Abstract

This invention provides a method for manufacturing porous carbon material, comprising at least the following steps: an impregnation treatment step, wherein waste desiccant is mixed with rice husks, and the mixture is heated and stirred; a carbonization step, wherein the rice husks are carbonized at 400 to 800°C after filtration and drying; an acid washing treatment step, wherein the rice husks are acid washed after the carbonization step; and then the rice husks are dried to obtain porous carbon material; the carbonization step is carried out under a nitrogen flow; and the desiccant contains calcium chloride. This invention also provides a porous carbon material manufactured by the above method. The porous carbon material obtained by the above method can be used in environmentally friendly adsorption materials and can reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Claims

1. A method for manufacturing a porous carbon material, characterized by comprising the following steps: an impregnation treatment step, wherein a waste wet agent is mixed with rice husks, and the mixture of the waste wet agent and rice husks is heated and stirred; a filtration step, wherein after the impregnation treatment step, the liquid in the mixture is removed; a first drying step, wherein after the filtration step, the rice husks are dried; a carbonization step, wherein after the first drying step, the rice husks are carbonized at 500 to 800°C; an acid washing treatment step, wherein after the carbonization step, the rice husks are acid washed; a second drying step, wherein after the acid washing step, the rice husks are dried to obtain a porous carbon material; the carbonization step is carried out under a nitrogen flow; the waste wet agent contains calcium chloride; in the impregnation treatment step, the weight ratio of calcium chloride in the waste wet agent to the weight of rice husks used in the impregnation treatment step is 12:1 to 1:1; In the impregnation treatment step, the heating and stirring time is maintained for 20-40 minutes; in the carbonization step, the residence time after reaching the carbonization temperature is 20-40 minutes; in the acid washing treatment step, a 3M hydrochloric acid aqueous solution is used for acid washing; in the acid washing treatment step, the treatment temperature is 60-90℃; in the acid washing treatment step, the treatment time is 20-40 minutes.
