Abstract

This invention proposes a method for detecting substances in coffee liquid, comprising: providing a first substrate and a second substrate, the first substrate and the second substrate being assembled together and each having a corresponding light-emitting unit and a light-detecting unit; placing the liquid to be tested between the first substrate and the second substrate; when reference light generated by the light-emitting unit is irradiated above the liquid to be tested, refracted light with different refraction angles is generated; the refraction angle of the refracted light is measured to calculate the liquid concentration of the liquid to be tested; and the light-detecting unit receives the reference light and the refracted light to obtain a spectrum; wherein citric acid is added to the liquid to be tested, and when the spectrum curve changes, it can be determined that the liquid to be tested contains ochratoxin; wherein the reference light is selected from wavelengths in the liquid to be tested that do not absorb the light emitted by the light-emitting unit.

Claims

1. A method for detecting substances in coffee liquid, comprising the following steps: Step a: providing a first substrate and a second substrate, the first substrate and the second substrate being assembled together and respectively provided with corresponding light-emitting units and light-detecting units; Step b: placing the liquid to be tested between the first substrate and the second substrate, the light-emitting unit generating reference light, and when the reference light is irradiated from above the liquid to be tested, refracted light with different refraction angles is generated, the refraction angle of the refracted light is measured to calculate the liquid concentration of the liquid to be tested, and the reference light is selected from wavelengths in the liquid to be tested that do not absorb the light emitted by the light-emitting unit; Step c: the light-detecting unit receiving the reference light and the refracted light to obtain a spectrum; Step d: adding citric acid to the liquid to be tested, and when the curve of the spectrum changes, it can be determined that the liquid to be tested contains ochratoxin.

2. The coffee liquid substance detection method as described in claim 1, wherein after the liquid to be tested is sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate, the surface tension of the liquid to be tested forms a space between the first substrate and the second substrate.

3. The coffee liquid substance detection method as described in claim 2, wherein the space is recessed to a depth of 3.7 mm.

4. The coffee liquid substance detection method as described in claim 1, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are adjacent to each other with a gap.

5. The coffee liquid substance detection method as described in claim 4, wherein the spacing is between 4 cm and 5 cm.

6. The coffee liquid substance detection method as described in claim 1, wherein either the first substrate or the second substrate is L-shaped.

7. The coffee liquid substance detection method as described in claim 1, wherein either the first substrate or the second substrate is concave.

8. The coffee liquid substance detection method as described in claim 1, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are made of quartz sheets.

9. The method for detecting liquid substances in coffee as described in claim 1, wherein the light-emitting unit is a light-emitting diode and the light detection unit is an optical detector.

10. The method for detecting liquid substances in coffee as described in claim 1, wherein the reference light is ultraviolet light and the wavelength of the ultraviolet light is between 100 nm and 250 nm.

11. The method for detecting coffee liquid substances as described in claim 1, wherein the liquid to be tested is coffee liquid.

12. The method for detecting substances in coffee liquid as described in claim 11, wherein the coffee liquid contains caffeine and chlorogenic acid, and the reference light system is selected from wavelengths unaffected by caffeine and chlorogenic acid.
