have the same battery type; W4N is a battery type parameter weight corresponding to the battery type parameter DN.

The method described in claim 3 further includes: In response to two or more battery packs having the same highest score, the battery pack with the highest total state of charge score among the battery packs with the same highest score is selected as the optimal battery pack, and the optimal battery pack is used to provide the target number of batteries; and in response to two or more battery packs having the same highest total state of charge score, the battery pack with the highest total battery health score among the battery packs with the same highest total state of charge score is selected as the optimal battery pack, and the optimal battery pack is used to provide the target number of batteries.

The method as described in claim 1, wherein the rating of the Nth battery pack in the plurality of battery packs further includes: DN*W4N+EN*W5N; where DN is a battery type parameter of the Nth battery pack, indicating whether the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack have the same battery type; W4N is a battery type parameter weight corresponding to the battery type parameter DN; EN is a battery position parameter of the Nth battery pack, indicating the spacing between the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack; and W5N is a battery position parameter weight corresponding to the battery position parameter EN.

The method described in claim 5 further includes: In response to two or more battery packs having the same highest score, the battery pack with the highest total state of charge score among the battery packs with the same highest score is selected as the optimal battery pack, and the optimal battery pack provides the target number of batteries; In response to two or more battery packs having the same highest total state of charge score, the battery pack with the highest total battery health score among the battery packs with the same highest total state of charge score is selected as the optimal battery pack, and the optimal battery pack provides the target number of batteries; and In response to two or more battery packs having the same highest total health score, the battery pack with the shortest total spacing among the battery packs with the same highest total health score is selected as the optimal battery pack, and the optimal battery pack provides the target number of batteries.
7. A battery swapping system, comprising: The system comprises a control unit, a power unit, a sensing unit, an interface unit, and a plurality of slots. The control unit is electrically connected to the power unit, the sensing unit, and the interface unit. The interface unit is electrically connected to the power unit. Each of the plurality of slots accommodates one or more batteries. The interface unit receives a request to replace a target number of batteries. The control unit divides the plurality of batteries in the plurality of slots into a plurality of battery groups based on the target number. The control unit calculates a battery group score corresponding to each of the plurality of battery groups based on a plurality of weights and a plurality of characteristic parameters for each of the target number of batteries in each of the plurality of battery groups. The control unit selects an optimal battery group with a best score from the plurality of battery groups based on the battery group scores, such that the differences in battery characteristics among the plurality of batteries in the optimal battery group are minimized, and the target number of batteries are provided by the optimal battery group. The rating of the Nth battery pack in the plurality of battery packs includes AN*W1N+BN*W2N+CN*W3N, where N is a positive integer; where AN is a battery state parameter of the plurality of characteristic parameters of the Nth battery pack, indicating whether the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack are replaceable; W1N is a battery state parameter weight corresponding to the battery state parameter AN; BN is a battery health parameter of the plurality of characteristic parameters of the Nth battery pack, indicating the difference in battery health among the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack; W2N is a battery health parameter weight corresponding to the battery health parameter BN; CN is a charge parameter of the plurality of characteristic parameters of the Nth battery pack, indicating the difference in charging state among the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack; and W3N is a charge parameter weight corresponding to the charge parameter CN.

The battery swapping system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the control unit is further configured to cause a processor to execute instructions to: in response to two or more battery packs having the same highest score, select the battery pack having the highest total state of charge score of the plurality of batteries as the optimal battery pack, and provide the target number of batteries with the optimal battery pack.

The battery swapping system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the rating of the Nth battery pack in the plurality of battery packs further includes: DN*W4N; Wherein DN is a battery type parameter of the Nth battery pack, which indicates whether the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack have the same battery type; W4N is a battery type parameter weight corresponding to the battery type parameter DN.

The battery swapping system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the rating of the Nth battery pack in the plurality of battery packs further includes: DN*W4N+EN*W5N; where DN is a battery type parameter of the Nth battery pack, indicating whether the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack have the same battery type; W4N is a battery type parameter weight corresponding to the battery type parameter DN; EN is a battery position parameter of the Nth battery pack, indicating the spacing between the plurality of batteries in the Nth battery pack; and W5N is a battery position parameter weight corresponding to the battery position parameter EN.

The battery swapping system of claim 11, wherein the control unit is further configured to cause a processor to execute instructions to: in response to two or more battery packs having the same highest score, select the battery pack with the highest total state-of-charge score among the battery packs having the same highest score as the optimal battery pack, and provide the target number of batteries with the optimal battery pack; in response to two or more battery packs having the same highest total state-of-charge score, select the battery pack with the highest total battery health score among the battery packs having the same highest total state-of-charge score as the optimal battery pack, and provide the target number of batteries with the optimal battery pack; and in response to two or more battery packs having the same highest total health score, select the battery pack with the shortest total spacing among the battery packs having the same highest total health score as the optimal battery pack, and provide the target number of batteries with the optimal battery pack.
