Abstract
Claims
1. A method for forming a structured ink, comprising: Step A: Forming a plurality of grooves with geometrically shaped depths on the surface of a printing plate according to at least one of the desired text and pattern, wherein the plurality of grooves are periodically arranged on the surface of the printing plate with a non-uniform spacing, and the depth of the plurality of grooves gradually increases or decreases as the periodicity of the spacing increases; Step B: Filling ink into the plurality of grooves with geometrically shaped depths of the printing plate; Step C: Adsorbing and transferring the filled ink to one side of a carrier to form a structural ink corresponding to at least one of the desired text and pattern.
2. The method for forming structured ink as described in claim 1, wherein step A further comprises forming a plurality of groups of grooves having at least two different geometric shapes and depths on the surface of the printing plate according to at least one of the text and pattern to be produced.
3. The method for forming structured ink as described in claim 1, wherein step A further comprises forming a plurality of grooves having stepped depths on the surface of the printing plate according to at least one of the text and pattern to be produced.
4. The method of forming a structured ink as described in claim 1, wherein step B further includes filling a single-color ink into the plurality of grooves having geometric depths.
5. The method for forming structured ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein step A further includes forming a group of message grooves and a group of background grooves on the surface of the printing plate according to at least one of the text and pattern to be produced; wherein the group of message grooves has a first groove structure and the first groove structure is composed of a plurality of first geometrical recesses; wherein the group of background grooves has a second groove structure and the second groove structure is composed of a plurality of second geometrical recesses.
6. The method for forming a structured ink as described in claim 1, wherein the step between step A and step B further comprises: Step a: Measure the topographic parameters of the plurality of trenches using a detection module. The topographic parameters include the depth, width, or sidewall angle of the plurality of trenches. If the measured topographic parameters fall within a preset tolerance range, proceed to step B. If the measured topographic parameters do not fall within a preset tolerance range, repeat step A.
7. A printing plate for forming structured ink, comprising: A body, comprising: a group of message trenches having a first trench structure composed of a plurality of first geometrical recesses; a group of background trenches having a second trench structure composed of a plurality of second geometrical recesses; the first trench structure and the second trench structure having different depths and being periodically arranged on the surface of the body with a non-uniform spacing, wherein the depths of the first trench structure and the second trench structure gradually increase or decrease with increasing periodicity of the spacing.
8. A printing plate having structured ink as described in claim 7, wherein the message groove group and the background groove group are arranged in a parallel, staggered, concentric, spiral, or random manner.
9. A printing plate having structured ink as described in claim 7, wherein each of the message groove group and the background groove group has a different groove arrangement spacing.
10. A printing plate having structured ink as described in claim 7, wherein at least one of the first geometrical recess and the second geometrical recess is stepped.
11. A printing plate having structured ink as described in claim 10, wherein at least one of the first geometrical recess and the second geometrical recess is stepped, and at least one of the plurality of peripheries of the stepped shape has a groove slope.
12. A printing plate having structured ink as described in claim 11, wherein at least one of the plurality of peripheries of the stepped shape is chemically treated with oleophilic or oleophobic chemicals.
13. A printing plate having structured ink as described in claim 7, wherein the plurality of first geometrical recesses are divided into at least two groups, each group having a different groove depth.
14. A printing plate having structured ink as described in claim 7, wherein the plurality of second geometric recesses are divided into at least two groups, each group having a different groove depth.
