Abstract

A water-based inorganic reflective heat-insulating coating comprises an aqueous solution and powder units. The powder units are dispersed in the aqueous solution and include a main agent, filler materials, and functional materials. The weight ratio of the aqueous solution to the powder units is between 0.55 and 1. The main agent is selected from at least one of kaolin powder, high-clay clay, white clay powder, cement, and gypsum powder. The functional materials are selected from at least one of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum phosphate, barite, quartz powder, and silicon carbide powder. The total weight of the main agent is between 35 and 55 wt%, the total weight of the functional materials is between 5 and 30 wt%, and the total weight of the main agent is not less than the total weight of the filler materials. By selecting an aqueous solution for the coating, no irritating gases are emitted during use, and it is environmentally friendly.
