Abstract

This invention relates to a rotary positioning device, which has an accommodating space on one side of the internal assembly space of the base, allowing the handle to be assembled in the assembly space of the base. The handle's shaft and the locking and fastening components inserted on the shaft are movably assembled in the assembly space. The shaft extends into the accommodating space and is provided with a damping component that buffers and delays the action, so that the fastening component can rotate away from the locking component and return to the side close to the locking component. This is to reduce the reaction force generated when the frame is pulled away from the external preset mechanism, and to ensure that the preset frame and other components do not collide or have reaction force impacts when assembled or disassembled with the external preset mechanism.

Claims

1. A rotary positioning device, comprising a base and a handle, wherein: The base includes an assembly space and a receiving space located on one side of the assembly space. The handle is assembled in the assembly space of the base and includes a shaft portion assembled in the assembly space, a locking member and a fastening member passing through the shaft portion. The shaft portion extends into the receiving space and is provided with a damping member that forms a buffer and delays the action, so that the fastening member can rotate to the outside of the locking member. The damping member on the shaft portion buffers the displacement speed of the fastening member and delays its return to the side close to the locking member.

2. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 1, wherein the base includes a base body and a cover body assembled on the top of the base body, and an assembly space is formed between the base body and the cover body, and a receiving space for accommodating the damping member is provided in the cover body, wherein a truncated surface with a reduced outer diameter is formed on both sides of the damping member, and the shaft portion for the locking member and the fastening member to pass through is assembled and passed through the base body and the cover body.

3. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 2, wherein the base body is provided with a fixing hole, and a positioning shaft is provided on one side of the shaft portion for assembly and positioning at the fixing hole, and a sleeve shaft with an enlarged diameter and through which a reset elastic body is inserted is provided on one side of the positioning shaft, and a holding hook is provided on one side of the reset elastic body for fastening at the locking member, and a shaft is provided on the other side of the sleeve shaft opposite to the positioning shaft for extending into the accommodating space of the cover body, so that the shaft can be inserted into the damping member, that is, damping oil is filled in the cross-section of the damping member and the accommodating space on both sides, and a stop block is provided at the corner of the base body on the side of the fixing hole of the assembly space, and a holding arm is provided on the other side of the reset elastic body opposite to the holding hook for abutting against the stop block.

4. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 3, wherein the damping member has an internal receiving groove for accommodating the shaft, and the shaft includes a limiting rod passing through the receiving groove, a easing shaft abutting against one side of the limiting rod, and a damping elastic member, and one side of the limiting rod has a first abutting surface and a second abutting surface in the shape of ε, so that the easing shaft abuts against the first abutting surface and the damping elastic member abuts against the second abutting surface, the damping elastic member is C-shaped, and the damping oil is silicone paste.

5. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 3, wherein the base has an assembly space that is open on three sides in a horizontal direction on the base body, an L-shaped cover is stacked on top of the assembly space, and the cover is assembled on the base body by at least one first positioning member, and a frame seat with the accommodating space is protruding on one side of the cover body, and a frame cover is covered on the frame seat, wherein the frame cover is assembled on the frame seat by at least one second positioning member.

6. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 2, wherein a return elastic member is inserted through the shaft of the shaft portion on the inner side of the locking member and the fastening member, so that a barb is provided on one side of the return elastic member to hook back onto the locking member, and a retaining spring arm is provided on the other side of the return elastic member opposite to the barb, and a stop body is provided on the bottom side of the fastening member for the retaining spring arm to abut against.

7. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 1, wherein the handle is covered with a cover on the outside of the fastening member at the locking component, and a receiving groove is provided inside the cover. A guide groove is provided on one side of the receiving groove to allow the hook body provided on one side of the fastening member to protrude to the outside. A guide rail is provided on one side of the guide groove to reciprocate around the surface of the receiving groove. The locking component is provided with a first shaft hole fitted on the shaft portion, and the fastening member is provided with a second shaft hole fitted on the shaft portion, so that the fastening member can be stacked on top of the locking component. A receiving groove for placing a swinging component is recessed on the side of the second shaft hole of the fastening member. A sliding rod is protruding on one side of the swinging component to be positioned and then repositioned along the guide rail during cyclic displacement. The outer side of the sliding rod of the swinging component is supported by a pushing elastic member, and the other side of the pushing elastic member is against the wall of the receiving groove.

8. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 7, wherein the guide rail is heart-shaped and the top cover is attached to the locking member by at least one fastener, wherein the at least one fastener is a screw, pin, or rivet.

9. The rotary positioning device as described in claim 7, wherein a third shaft hole is provided at the receiving groove on one side of the fastening member, and a rotating shaft is provided on the other side of the swing member opposite to the sliding rod, passing through the third shaft hole, and a limiting elastic member is provided on the rotating shaft.
