Abstract

A comprehensive patent system includes: a proposal review module for users to input and review proposal content; an overview module connected to the proposal review module; an auxiliary reading module connected to the overview module, providing users with single-page segmented views to assist in reading the application scope, drawing content, and specification content of case information; an automatic rejection and response assistance module connected to the overview module and the auxiliary reading module; a drafting module connected to the overview module; a global patent data search module connected to the overview module, allowing users to input search content to perform a global patent search; a corresponding pre-draft case search module connected to the drafting module and the global patent data search module; an annual fee module connected to the overview module; a patent transfer module connected to the overview module; and a patent statistics module connected to the overview module.

Claims

1. A comprehensive patent system, comprising: a proposal review module with a proposal review input / output interface for users to input a proposal and review the proposal to obtain a review result; and an overview module connected to the proposal review module with an overview input / output interface for users to modify and save case information corresponding to the review result. An auxiliary reading module, connected to the overview module, has an auxiliary reading interface for users to view the patent claims, drawings, and specification related to the case information in a single-page split-screen format. This single-page split-screen auxiliary reading is achieved by adding the component numbers of the specification content adjacent to the component names in the patent claims, and allowing these component names and component numbers in the patent claims to be clickable content. The corresponding content in the drawings and specification content is highlighted. An automatic response module for rebuttal is also provided, connected to the overview module and the auxiliary reading module. This automatic response module for rebuttal has an automatic response interface for users to input a rebuttal statement.
