Abstract

This invention provides a double-cap screw positioning and reinforcement structure, mainly including a screw engagement element, a positioning sleeve, a fixing seat, and an elastic element. The core technology lies in the fact that the thickness of the embedded part at the top of the positioning sleeve is significantly reduced compared to the traditional structure, thereby achieving the goal of miniaturization of the overall assembly structure. A support wall is provided below the embedded part, allowing it to penetrate into the through space inside the fixing seat, providing additional travel space to improve the compression displacement of the elastic element and the assembly adjustment margin. This achieves both volume reduction and functional enhancement, and is especially suitable for precision, thin screw locking applications, achieving the effect of miniaturization.

Claims

1. A double-cap screw positioning and reinforcing structure, comprising a screwing element, a positioning sleeve, a fixing base, and an elastic element, wherein: The screw-on component includes a positioning member and a cap. The top of the positioning member extends to the surface of the cover and has an engaging portion. A protrusion slightly larger than the positioning member is provided between the positioning member and the cover. A fixing head with an outer diameter smaller than the protrusion extends from the bottom of the positioning member. The cap is assembled to the outside of the positioning cap and has an accommodating space inside the cap. An opening is formed at the top of the cap. The positioning cap is assembled within the accommodating space of the cap and extends downward to the outside of the cap. A storage space for accommodating the positioning member is formed inside the positioning cap. A fixing portion is formed on the top of the positioning cap facing inward and is embedded in the outside of the protrusion. A through hole for the positioning member to pass through is formed in the center of the fixing portion, and a supporting wall with a preset height extends downward around the periphery. The fixing base has a centrally formed through-hole for the fixing head to pass through, with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the abutment wall to accommodate the bottom of the positioning sleeve. The through-hole has an abutment section with an upper inner diameter larger than the lower inner diameter, and a fixing part is provided at the bottom edge of the fixing base. The elastic member is sleeved on the outside of the positioning member of the screw element, and the top of the elastic member abuts against the bottom surface of the abutment wall inside the positioning sleeve, and the bottom of the elastic member abuts against the abutment section of the fixing base. The abutment wall of the screw element extends into the through-hole when the positioning member is pushed to lock, so that the locking part is as close as possible to the surface of the fixing base, thereby increasing the space for travel movement.

2. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein the upper end of the elastic member abuts against the bottom surface of the abutting wall of the positioning sleeve, and the lower end abuts against the top of the abutting section of the fixing seat, presenting a conical shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom.

3. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein the cap of the screw element can be integrally formed on the outside of the positioning sleeve by assembly or by in-mold injection molding of plastic material.

4. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein a raised texture is provided around the outer side of the protrusion of the screw element.

5. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein the opening formed at the top of the cap of the screw element extends inwardly at an anti-disengagement portion, and the periphery of the cap of the positioning member forms an inwardly tapering slope to correspond to an anti-disengagement surface at the anti-disengagement portion.

6. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein a plurality of positioning protrusions are provided in the accommodating space inside the cap of the screw element, and a plurality of positioning grooves are recessed from top to bottom on the top of the positioning sleeve, each corresponding to one of the positioning protrusions of the cap.

7. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the downwardly extending extension of the positioning sleeve is a retaining protrusion that is bent toward the center and has an annular surrounding it, and the top edge of the fixing seat is provided with a stop protrusion for the retaining protrusion to be engaged with it.

8. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein a meshing groove is formed in the center of the meshing portion of the screw element.

9. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein the outer edge of the cap of the screw element is provided with an anti-slip portion.

10. The double-cap screw positioning reinforcement structure as described in claim 1, wherein the through space of the fixing seat is provided with a stepped abutment section having an upper inner diameter larger than the lower inner diameter.
