Abstract
Claims
1. A method for manufacturing a nursing dressing, comprising: a yarn preparation, wherein the yarn preparation is a twisted yarn made of a plurality of microfibers; an interlacing operation, wherein the twisted yarn is woven into a fabric having interlacing gaps on the radial surface; a yarn opening operation, wherein the woven fabric is opened by dissolving, so that the fabric has yarn-fiber doubling gaps; an energy excitation material preparation, wherein an energy excitation material having physical energy generation is selected; a pressure operation, wherein the energy excitation material is pushed to generate high-speed flowing energy; an implantation operation, wherein the energy excitation material having the high-speed flowing energy is impacted into the interlacing gaps and yarn-fiber doubling gaps, and is clamped by the space between the interlacing gaps and yarn-fiber doubling gaps; a cutting operation, wherein the fabric having completed the above steps is cut into a sheet shape into a dressing; and a fold-resistant and light-blocking encapsulation, wherein the dressing is encapsulated using an encapsulating body having fold-resistant and light-blocking properties.
2. The method of manufacturing a nursing dressing as described in claim 1, wherein a drying process is added following the implantation process.
3. The method for manufacturing a nursing dressing as described in claim 1, wherein the energy-activating material is titanium dioxide, far-infrared conversion material, or nano-silver antibacterial material, or a mixture of the three.
4. The method for manufacturing a nursing dressing as described in claim 3, wherein the energy activating material is a powdered energy activating material or a liquid energy activating material mixed with a liquid interface material.
