Abstract

A mobile online checkout system includes a data collection server, a billing analysis server, and a notification server. The billing analysis server is communicatively connected to the collection server, which collects mobile data, billing data, and store data from consumer devices and store devices. It includes a data analysis module and a billing consolidation module. The data analysis module analyzes whether the consumer device meets the billing consolidation criteria. The billing consolidation module, upon determining that the consumer device meets the billing consolidation criteria, transmits the billing data to a telecommunications billing database and merges it with the corresponding telecommunications billing data for the consumer device. The notification server, communicatively connected to the billing analysis server, sends a successful billing consolidation notification to both the consumer device and the store device when the billing consolidation module successfully merges the billing data.

Claims

1. A mobile online checkout system, comprising: a data collection server for collecting mobile data from a consumer's device and accounting data and store data from a store's device; and an accounting analysis server connected to the data collection server, the accounting analysis server comprising: A data analysis module is used to analyze whether a consumer device meets a billing consolidation condition. The data analysis module calculates the distance between the consumer device and the store based on location information from the mobile data and store location information from the store data. The billing consolidation condition includes determining whether the distance is less than a permissible distance and determining whether the number information and address information from the mobile data match. If they match, the billing consolidation condition is met. The number information is manually entered by the consumer into the consumer device. A billing consolidation module is also included. When the consumer device meets the billing consolidation condition, it transmits the billing data to a telecommunications billing database and merges it into the corresponding telecommunications billing data for the consumer device. A notification server is communicatively connected to the billing analysis server. The notification server sends a successful billing consolidation notification to both the consumer device and the store device when the billing consolidation module successfully merges the billing data.

2. The mobile online checkout system as described in claim 1, wherein the billing consolidation module is further used to consolidate the billing data into the telecommunications billing data corresponding to the consumer device in the telecommunications billing database based on the number information or address information contained in the mobile data.

3. The mobile online checkout system as described in claim 1, wherein the notification server is further configured to send an account consolidation failure notification to the consumer device and the store device when the data analysis module determines that the consumer device does not meet the account consolidation conditions or the account consolidation module fails to successfully consolidate the account data.

4. The mobile online checkout system as described in claim 1, wherein the mobile location information is the location information of one of the base stations to which the consumer device is connected.

5. A mobile online checkout method, comprising: collecting mobile data from a consumer device of a consumer, and collecting billing data and store data from a store device of a store; analyzing whether the consumer device meets a billing consolidation condition, wherein a distance between the consumer device and the store is calculated based on mobile location information contained in the mobile data and store location information contained in the store data, and the billing consolidation condition includes determining whether the distance is less than an allowable distance, and determining whether the number information and the address information are matched based on a number information and an address information contained in the mobile data, and if so, the billing consolidation condition is met, wherein the number information is manually entered by the consumer into the consumer device; when the consumer device meets the billing consolidation condition, transmitting the billing data to a telecommunications billing database and consolidating it into a telecommunications billing data corresponding to the consumer device; and sending a billing consolidation success notification to the consumer device and the store device when the billing data is successfully consolidated.

6. The mobile online checkout method as described in claim 5 further includes: merging the billing information into the telecommunications billing information corresponding to the consumer device in the telecommunications billing database based on the number information or address information contained in the mobile data.

7. The mobile online checkout method as described in Request 5 further includes: when it is determined that the consumer device does not meet the billing consolidation conditions or the billing data has not been successfully consolidated, sending a billing consolidation failure notification to the consumer device and the store device.

8. The mobile online checkout method as described in claim 5, wherein the mobile location information is the location information of one of the base stations to which the consumer device is connected to the network.
