Abstract

This invention provides a child safety seat. The child safety seat includes a seat belt limiting device and a seat body. The seat body is provided with a connector. The seat belt limiting device has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, a first engagement portion is provided at the first end, and a second engagement portion is provided at the second end. The seat belt limiting device is adapted to be detachably engaged with a vehicle seat belt via the first engagement portion to apply a downward traction force to the vehicle seat belt. The second engagement portion is adapted to be detachably engaged with the connector.

Description

Child safety seat The present invention relates to a child safety seat. When in use, the vehicle seat belt is detachably connected to the buckle on the seat through a buckle. The buckle divides the vehicle seat belt into a shoulder belt part and a waist belt part. The shoulder belt part diagonally crosses the chest and one shoulder of the passenger, and the waist belt part horizontally crosses the waist of the passenger. After a child reaches a certain age and height, the child sitting in the child safety seat can be fixed by the vehicle seat belt. On the one hand, the vehicle seat belt fixes the child in the child safety seat, and on the other hand, it fixes the child safety seat on the vehicle seat. Since the size of the vehicle seat belt is designed based on the physical conditions of adults, although the child safety seat can raise the child sitting in it to adapt to the size of the vehicle seat belt, the vehicle seat belt may still cause harm to the child during use. For example, when the vehicle is impacted, the shoulder belt part binding on the child (especially a relatively thin child) is more likely to slide upward, which may cause harm to the child's neck and face. The present invention aims to provide a child safety seat to solve the above problems existing in the prior art child safety seats during use. The present invention provides a child safety seat, including a seat belt limiting device and a seat body. The seat body is provided with a connector. The seat belt limiting device has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. A first engaging portion is provided at the first end, and a second engaging portion is provided at the second end. The seat belt limiting device is adapted to be detachably engaged with the vehicle seat belt through the first engaging portion to apply a downward pulling force to the vehicle seat belt, and the second engaging portion is adapted to be detachably engaged with the connector. In the above first aspect, the seat belt limiting device is adapted to be detachably engaged with at least one of the shoulder belt part and the waist belt part of the vehicle seat belt through the first engaging portion to apply a downward pulling force to the vehicle seat belt. In the above first aspect, the seat body includes a seat part and a backrest part. The seat part is provided with a crotch belt mounting part; the seat body further includes a crotch belt connected to the crotch belt mounting part, and a first buckle serving as the connector is installed at the end of the crotch belt. In the first aspect described above, the seat body is configured with a first shoulder strap and a second shoulder strap. The first shoulder strap is configured with a first sub - buckle, and the second shoulder strap is configured with a second sub - buckle. In the first aspect described above, the storage structure includes a groove provided in front of the seat portion or the backrest portion of the seat body. In the first aspect described above, the seat body includes a seat portion and a backrest portion. A crotch belt mounting portion is provided in the middle of the seat portion; the seat body further includes a crotch belt and a crotch belt guard connected to the crotch belt mounting portion, and the crotch belt guard includes a connecting portion serving as the connector. In the first aspect described above, the second engaging portion is selected from at least one of the following: magic tape, zipper, magnetic part, snap button, button, and the connecting portion has a connector made of the same material as the second engaging portion and is mutually配合. The child safety seat provided by the present invention is configured with a seat belt limiting device. The seat belt limiting device is detachably engaged with the vehicle seat belt through a first engaging portion and can apply a downward pulling force to the vehicle seat belt, thereby restricting the upward slippage of the vehicle seat belt when the vehicle is impacted, and thus avoiding damage to the neck and face of the child caused by the vehicle seat belt, and improving the riding safety of the child. FIG. 1 shows a child safety seat 1000 (hereinafter also simply referred to as seat 1000) provided by a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the child safety seat 1000 includes a seat belt limiting device 100 and a seat body 200. Referring to FIG. 1, the seat body 200 may include a seat portion 21 and a backrest portion 22. The seat portion 21 has side portions 211 located on the left and right sides, and the backrest portion 22 has side portions (also referred to as side wings) 221 located on the left and right sides. In this embodiment, the side portions 211 on both sides of the seat portion 21 and the side portions 221 on both sides of the backrest portion 22 are also collectively referred to as the side portions 202 of the seat body 200. Preferably, the side portions 211 on both sides of the seat portion 21 can be turned up relative to the middle of the seat portion 21, and the side portions 221 on both sides of the backrest portion 22 can be turned forward relative to the middle of the backrest portion 22. This structure of the seat portion 21 and the backrest portion 22 can better fix the child in the seat 1000. Referring to FIG. 1, the seat belt limiting device 100 can be directly or indirectly attached to any suitable position of the seat body 200. In this embodiment, the seat belt limiting device 100 can be attached to the side portion 202 of the seat body 200. More specifically, the seat belt limiting device 100 is attached to one side portion 221 of the backrest portion 22. The seat belt limiting device 100 includes a first engaging portion 11. The seat belt limiting device 100 is adapted to be detachably engaged with the middle and lower sections of the shoulder belt portion 31 of the vehicle seat belt through the first engaging portion 11 to apply a downward pulling force to the shoulder belt portion 31. Combining with the related art, it can be known that the vehicle seat belt has a buckle 27, and the buckle 27 is used to be clamped with the buckle on the vehicle seat and divide the vehicle seat belt into a shoulder belt portion 31 and a waist belt portion 32. The shoulder belt portion 31 obliquely crosses the chest and one shoulder of the child, and the waist belt portion 32 crosses the waist of the child, thereby fixing the child in the seat 1000 and fixing the seat 1000 on the vehicle seat. Regarding the protective function of the child safety seat in this embodiment, when the vehicle is impacted, the seat belt limiting device 100 pulls the shoulder strap portion 31, applying a force to the shoulder strap portion 31 to approach the waist strap portion 32, thereby restricting the upward slippage of the upper section of the shoulder strap portion 31 and avoiding damage to the neck and face of the child by the shoulder strap portion 31, improving the riding safety of the child. It should be noted that in each embodiment of the present invention, the seat belt limiting device 100 applies a downward pulling force to the shoulder strap portion 31, and the direction of this pulling force is not limited to the vertically downward direction. For example, when the direction of the pulling force is obliquely downward, it is also within the protection scope of the present invention. In this embodiment, the seat belt limiting device 100 is used to apply an obliquely downward pull to the shoulder strap portion 31 to keep the shoulder strap portion 31 away from the neck and face of the child. It should be noted that the seat belt limiting device 100 can also be detachably engaged with the shoulder strap portion 31 and the waist strap portion 32 of the vehicle seat belt through the first engaging portion 11 to simultaneously apply a downward pulling force to the shoulder strap portion 31 and the waist strap portion 32. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the seat belt limiting device 100 in this embodiment can be detachably engaged with the shoulder strap portion 31 through the first engaging portion 11, without affecting the removal of the seat 1000 from the vehicle. When the seat 1000 is removed from the vehicle seat, the vehicle seat belt can be used for fixing an adult. The preferred embodiment of the first engaging portion 11 is shown in this embodiment. The first engaging portion 11 is, for example, a U-shaped buckle, and the buckle can be hung upside down on the shoulder strap portion 31 to engage with the shoulder strap portion 31. The engagement and disassembly operations of the buckle with the shoulder strap portion 31 are very simple, and no adaptive changes need to be made to the structure of the shoulder strap portion 31. It should be understood that the implementation manner of the first engaging portion 11 is not limited to the buckle, as long as it can achieve detachable engagement with the shoulder strap portion 31 and facilitate the seat belt limiting device 100 to apply a downward pulling force to the shoulder strap portion 31. For example, in some embodiments not shown, the first engaging portion 11 is an openable and closable annular sleeve, and the shoulder strap portion 31 can pass through the annular sleeve. The annular sleeve is made of, for example, metal, plastic, or fabric. When the annular sleeve is made of fabric, the closure of the annular sleeve can be achieved by buttons, magnetic buttons, Japanese character buttons, zippers, etc. Referring to FIG. 1, the seat belt limiting device 100 in this embodiment is detachably connected to the seat body 200. In this way, the seat belt limiting device 100 can be installed on the seat body 200 or removed from the seat body 200 as needed. The seat belt limiting device 100 of this embodiment may include a first traction belt 41. The buckle serving as the first engaging portion 11 is connected to the first traction belt 41, and the first traction belt 41 is also provided with a second engaging portion 12. A connector 5 is provided on the side portion 221 of the backrest portion 22, and the connector 5 is detachably connected to the second engaging portion 12. For example, one of the second engaging portion 12 and the connector 5 is a male plug, and the other is a female socket matching the male plug. The connector 5 can be installed, for example, below the side portion 221 of the backrest portion 22 through a webbing 51. Preferably, the first traction belt 41 has an adjustable length. The first traction belt 41 adjusted to an appropriate length can form a stable included angle with the shoulder strap portion 31 to ensure the traction effect of the seat belt limiting device 100 on the shoulder strap portion 31. For example, when a child is sitting on the seat 100 and the vehicle seat belt and the seat belt limiting device 100 are in use, the first engaging portion 11 is engaged with the shoulder strap portion 31, the first traction belt 41 is tensioned, and an upper included angle a is formed between the upper portion of the shoulder strap portion 31 and the tensioned first traction belt 41. The angle range of the upper included angle a can be, for example, between 60 degrees and 120 degrees, wherein the angle of the upper included angle a can be equal to 60 degrees or equal to 120 degrees. Preferably, the angle of the upper included angle a is 90 degrees. In this way, the first traction belt 41 can better traction the shoulder strap portion 31 and prevent the shoulder strap portion 31 from slipping upward. It should be understood that the adjustable length of the first traction belt 41 in this embodiment is the length of the portion of the first traction belt 41 located between the first engaging portion 11 and the second engaging portion 12. Referring to FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the connecting member 5 is disposed at the bottom of the side portion 221 of the backrest portion 22, near the opening through which the waist belt portion 32 passes in the side portion 221. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting member 5 may be disposed at the connection between the side portion 211 of the seat portion 21 and the side portion 221 of the backrest portion 22, or disposed on the inner and outer sides of the side portion 221 of the backrest portion 22, etc. Additionally, preferably in this embodiment, the seat body 200 is configured with a first storage bag 203, and the first storage bag 203 may be a cloth bag or an elastic sleeve connected to the seat cloth of the seat body 200. After the connecting member 5 is separated from the second engaging portion 12, the connecting member 5 can be stored in the first storage bag 203 and hidden. According to the installation position of the connecting member 5 on the seat body 200, the first storage bag 203 can be correspondingly disposed at a suitable position on the seat body 200. Referring to FIG. 1, although in this embodiment, the connecting member 5 is only shown on the side portion 202 on one side of the seat body 200, in other embodiments, the connecting members 5 can be disposed on the side portions 202 on both sides of the seat body 200, and the second engaging portion 12 of the seat belt limiting device 100 can be selectively and detachably connected to the connecting member 5 on any one side of the side portion 202. In this way, regardless of whether the seat 1000 is installed on the left or right side of the vehicle rear row, the seat belt limiting device 100 can be connected between the shoulder strap portion 31 and the corresponding connecting member 5 to apply a downward traction force to the shoulder strap portion 31, making the shoulder strap portion 31 close to the waist belt portion 32 and preventing the shoulder strap portion 31 from sliding upward. FIG. 4 shows a seat 1000 provided by the second embodiment of the present invention. The seat 1000 includes a seat belt limiting device 100 and a seat body 200. The seat body 200 includes a seat portion 21 and a backrest portion 22. Without conflict, the structure of the seat body 200 can refer to the description in the above-mentioned first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 4, the seat belt limiting device 100 includes a first engaging portion 11 and a second traction belt 42. The first engaging portion 11 is connected to the second traction belt 42. The structure of the first engaging portion 11 and its connection relationship with the second traction belt 42 can refer to the structure of the first engaging portion 11 and its connection relationship with the first traction belt 41 in the above-mentioned first embodiment, which will not be elaborated here. This embodiment is a variant of the above-mentioned first embodiment. The main difference between this embodiment and the above-mentioned first embodiment is that the second traction belt 42 is fixedly connected to the side portion 202 of the seat body 200. In some embodiments not shown, for example, a D-ring portion can be provided on the buckle serving as the first engaging portion 11, and the first end of the second traction belt 42 passes through the D-ring portion. In this way, by moving the second traction belt 42 relative to the D-ring portion, the length of the second traction belt 42 can be conveniently adjusted. Preferably, when the vehicle seat belt and the seat belt limiting device 100 are in use, an upper included angle a as described in the first embodiment can be formed between the upper part of the shoulder belt portion 31 and the second traction belt 42. The angle range of the upper included angle a can be, for example, between 60 degrees and 120 degrees. In addition, although only one seat belt limiting device 100 is shown on the side portion 202 of one side of the seat body 200 in this embodiment, in other embodiments, the seat body 200 can be configured with two seat belt limiting devices 100. The second traction belts 42 of the two seat belt limiting devices 100 are respectively fixedly connected to the side portions 202 on both sides of the seat body 200. The first engaging portions 11 on the second traction belts 42 of the two seat belt limiting devices 100 are selectively engaged with the shoulder belt portion 31. The seat belt limiting device 100 is attached to the seat body 200 and detachably engages with the shoulder belt portion 31 of the vehicle seat belt through a first engaging portion 11 to apply a downward pulling force to the shoulder belt portion 31, so that the shoulder belt portion 31 is close to the waist belt portion 32, avoiding the upward slippage of the shoulder belt portion 31. The main difference between this embodiment and the above embodiments lies in the installation position of the seat belt limiting device 100. Referring to FIG. 5, a crotch belt mounting portion 210 is provided in the middle of the seat portion 21. The crotch belt mounting portion 210 is, for example, a portion provided by the surface of the seat portion 21 for connecting the crotch belt. The seat belt limiting device 100 and the crotch belt mounting portion 210 can be fixedly or detachably connected together. Preferably, the seat belt limiting device 100 may further include a third traction belt 43. The first engaging portion 11 is connected to the third traction belt 43, and the third traction belt 43 and the crotch belt mounting portion 210 can be connected together by sewing, for example. The seat belt limiting device 100 with this structure can also function as a crotch belt while applying a downward pulling force to the shoulder belt portion 31. In some embodiments, a crotch belt may be additionally configured at the crotch belt mounting portion 210. In some embodiments, the seat belt limiting device 100 can be detachably engaged with both the shoulder belt portion 31 and the waist belt portion 32 of the vehicle seat belt through the first engaging portion 11 to apply a downward pulling force to both the shoulder belt portion 31 and the waist belt portion 32 simultaneously. The seat belt limiting device 100 is used to be attached to the seat body 200, and at least applies a downward pulling force to the shoulder belt portion 31 of the vehicle seat belt, so that the shoulder belt portion 31 is close to the waist belt portion 32, thereby avoiding the upward movement of the shoulder belt portion 31 when the vehicle is impacted, and thus avoiding the shoulder belt portion 31 from causing harm to the neck and face of the child, improving the riding safety of the child. Claims

1. A child safety seat adapted to be secured to a vehicle seat via a vehicle's seatbelt, the child safety seat comprising: A seat body having a connector; and a seat belt limiting device having a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end having a first engagement portion and the second end having a second engagement portion; wherein the seat belt limiting device is adapted to be detachably engaged with the vehicle seat belt via the first engagement portion, and the second engagement portion is adapted to be detachably engaged with the connector, thereby enabling the seat belt limiting device to be attached to the seat body and to apply a downward traction force to the vehicle seat belt.

2. The child safety seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seat belt limiting device is adapted to be detachably engaged via the first engagement portion with at least one of the shoulder strap portion and the lap belt portion of the vehicle seat belt to apply a downward traction force to the vehicle seat belt.

The child safety seat as described in claim 1, wherein: The seat body includes a seat portion and a backrest portion, the seat portion being provided with a crotch strap mounting portion; the seat body also includes a crotch strap connected to the crotch strap mounting portion, the end of the crotch strap being fitted with a first buckle serving as the connector.
