Abstract

This disclosure provides a socket structure including a socket body, a circuit board, at least one shielding frame, and a plurality of spring contact structures. The socket body includes a plurality of positioning spring contacts. The circuit board is electrically connected to the socket body. The shielding frame is disposed on one side of the circuit board, and the shielding frame includes a frame body and a cover plate. The frame body is connected to the side of the circuit board. The cover plate covers the frame body. Spring contact structures are disposed on one of the frame body and the cover plate. The spring contact structures abut against the positioning spring contacts. This improves the clamping capacity of the socket structure.

Claims

1. A socket structure, comprising: a socket body including a plurality of positioning springs; a circuit board electrically connected to the socket body; and at least one shielding frame disposed on one side of the circuit board, the at least one shielding frame respectively comprising: a frame body connected to the side of the circuit board; a cover plate covering the frame body; and a plurality of spring structure disposed in one of the frame body and the cover plate; wherein, These spring structures abut against these positioning springs respectively.

2. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein the spring contact structures are disposed in the frame, and the cover plate includes a plurality of reinforcing structures, and the reinforcing structures abut against the spring contact structures respectively.

3. The socket structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame includes a plurality of first latches and the cover includes a plurality of second latches, wherein the first latches are respectively connected to the second latches.

4. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein the thickness of each of the spring structures is 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm.

5. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein the cover includes a recess recessed toward the circuit board.

6. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein the frame includes: at least one rib connected between two opposite sides of the frame.

7. The socket structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the number of the at least one rib is two, and the frame further includes: a recess disposed between the two ribs.

8. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein the number of the at least one shielding frame is two, and the two shielding frames are disposed opposite to each other on one side and the other side of the circuit board.

9. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein the spring structures are integrally formed in the frame and the cover.

10. The socket structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the spring structures comprises: an extension extending from the frame and the cover toward the socket body; and a stop for abutting against each of the positioning springs.

11. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein the socket body is a USB socket.

12. The socket structure as described in claim 1, wherein a socket portion of the socket body protrudes from an edge of the circuit board, and the positioning springs are abutted by the spring structure at the socket portion.

13. A socket structure, comprising: a socket body including a plurality of positioning springs; a circuit board electrically connected to the socket body; two shielding frames disposed opposite each other on two sides of the circuit board; and a plurality of spring structures disposed in at least one of the two shielding frames; wherein, The spring structures abut against the positioning springs respectively; wherein, the socket structure further includes a plurality of reinforcing structures, and the reinforcing structures abut against the spring structures respectively.

14. The socket structure as described in claim 13, wherein the shielding frame includes: at least one recess recessed toward the circuit board.

The socket structure as described in claim 13, wherein the socket body includes a plurality of pins electrically connected to the circuit board, and the circuit board includes a plurality of through holes, the pins respectively passing through the through holes; wherein, The two shielding frames are connected to the circuit board at a connection point that surrounds the perforations.

16. The socket structure as claimed in claim 13, wherein the shielding frame comprises: at least two ribs connected between opposite sides of the shielding frame; and at least one recess disposed between the at least two ribs.

17. The socket structure as described in claim 13 further comprises: a housing covering the socket body, the circuit board, the two shielding frames, and the spring contact structures.

18. The socket structure as described in claim 13, wherein the positioning springs are located on opposite sides of the socket body, the spring structures are respectively disposed on each of the shielding frames, and the spring structures abut against the positioning springs.

19. The socket structure as described in claim 13, wherein a socket portion of the socket body protrudes from an edge of the circuit board, and the positioning springs are abutted by the spring structure at the socket portion.
