Abstract
Claims
1. A microbial deodorant comprising: a plurality of Bacillus subtilis, comprising 10-30 wt% of the total; a plurality of helper microorganisms, comprising 10-30 wt% of the total, wherein each helper microorganism is a photosynthetic bacterium; and at least one carrier, comprising 40-80 wt% of the total, wherein the carrier is wheat bran, corn flour, or sawdust.
2. The microbial deodorant as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the Bacillus subtilis and each of the auxiliary microorganisms are respectively bound to the surface of the carrier.
3. The microbial deodorant as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a binder having a weight percentage of 1 to 5 wt% of the total.
4. A method for preparing a microbial deodorant, comprising: activating a Bacillus subtilis and an auxiliary microorganism, wherein the auxiliary microorganism is a photosynthetic bacterium; mixing the Bacillus subtilis and the auxiliary microorganism and then fermenting them; subjecting the fermented Bacillus subtilis and the auxiliary microorganism to a post-processing procedure; and mixing the Bacillus subtilis, the auxiliary microorganism and a carrier and then performing a molding procedure, wherein the carrier is wheat bran, corn flour or sawdust.
5. The method for preparing the microbial deodorant as described in claim 4, wherein the fermentation culture pH of Bacillus subtilis and the auxiliary microorganism is between 6 and 7, the fermentation temperature of Bacillus subtilis and the auxiliary microorganism is between 30 and 35°C, and the fermentation time of Bacillus subtilis and the auxiliary microorganism is between 24 and 48 hours.
6. The method for producing the microbial deodorant as described in claim 4, wherein the post-processing procedure is centrifugal dehydration or filtration, and the molding procedure is drying, pulverizing, or pressing.
