Abstract

This invention relates to a server and its cabinet, comprising a base shell divided into a first mounting area and a second mounting area. A first functional module is installed in the first mounting area, and a second functional module is installed in the second mounting area. The base shell also has a drain port connected to the first mounting area. A liquid cooling module is mounted and fitted with the first functional module for heat dissipation. A first partition structure is disposed on the base shell and separates the first mounting area from the second mounting area. The base shell also has a drainage structure for guiding leakage from the liquid cooling module towards the drain port. The leakage, guided by the drainage structure, flows towards the drain port and is eventually discharged, preventing damage to the second functional module, eliminating potential safety hazards, and protecting the server.

Claims

1. A server, wherein, include: The system comprises: a bottom shell, divided into a first mounting area and a second mounting area; a first functional module mounted in the first mounting area and a second functional module mounted in the second mounting area; a drain port connected to the first mounting area; a liquid cooling module mounted and fitted with the first functional module for heat dissipation; and a first partition structure disposed on the bottom shell and separating the first mounting area from the second mounting area. The bottom shell also includes a drainage structure for guiding leakage from the liquid cooling module towards the drain port. The first functional module includes a motherboard unit, and the liquid cooling module includes a liquid cooling component, an inlet pipe, and an outlet pipe. The liquid cooling module is mounted and fitted with the motherboard unit for heat dissipation. The inlet pipe is connected to the inlet of the liquid cooling component, and the outlet pipe is connected to the outlet of the liquid cooling component. Two motherboard units are provided, designated as a first motherboard unit and a second motherboard unit. The unit comprises a first motherboard unit and a second motherboard unit arranged side by side. Two liquid cooling components are provided, designated as a first liquid cooling component and a second liquid cooling component. The first liquid cooling component is installed and fitted with the first motherboard unit, and the second liquid cooling component is installed and fitted with the second motherboard unit. The liquid cooling module further includes a first inlet pipe, a second inlet pipe, a first return pipe, a second return pipe, a first distributor, and a second distributor. The inlet pipe is connected to the first distributor. One end of the first inlet pipe and one end of the second inlet pipe are both connected to the first distributor. The other end of the first inlet pipe is connected to the first liquid cooling component, and the other end of the second inlet pipe is connected to the second liquid cooling component. One end of the first return pipe is connected to the first liquid cooling component, and one end of the second return pipe is connected to the second liquid cooling component. The other ends of the first return pipe and the second return pipe are both connected to the second distributor. The second distributor is connected to the outlet pipe.
