Abstract

A display device includes a flexible display panel and a flexible circuit board. The flexible display panel includes a first bonding portion comprising a plurality of bonding pads and at least one first tear-resistant layer. The bonding pads are spaced apart along a first direction and separated from the first tear-resistant layer. The first tear-resistant layer includes first and second ends located between adjacent bonding pads and spaced apart from each other. The flexible circuit board includes a second bonding portion comprising a plurality of bonding bumps and at least one second tear-resistant layer. The bonding bumps are spaced apart along the first direction and separated from the second tear-resistant layer, and correspondingly engage with the bonding pads. The second tear-resistant layer includes third and fourth ends located between adjacent bonding bumps and respectively engaging with the first and second ends. The first and second bonding portions each have at least one first and at least one second through-hole communicating with each other.
