Abstract

This invention provides a router with intelligent service functionality, comprising a communication module, an artificial intelligence agent module, and a control processing module. The communication module receives a service request and corresponding service information. The artificial intelligence agent module is connected to the communication module and includes an analysis model, wherein the analysis model is a large language model (LLM). The artificial intelligence agent module analyzes the service information using the analysis model to generate an action decision. The control processing module is connected to the artificial intelligence agent module. The control processing module generates service content corresponding to the service request and a service control signal based on the action decision, and controls a service providing device to execute the service content based on the service control signal.

Claims

1. A router with intelligent service functionality, comprising: a communication module for receiving service data; an artificial intelligence agent module connected to the communication module and including an analysis model, wherein the artificial intelligence agent module analyzes the service data using the analysis model to determine a service request corresponding to the service data and generates an action decision corresponding to the service request, wherein the analysis model is generated by analyzing a plurality of historical service data, a plurality of historical action decisions, and a plurality of historical service contents through machine learning, and the analysis model is a large language model (LLM); and a control processing module connected to the artificial intelligence agent module, wherein the control processing module analyzes the action decision to generate a service content and a service control signal corresponding to the service request.

2. The router with intelligent service function as described in claim 1, wherein the control processing module pre-stores a service specification, and the control processing module generates the service content based on the action decision and the service specification.

A router with intelligent service function as described in claim 1, wherein the control processing module is used to control a service providing device to perform the service content according to the service control signal, the communication module is used to receive feedback data generated by the service providing device, and the artificial intelligence agent module analyzes the service data and the feedback data with the analysis model to update the action decision.

An intelligent service system for processing a service request, the intelligent service system comprising: a data collection device for collecting and generating service data; a router communicatively connected to the data collection device, the router further comprising: a communication module for receiving the service data; and an artificial intelligence agent module comprising an analysis model, the artificial intelligence agent module analyzing the service data using the analysis model to determine a service request corresponding to the service data and generating an action decision corresponding to the service request, wherein the analysis model is a large language model (LLM); And a control processing module for analyzing the action decision to generate and send a service content and a service control signal corresponding to the service request; And a service providing device communicatively connected to the router, the service providing device being used to receive the service content and the service control signal, and to execute the service content according to the service control signal.

The intelligent service system as described in claim 4 further includes a storage unit connected to the router, the storage unit being used to store a plurality of historical service data, a plurality of historical action decisions, and a plurality of historical service contents, the artificial intelligence agent module analyzing the historical service data, the historical action decisions, and the historical service contents in a machine learning manner to train the analysis model.

6. The intelligent service system as described in claim 5, wherein the storage unit is used to store a service specification, and the control processing module generates the service content based on the action decision and the service specification.

The intelligent service system as described in claim 4, wherein the data collection device includes a data processing module for analyzing the service request through the data processing module to generate the service data, wherein the data processing module is at least one of an object detection module (You Only Look Once, YOLO), an optical character recognition module (OCR), and an automatic speech recognition module (ASR).

The intelligent service system as described in claim 4, wherein the service providing device includes a first service providing device and a second service providing device, the first service providing device corresponding to a first service item and the second service providing device corresponding to a second service item, the control processing module analyzes the action decision, the first service item and the second service item to generate a first service content and a second service content, the first service providing device executes the first service content according to the service control signal, and the second service providing device executes the second service content according to the service control signal.
