Abstract

An enzyme-based deodorizing product comprises multiple enzyme powders, each comprising 1-99 wt% of the total weight; and at least one carrier, comprising 1-98 wt% of the total weight, wherein the carrier has a particle size larger than each enzyme powder, and each enzyme powder is bonded to the surface of the carrier. The manufacturing method of this invention includes uniformly mixing the multiple enzyme powders and multiple carriers, drying at 20-40°C and 40-80% relative humidity, pulverizing to a mesh size of 20-200, and packaging with a non-toxic, biodegradable material. The enzyme powders on the surface of this invention can specifically catalyze the degradation of malodorous molecules, and their bonding to the carrier material surface enhances contact efficiency, achieving a highly efficient and long-lasting deodorizing effect. The ingredients are safe and biodegradable, with no secondary pollution, and are suitable for various occasions such as homes, industries, and agriculture. It is easy to manufacture, and the parameters are easy to control, facilitating industrial production. From production to use, it conforms to environmental protection principles and effectively solves the shortcomings of traditional chemical deodorizers.

Claims

1. An enzyme-based deodorizing product, comprising: a plurality of enzyme powders, comprising 1 to 99 wt% of the total weight, wherein each enzyme powder is catalase powder or urease powder; at least one carrier, comprising 1 to 98 wt% of the total weight, wherein the particle size of the carrier is larger than that of each enzyme powder, and each enzyme powder is bound to the surface of the carrier, wherein each carrier is polyacrylate powder; and a plurality of auxiliary agents, comprising 1 to 50 wt% of the total weight, wherein the particle size of each auxiliary agent is smaller than that of the carrier, and each auxiliary agent is bound to the surface of the carrier, wherein each auxiliary agent is a stabilizer powder or a preservative powder.

2. The enzyme deodorizing product as described in claim 1, wherein the total particle size of each enzyme powder and the carrier is 20 to 200 mesh.

3. A method for manufacturing an enzyme-based deodorizing product, comprising: uniformly mixing a plurality of enzyme powders and a plurality of carriers into a mixture, wherein the particle size of each carrier is larger than that of each enzyme powder to ensure that each enzyme powder is uniformly distributed on the surface or pores of each carrier, wherein each enzyme powder is catalase powder or urease powder, and each carrier is polyacrylate powder; drying the mixture at 20-40°C and 40-80% relative humidity; pulverizing the dried mixture into a plurality of enzyme-based deodorizing products with a mesh size of 20-200; adding a plurality of auxiliary agents to the pulverized enzyme-based deodorizing products and uniformly mixing them, wherein the particle size of each auxiliary agent is smaller than that of each carrier, and the weight percentage of each auxiliary agent is 1-50 wt% of the total, wherein each auxiliary agent is a stabilizer powder or a preservative powder; and packaging the enzyme-based deodorizing products in a non-toxic, biodegradable material.

4. The method for manufacturing the enzyme deodorant as described in claim 3, wherein the enzyme powder and the carrier are mixed by stirring, the stirring speed is 100 to 300 revolutions per minute, and the stirring time is 10 to 30 minutes.

5. The method for manufacturing enzyme-based deodorizing products as described in claim 3, wherein the drying method is vacuum drying or hot air drying, and the drying time is 2 to 6 hours.

6. The method for manufacturing enzyme-based deodorizing products as described in claim 3, wherein the pulverizing method is an air jet mill or a hammer mill, and the pulverizing temperature is less than 40°C.
