Abstract
Claims
1. A thermally sublimable membrane material comprising: a base layer having release properties; an adhesive layer disposed on the base layer; a high-temperature barrier layer disposed on the adhesive layer, capable of withstanding a temperature higher than that at which the adhesive layer becomes sticky when heated, preventing the adhesive layer from passing through the high-temperature barrier layer; and an ink bonding layer disposed on the high-temperature barrier layer, wherein the ink bonding layer is a polymer containing polyester components.
2. The membrane material as described in claim 1, wherein: The ink bonding layer is a resin layer containing polyester powder.
3. The membrane material as described in claim 2, wherein: The ink bonding layer is made of polyurethane.
4. The membrane material as described in claim 1, wherein: The ink bonding layer is a polyester polymer containing ester groups (-COOR) in its structure.
5. The membrane material as described in claim 4, wherein: The ink bonding layer is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), or thermoplastic elastomer (TPEE).
6. The membrane material as described in claim 1, wherein: The adhesive layer is a hot melt adhesive that, when heated and becomes tacky, has a peel strength between 20 g and 150 g / 1 inch width and the substrate.
7. The membrane material as described in claim 1, wherein: This high-temperature barrier layer can withstand temperatures above 170°C.
8. The membrane material as described in claim 1, wherein: The high-temperature barrier layer is made of high-temperature resistant thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyurethane (PU), or polyester (PET).
9. The membrane material as described in claim 1 or 8, wherein: The adhesive layer is made of hot melt adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive.
10. The membrane material as described in claim 9, wherein: The hot melt adhesive is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) hot melt adhesive, a polyphenylene ether (PES) hot melt adhesive, or a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) hot melt adhesive.
11. The membrane material as described in claim 2, wherein: The polyester powder is reflective.
12. The membrane material as described in claim 1, wherein: The ink bonding layer or the high-temperature barrier layer contains aluminum powder or pearlescent powder.
