Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a verification and transaction system for artworks, and in particular to a decentralized verification and transaction system for artworks. Prior Art

[0002] The history of human economic development is a history of continuous exchange of goods. People exchanged the remaining finished products in their lives with others, which improved the quality of life of each other as a whole. Currency was born to measure the value of exchange and reduce the cost of transactions. As for the subject matter of the transaction, some of them are artistic and value-preserving. People do not want these subject matters to be consumables but to be kept around and sold at a high price when necessary, so the art market was formed. The value of art usually increases with the extension of its existence, and some art works even become antiques. However, over the long years, the original creator and creation time of a piece of art are often untraceable; what's more, because of the high value of art, many counterfeits also appear in the trading market. Because the true value of a piece of art is often difficult to determine, it is necessary to confirm the authenticity and source through reliable transaction record documents, or even rely on experienced third parties to verify and endorse. In the operations of traditional art dealers, these materials are complicated and difficult to convince buyers, adding to the troubles in transactions.

[0003] With the birth of blockchain technology, mankind has made great strides in the development of digital technology, and has also provided a brand new platform for art transactions. One of the biggest features of blockchain technology is decentralization, and the recorded data cannot be tampered with. Blockchain, combined with the setting of smart contracts, can record the time, object and amount of art transactions automatically and tamper-proof in many computer devices without a central server. People can query past historical transaction records on the blockchain at any time, but the authenticity of the traded artworks still needs to be confirmed. With the birth and promotion of NFT (Non-Fungible Token), digital artworks can obtain a platform where they can be freely traded and their originality can be confirmed. At present, many second-hand trading markets, such as OpenSea, can provide safe and fast transactions for digital artworks through the connection of digital wallets. However, this platform is not suitable for physical artworks.

[0004] In summary, although physical artworks (including antiques) are difficult to trade and auction on NFT trading platforms because they are specific objects and have certain difficulties in value verification, thinking in reverse, if each physical artwork has an exclusive NFT certificate to provide the source and resume of the artwork, and can be transferred in conjunction with the physical artwork transaction, this move can protect the rights and interests of all artists and auction customers and achieve the purpose of integrating virtual and real transactions. Therefore, a decentralized artwork verification and trading system that takes into account both technological innovation and feasibility is urgently expected. Summary of the invention

[0005] This paragraph extracts and compiles certain features of the present invention. Other features will be disclosed in subsequent paragraphs. Its purpose is to cover various modifications and similar arrangements within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

[0006] In order to meet the above-mentioned needs, the present invention proposes a decentralized artwork verification and trading system. The system is installed in a server host, connected with a plurality of user end devices, an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) trading platform and a blockchain information, and includes: a database module, including: a member database submodule, storing a plurality of member accounts, and a name, an ID number and a member contact information bound to each member account; an artist database submodule, storing a plurality of artist accounts, and basic artist information, an artist contact information and at least one artwork number bound to each artist account, wherein each artwork number corresponds to a physical artwork; and an artwork database submodule, storing a plurality of artwork numbers, and an artwork name, at least one artwork image, an artwork description, a transaction record table and an NFT certificate image bound to each artwork number; an NFT generation module, performing the following operations: generating a corresponding artwork NFT for each NFT certificate image based on the NFT generation specification or on the NFT trading platform; and setting the transaction price of each artwork NFT displayed on the NFT trading platform and setting the transaction price, but not conducting a transaction; An online auction execution module performs the following operations: displaying a bidding platform on the screens of the user end devices; presenting on the bidding platform the artwork number, the artwork name, at least one artwork image, the artist's basic information bound to the artist account bound to the artwork number, the artwork description, the transaction record table content, the NFT certificate image, and a set reserve price of the physical artwork to be auctioned; receiving bids for the physical artwork to be auctioned from the user end devices logged in with the member accounts, and selecting the highest bid that is higher than the reserve price; and bidding with the artwork number bound to the artist account. The NFT generation module is notified to transfer the artwork NFT generated by the NFT voucher image bound to the artwork number of the physical artwork being auctioned to a virtual currency wallet designated by the owner of the member account that bid the highest price through the NFT trading platform; and a transaction accounting module is used to upload the latest content of the transaction record table to the blockchain for storage.

[0007] According to the present invention, the NFT certificate image content may include the name of the artwork, at least one image of the artwork, a description of the artwork and the name of a certification agency.

[0008] According to the present invention, the NFT generation module can write the transaction record table into the metadata of the generated artwork NFT.

[0009] The decentralized artwork verification and trading system further includes a money flow monitoring module, which is connected to the online auction execution module and the NFT generation module information to perform the following steps: a) confirming that the member account owner who bids the highest price remits the transaction price to a designated account; b) when step a) is confirmed to be yes, notifying the artist account owner to contact the member communication information bound to the member account that bids the highest price to deliver the physical artwork for auction; c) confirming whether the member account owner has received the physical artwork for auction through the member communication information bound to the member account that bids the highest price; d) when step c) is confirmed to be yes, transferring the transaction price from the designated account to a private account of the artist account owner; e) taking the time of completing step d) as the transaction time and reporting it to the online auction execution module.

[0010] The decentralized artwork verification and trading system further includes an online transaction execution module, which performs the following operations: displaying a trading platform on the screens of the user-end devices; presenting on the trading platform at least one artwork number and basic information of the artist bound to each artist account, the artwork name bound to each artwork number, the artwork image, the artwork description, the transaction record table content, the NFT certificate image and a set selling price; receiving a purchase request for any physical artwork from the user-end device logged in with any member account; notifying the buyer and seller to conduct the transaction using the artist's communication information bound to the artist account bound to the artwork number and the member's communication information bound to the member account that issued the purchase request; when the transaction is completed, recording the names of the two parties to the transaction, the transaction price and the transaction time in the transaction record table; and notifying the NFT generation module to transfer the artwork NFT generated by the NFT certificate image bound to the artwork number of the sold physical artwork to a virtual currency wallet designated by the owner of the member account that issued the purchase request through the NFT trading platform.

[0011] The money flow monitoring module can further be connected to the online transaction execution module to perform the following steps: f) confirm that the member account owner who issued the purchase request has remitted the corresponding sales price to the designated account; g) when step f) is confirmed to be yes, notify the artist account owner to contact the member communication information bound to the member account that issued the purchase request to deliver the sold physical artwork; h) confirm whether the member account owner has received the sold physical artwork through the member communication information bound to the member account that issued the purchase request; i) when step h) is confirmed to be yes, transfer the sales price from the designated account to a private account of the artist account owner; and j) use the time of completing step i) as the transaction time and report it to the online transaction execution module.

[0012] The decentralized artwork verification and trading system further includes a registration and data update module, which performs the following operations: registering a new member account or artist account through any user-end device; logging in with one of the member accounts through any user-end device, updating and maintaining the member's communication information, setting bids and selling prices, and specifying the address of the virtual currency wallet; and logging in with one of the artist accounts through any user-end device, updating and maintaining the artist's basic information bound to the artist account, the artist's communication information and the artwork name bound to at least one artwork number, at least one artwork image and artwork description text, and setting the transaction price of the relevant artwork NFT.

[0013] According to the present invention, the member communication information can be a contact phone number, email or instant messaging account.

[0014] According to the present invention, the NFT generation module can further generate a corresponding membership card NFT based on a unique image and the member account based on the NFT generation specification, and transfer the membership card NFT to the virtual currency wallet designated by the member account owner.

[0015] The NFT generation module of the present invention can generate an artwork NFT and link it to the corresponding physical artwork. When the online auction execution module or the online transaction execution module completes the transaction, the artwork NFT is transferred to the virtual currency wallet designated by the buyer. In this way, the present invention not only completes the transaction of the physical artwork, but also demonstrates the value and ownership of the physical artwork through the artwork NFT, thereby meeting the aforementioned needs. [0023] The invention will be described more specifically by reference to the following embodiments.

[0024] See FIG. The system is installed in Servo Host 1, operates by means of the hardware architecture of Servo Host 1, and operates with a number of user-end devices (in this embodiment, a user-end device A, a user-end device B, a user-end device C and a user-end device D are illustrated, in practice there can be more use-end devices than 4), an NFT (Non-Fungible Token, a non-Fungible Token, a non-Fungible Token, a non-fungible network and a blockchain-connected information platform). The state pattern of information connections is indicated by a double arrow dashed line. According to the present invention, the user end devices are electronic devices that can communicate with the servo host 1 information through the network N, which may be, but are not limited to, a smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop computer. However, these end-of-use devices require a screen and input device. In this embodiment, user-end device A is a desktop computer, user-end device B is a notebook computer, user-end device C is a tablet, and user-end device D is a smartphone.

[0025] The hardware architecture of the server host 1 on which the present system is installed is not much different from that of a general server, and may include a central processing unit, memory, storage device (such as a hard disk), input / output unit, etc. Although these hardware are not shown in FIG. 1 , they are the architectures that should be understood by those skilled in the art of servers. In addition, one of the important hardware in the server host 1 is the network communication interface 10, which is the assembly of important software and firmware (sometimes also including program software running in the operating system) for connecting the server host 1 to external hardware through the network, and may include hardware such as a network card, a connecting cable, and a wireless communication module. The various modules and sub-modules of the present invention described below are the technical requirements of the present system that utilizes or cooperates with the equipment of the above-mentioned existing server host 1. Therefore, they may be software, including specific program codes and data, and run in at least a part of the hardware architecture under the operating system (for example, the program codes and related data files are stored in the storage device, temporarily stored in the memory under the operation of the operating system, and dynamically called and executed by the central processing unit). On the other hand, these modules can also be special hardware, such as special application integrated circuit external cards, to perform the functions assigned by these modules. What's more, these technical elements can be partly software and partly hardware, and can be effectively integrated according to the needs of product designers, all within the technical scope claimed by this patent.

[0026] The system includes a database module 11, an NFT generation module 12, an online auction execution module 13, a cash flow monitoring module 14, an online transaction execution module 15, a registration and data update module 16 and a transaction accounting module 17. The functions of each module, their interactions and the operation of the system are introduced below.

[0027] The database module 11 is a technical component used to systematically store the data required by the system and generated during operation. In practice, it includes a member database submodule 111, an artist database submodule 112, and an artwork database submodule 113. Members refer to people (including legal persons and natural persons) who log in to the system to bid for and purchase artworks. The member database submodule 111 stores the data related to these members. Please see Figure 2, which lists the state of the data in the member database submodule 111. All the data of each member is represented by a separated column group. It can be seen from Figure 2 that the member database submodule 111 stores several member accounts to represent different members, and the passwords required by members to log in to the system with their member accounts are also stored. Each member account is bound to the member's name, ID number, ID image file (photocopy of the front and back of the ID card) and member communication information (such as the contact phone number, contact address, email and instant messaging account LINE ID in Figure 2). Since the operation of this system involves a large amount of subject matter, it is very important to retain the real name, ID number and ID image file, but in practice, we must pay great attention to the security of data storage. The number of members of this system changes according to actual conditions, and the data field group is not limited to the 3 in Figure 2.

[0028] The artist referred to in the present invention generally refers to the following identities: the creator of the real artwork, the individual or institution who owns the artwork and wants to transfer it. The artist database submodule 112 is used to store the information related to these artists. Please see Figure 3, which lists the state of the information in the artist database submodule 112, and all the information of each artist is also represented by an independent column group. In Figure 3, the artist database submodule 112 stores several artist accounts to represent different artists respectively, and the password required by the artist to log in to the system with the artist account is also stored accordingly. Each artist account is bound to the artist's basic information (such as name, education, experience and artwork category), artist communication information (such as contact phone number, contact address, Email and LINE ID), artist introduction information (such as FACEBOOK ID, INSTAGRAM ID, personal website, and Youtube channel link) and at least one artwork number. Unlike member information, since the artist is the current owner and seller of the artwork, he is more exposed in the process of buying and selling. Compared with the buyer, he does not need to retain the ID number and ID image file, but his actual name must also be retained. In addition, in order to promote the seller's artwork, the artist introduction information used to promote the artist and his works or collections is also included in the artist database submodule 112 for use by other modules so that members and the public can easily know. The artwork number is the number used by this system to manage the physical artwork to be sold or auctioned, that is, each artwork number corresponds to a physical artwork, and the physical artwork corresponding to the artwork number bound to the artist account belongs to the owner of the artist account. For example, Lin Xiangxin, the owner of the artist account "flower memory", owns three oil paintings with artwork numbers P14690, P14693 and P14694; Liang Guoping, the owner of the artist account "lifecollection", owns four sculptures with artwork numbers S349, S350, S779, and S1123. Similarly, the number of artists in this system also changes according to actual conditions, and the data field group is not limited to the two in Figure 3.

[0029] As mentioned above, each physical artwork has a corresponding artwork number, which is convenient for management. Therefore, the data related to the physical artwork is bound to the artwork number. The storage of data related to the artwork is achieved by the artwork database submodule 113. Since there are many artists and each artist has more than one artwork, the artwork database submodule 113 stores several artwork numbers. In order to have a better understanding of the data content bound to each artwork number, please refer to Figure 4, which lists the type of related data bound to an artwork number. Figure 4 takes the sculpture of artwork number S349 as an example, and the structure of the data bound to other artwork numbers is the same. Artwork number S349 is bound to an artwork name and category: Indecisive man / sculpture, which is the name and type of the physical artwork. In addition, artwork number S349 is bound to creator information, such as the creator's name, creation time and creation location. In order to be able to distinguish the artwork, artwork number S349 is bound to several artwork images, including a three-dimensional image and a six-view image of the sculpture, which are stored separately in different image files. According to the present invention, the number of artwork images can be at least one under the most basic requirement of being identifiable. Most importantly, artwork number S349 is bound to an artwork description, a transaction record table and an NFT voucher image. The artwork description is a description of the physical artwork, including information such as the type and creative inspiration of the artwork, and is used in the bidding or purchase interface displayed on the member's end device. The transaction record table records the verifiable transaction details of the physical artwork from its creation to the present. As shown in Figure 4, the transaction record table contains two transactions, and each transaction records in detail important information such as the time, object and transaction price of the transaction. The content of the transaction record table will increase with the increase in the number of transactions, but some physical artworks have never been traded, and the content of the transaction record table is empty.

[0030] The NFT voucher image is used to generate an artwork NFT that can be displayed on the NFT trading platform 2 (not for sale, the reason and operation instructions are as follows). The NFT voucher image is an image used to display the value of the corresponding physical artwork, and is stored in the artwork database submodule 113 in the form of an image file. The NFT voucher image can have a physical corresponding paper, which is similar to a certificate, with a credible certification agency endorsing the origin and authenticity of the physical artwork. Since the serial number and description content of each certificate are different and unique in the world, its paper image can be used as an NFT voucher image to generate an artwork NFT. In this embodiment, an example of an NFT voucher image is shown in Figure 5. The NFT voucher image contains the artwork number, the artwork name, the above-mentioned artwork name and classification, the creator information, at least one artwork image, the above-mentioned artwork description text and the name of a certification agency, and preferably the certificate number issued by the certification agency to show fairness. The NFT voucher image can also be made in other certificate forms, as long as its appearance is unique and can prove the authenticity and value of the corresponding physical artwork.

[0031] The NFT generation module 12 is a technical component used to generate artwork NFTs and display the generated artwork NFTs on the NFT trading platform 2, as well as manage the transaction and transfer of artwork NFTs on the NFT trading platform 2. The NFT trading platform 2 is actually composed of multiple servers or a cloud website set up in a data center, such as OpenSea, OurSong, Nifty Gateway, etc. Each NFT can represent a unique digital data, which can be used as an electronic certification or certificate for the ownership and authentication of the physical artwork of the present invention. Based on the non-interchangeable characteristics, the artwork NFT itself is a digital asset that can be empowered and has a certain value. The present invention uses an artwork NFT generated by a corresponding NFT voucher image to display the value and ownership of a physical artwork. The artwork NFT is not circulated on the NFT trading platform 2, but is transferred to the virtual currency wallet designated by the buyer simultaneously with the resale of the corresponding physical artwork.

[0032] The NFT generation module 12 can perform several operations. The first execution operation: Generate a corresponding artwork NFT for each NFT voucher image based on the NFT generation specification or on the NFT trading platform 2. That is to say, the action of generating artwork NFT using NFT voucher image can be performed in the server host 1 using the NFT generation specification, such as ERC-721, or can be generated through the API provided by a specific platform. Even some NFT trading platforms have the function of generating artwork NFT, which can be used. The second execution operation of the NFT generation module 12: Set the display on the NFT trading platform 2 and set the transaction price of each artwork NFT, but do not trade. Generally speaking, the function of the NFT trading platform is to promote the transaction of NFT and earn commissions from it. The spirit of the present invention is to display the artwork NFT through the NFT trading platform 2 but not allow it to be traded. The specific method can be based on the setting method of different NFT trading platforms, such as rejecting the bid of third-party value on the NFT trading platform 2 to make it fail. Preferably, the NFT generation module 12 can write the aforementioned transaction record table into the metadata of the generated artwork NFT, and update the content (add new transaction records) after each physical artwork transaction. In this way, users on the NFT trading platform 2 can see the transaction details of the physical artwork corresponding to the artwork NFT, which further increases the value of the physical artwork. The third execution operation of the NFT generation module 12: Generate a corresponding membership card NFT based on the NFT generation specification with a unique image and a member account, and transfer the membership card NFT to the virtual currency wallet specified by the member account owner. The type of the unique image is not limited, it can be a member's portrait, cartoon image, photo of an item, etc., but it needs to be a unique image. The generation method of the membership card NFT is the same as that of the artwork NFT. Once the membership card NFT is generated, it will be automatically transferred to the virtual currency wallet owned by the member, and can be used to show the owner's membership status in this system. However, the handling fee (Gas Fee) generated by the NFT trading platform 2 in the process needs to be absorbed by the member.

[0033] The NFT generation module 12 also has other execution tasks, which will be explained synchronously with the interactive modules.

[0034] The main function of this system is to establish an online art sales channel. Whether it is auction or direct sales, the online auction execution module 13 is the technical component for implementing the auction operation. Specifically, the online auction execution module 13 can perform the following operations. The first execution operation: display a bidding platform on the screen of the user-end devices. The presentation of the bidding platform can be done by using APP or LINE BOT, so that messages can be received and displayed on the user-end device, and the input data can be transmitted to the server host 1 at the same time. The bidding platform can have various interface forms, but it must meet the requirements of the second execution operation: present the artwork number, artwork name, at least one artwork image, the artist's basic information bound to the artist account bound to the artwork number, the artwork description text, the transaction record table content, the NFT certificate image and a set reserve price of the physical artwork to be auctioned on the bidding platform. Please see Figure 6, which shows a bidding platform state displayed on the screen D1 of the user-end device D. It should be emphasized that the bidding platform is only one of the many bidding platform designs that conform to the present invention, and is not used to limit the present invention. Taking artwork number S349 as an example, the bidding platform on screen D1 shows that the online auction session number is 10243. Since there may be more than one physical artwork being auctioned at the same time, interested members who log in to this system can choose different sessions to bid for artworks according to their preferences. The name and type of the artwork corresponding to artwork number S349 are a gentle man and a sculpture, respectively, and one of the artwork images is also displayed on the bidding platform. In addition, the online auction execution module 13 obtains the artist basic information bound to the artist account bound to artwork number S349 from the artist database submodule 112, and lists all the relevant information of the artwork owner Liang Guoping. Since this is a sculpture that the person has put up for auction but it is not original, the bidding members can know that this is an artwork that has been transferred many times. If Liang Guoping is the original, his name is marked in the creator column. Click the "Click to view NFT certificate image" text box to view the artwork NFT of artwork number S349 on the NFT trading platform 2, and its specific content is the NFT certificate image. If you want to know the past transaction price of artwork number S349, the bidding platform can display the contents of the transaction record table, and members can also go to the NFT trading platform 2 to view the metadata of the artwork NFT with artwork number S349.

[0035] The third execution operation of the online auction execution module 13 is to receive bids for the physical artwork to be auctioned from the user devices logged in with the member accounts, and select the highest bid that is higher than the reserve price. According to the design of the bidding platform of this embodiment, the member can enter the bid he wants to bid in the "Please enter your bid price" column, and then click the "Confirm bid" text box, and the bid amount will be sent back to the online auction execution module 13 by the bidding platform. If member A bids NTD 150,000 for "Indecisive Man" on user device A with his member account Jason123, and member B bids NTD 170,000 for "Indecisive Man" on user device B with his member account maymay75, when the bidding time ends, since both bids are higher than the reserve price (NTD 150,000), the highest bidder is selected as member account maymay75. Next, the fourth execution operation: using the artist's communication information bound to the artist account bound to the artwork number and the member communication information bound to the member account that bid the highest price, notify the buyer and seller to complete the transaction. That is, the online auction execution module 13 can refer to the information in the table of FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 to notify the artist's communication information (such as Email) of the artist account "lifecollection" bound to the artwork number S349 and the member communication information (also Email) bound to the member account maymay75, and send an email to notify the two parties to complete the transaction. In practice, it is also possible to notify by phone or through LINE BOT. The fifth execution operation: when the transaction is completed, the names, transaction price and transaction time of the two parties are recorded in the transaction record table. As for how to determine the completion of the transaction, it will be explained below. In the content shown in FIG. 4, a transaction 3 will be added to the transaction record. Finally, the sixth execution operation of the online auction execution module 13 is to notify the NFT generation module 12 to transfer the artwork NFT generated by the NFT voucher image bound to the artwork number of the physical artwork being auctioned to a virtual currency wallet designated by the owner of the member account (maymay75) who bid the highest price through the NFT trading platform 2. At this point, the sculpture "Indecisive Man" with artwork number S349 and the corresponding artwork NFT are owned by member B, and member B only needs to pay the decentralized wallet signing fee to the NFT trading platform 2, and does not need to pay the amount of the artwork NFT purchased.

[0036] In terms of operation, since the delivery of artworks cannot be done in a "face-to-face" manner, a third party can be used to collect payment after the artworks arrive, which is specifically implemented by the cash flow monitoring module 14. The cash flow monitoring module 14 is connected to the online auction execution module 13 and the NFT generation module 12 to perform the following steps: Step 1: a) Confirm that the owner of the member account that bids the highest price remits the transaction price to a designated account. In practice, the designated account can be owned by the company that runs this system. Step 2: b) When step a) is confirmed to be yes, notify the owner of the artist account to contact the member contact information bound to the member account that bids the highest price to deliver the physical artwork for auction. Continuing from the previous example, the cash flow monitoring module 14 can send a text message to member B according to the contact phone number bound to the member account maymay75 that bids the highest price, and deliver the "Indecisive Man" sculpture to member B by mail or in person according to the contact address bound to the member account maymay75. The money flow monitoring module 14 can notify the owner Mr. Liang again if it has not received a reply from the bank system that the money has been deposited after a period of time. If the money is not remitted after a period of time, the transaction will be cancelled. The third step: c) Confirm whether the member account owner has received the auctioned physical artwork through the member communication information bound to the member account that bid the highest price. This step is to confirm whether member B has received the "Indecisive Man" sculpture. Then, the fourth step: d) When step c) is confirmed as yes, the transaction price is transferred from the designated account to a private account of the artist account owner. At this point, the money and goods are settled and the delivery is completed. Finally, the fifth step: e) The time of completing step d) is reported to the online auction execution module 13 as the transaction time and the transaction time is recorded in the transaction record table.

[0037] In addition to auctioning physical artworks, this system can also sell them directly. The online transaction execution module 15 is the technical component that realizes the direct sales operation. The operation performed by the online transaction execution module 15 is similar to that of an online store, but the artworks sold are self-produced or collected by each artist as a store unit. The online transaction execution module 15 can perform the following operations. The first execution operation: display a trading platform on the screen of the user-end device. The trading platform is the same as the bidding platform. Its presentation can be done using APP or LINE BOT, but the content and type are different. The second execution operation: present at least one artwork number and artist basic information bound to each artist account, the name of the artwork bound to each artwork number, the artwork image, the artwork description text, the transaction record table content, the NFT certificate image and a set selling price on the trading platform. This operation is to present the store content of all the artworks logged in and sold by the artist on the trading platform. For a better understanding of this, please refer to FIG. 7 , which shows a trading platform displayed on the screen C1 of another user terminal device C. Here, an art store operated by Ms. Lin, who has the artist account flower memory, is used as an example for explanation. The name of the art store is Flower Memory, and the basic information of the artist is displayed under the name of the store. It should be noted that the way in which the various sub-items of the artist's basic information are listed can also be opened to allow the artist to form a meaningful text through appropriate connection, and the trading platform also presents the contact information for interacting with the artist. As for the physical artworks to be sold, their relevant information is displayed in different display frames according to the artwork number. Because the screen C1 is not large enough, the relevant information of the artwork number P14694 can only be dynamically displayed by pulling the scroll on the right side of the screen. Taking the display frame of the artwork number P14690 as an example, its artwork name, artwork image, artwork description text and price are all presented in fixed columns, and the corresponding data is called from the artwork database submodule 113. If you want to view the content of the transaction record table, you can click the "Transaction Record" text box, and the online transaction execution module 15 will display a pop-up window to present it separately. If you want to view the NFT certificate image, click the "NFT Certificate Image" text box to go to the NFT trading platform 2 to view the artwork NFT with artwork number P14690, and its specific content is the NFT certificate image. If you want to buy any artwork, just click the check box on the right of "Add to Cart" to add it to the shopping cart, and then click the "Confirm Order" text box to enter the back-end checkout. It should be emphasized that the trading platform in Figure 7 is only one of the many aspects of the present invention, which is used to illustrate the embodiment rather than to limit the present invention.

[0038] The third execution operation of the online transaction execution module 15: receiving a purchase request for any physical artwork from the user end device logged in with any member account. The purchase request here is the purchase invitation issued by the backend of the online transaction execution module 15 after checkout. Since the seller is willing to sell and the buyer agrees to the content of the purchase invitation, the transaction intention is established. Then, the fourth execution operation of the online transaction execution module 15: using the artist's communication information bound to the artist account bound to the artwork number and the member's communication information bound to the member account that issued the purchase request, notify the buyer and seller to conduct the transaction. The confirmation of the delivery operation also depends on the operation of the cash flow monitoring module 14, which is explained in another article below. The fifth execution operation: when the delivery is completed, the names, transaction price and transaction time of the two parties to the transaction are recorded in the transaction record table. This operation is the same as the fifth execution operation of the online auction execution module 13. The sixth execution operation of the online transaction execution module 15 is to notify the NFT generation module 12 to transfer the artwork NFT generated by the NFT voucher image bound to the artwork number of the sold physical artwork to a virtual currency wallet designated by the member account owner who issued the purchase request through the NFT trading platform 2. At this point, the sold physical artwork and the corresponding generated artwork NFT belong to the member, and the member only needs to pay the decentralized wallet signing fee to the NFT trading platform 2, and does not need to pay the purchase amount of the artwork NFT.

[0039] Since the online transaction execution module 15 and the online auction execution module 13 have different operations, the series of steps taken by the money flow monitoring module 14 for the online transaction execution module 15 are also different, as described below. The first step: f) confirm that the member account owner who issued the purchase request has remitted the corresponding sales price amount to the designated account. This can also be confirmed by directly asking the bank. The designated account can also be owned by the company that runs this system. The second step: step g) when step f) is confirmed to be yes, notify the artist account owner to contact according to the member communication information bound to the member account that issued the purchase request to deliver the sold physical artwork. Similarly, the money flow monitoring module 14 can notify the artist who owns the physical artwork again if it has not received a reply from the bank system that the account has been credited for a period of time. If the remittance is not made after a period of time, the transaction is canceled. The third step: h) confirm whether the member account owner has received the sold physical artwork through the member communication information bound to the member account that issued the purchase request. This step confirms whether the buyer has received the physical artwork. If the buyer has not received it, the money flow monitoring module 14 can notify the artist account owner to ship it again. Step 4: i) When step h) is confirmed as yes, the sales price is transferred from the designated account to a private account of the owner of the artist account. At this point, the delivery is completed and the transaction is over. Finally, step 5: j) the fund flow monitoring module 14 takes the time of completing step i) as the transaction time and reports it to the online transaction execution module 15.

[0040] This system needs to be used by the public, so whether it is a seller who has artworks to trade or a buyer who wants to collect artworks, they can enter this system to register as a member or artist, and can update their registration information from time to time. The registration and information update module 16 is a technical component that completes this operation. The operation of the registration and information update module 16 belongs to one of the background functions of this system. The specific operation performed is described as follows. The first operation: register a new member account or artist account through any user end device. The second operation: log in with one of the member accounts through any user end device, update and maintain the member's basic information, the member's communication information, set the bid and sale price, and specify the address of the virtual currency wallet. The address of the virtual currency wallet can be provided to the cash flow monitoring module 14 after the transaction is completed, and can also be stored in the member database submodule 111, and called by the cash flow monitoring module 14 after the transaction is completed. The third operation: Log in with one of the artist accounts through any user end device, update and maintain the artist's basic information bound to the artist account, the artist's contact information and the name of the artwork bound to at least one artwork number, at least one artwork image and the artwork description text, and set the transaction price of the relevant artwork NFT. The fourth operation is to update the background information of the artist and all his artworks. It should be noted that the transaction price of the artwork NFT of the present invention is not set by the artist on the NFT trading platform 2, but is entrusted to this system, thereby reducing the troubles of many artists who are not familiar with the operation of the NFT trading platform 2.

[0041] The transaction accounting module 17 can upload the latest content of the transaction record table to the blockchain 3 for storage. Since the data stored on the blockchain 3 is public, unchangeable and almost permanently stored, if both parties of any transaction have any questions about the transaction content, they can check on the blockchain 3. According to the present invention, the type of the blockchain 3 is not limited, and it can be a private chain, a public chain or a consortium chain.

[0042] Although the embodiments of the present invention are disclosed as above, they are not intended to limit the present invention. Any person with ordinary knowledge in the technical field can make some changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention shall be based on the scope defined by the attached patent application.
