Abstract

The present invention provides a method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall. First, a first starting plate, an aluminum template, and a second starting plate are sequentially assembled to form an outer retaining wall. Then, the outer retaining wall, template connector, and inner retaining wall are assembled to form a template assembly. Slurry concrete is then filled into the template assembly and cured to form a first concrete wall. The first starting plate and aluminum template are then disassembled and reassembled with the second starting plate to re-form the outer retaining wall. The outer retaining wall, template connector, and inner retaining wall are then reassembled to form the template assembly. Slurry concrete is then filled into the template assembly and cured to form a second concrete wall. A cold joint and a groove are formed between the first and second concrete walls. Waterproof material is repeatedly applied to the groove, covering the cold joint and preventing fluid from entering the concrete wall, thereby extending the service life of the concrete wall.

Claims

1. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall, comprising: a template assembly step, wherein a first starting plate, an aluminum template, and a second starting plate are sequentially assembled along a vertical direction from bottom to top to form an outer template retaining wall; and an inner template retaining wall is then assembled to the outer template retaining wall via a plurality of template connectors to form a template assembly, the template assembly having a receiving space between the inner template retaining wall and the outer template retaining wall, wherein... Both the first starting plate and the second starting plate have a flat portion on their concrete contact side to align with a wall surface of the aluminum template and a protrusion extending beyond the wall surface; a first filling step involves filling the receiving space with a slurry of concrete, such that the height of the slurry of concrete reaches the second starting plate, and stopping the filling of the slurry of concrete when it contacts a portion of the height of the protrusion, allowing the slurry of concrete to solidify into a first concrete wall; a template disassembly and assembly step involves detaching the first starting plate and the aluminum template from the first concrete wall and the second starting plate, and then assembling the aluminum template and the first starting plate on the other side of the second starting plate, such that the second starting plate, the aluminum template, and the first starting plate sequentially re-form the outer retaining wall of the template along the vertical direction; then the inner retaining wall of the template is assembled with the outer retaining wall of the template through the plurality of template connectors, such that the template assembly is formed on the first concrete wall; A second filling step involves filling the accommodating space with the slurry concrete until its height reaches the first starting plate. Filling stops when the slurry concrete reaches a portion of the height of the protrusion, and the slurry concrete is allowed to solidify into a second concrete wall. A cold joint and a groove matching the protrusion are formed between the first and second concrete walls. A first coating step involves applying a waterproofing material to the groove to form a first waterproof layer, covering the cold joint. A second coating step involves applying the waterproofing material to the surfaces of the first concrete wall, the first waterproof layer, and the second concrete wall to form a second waterproof layer.

2. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall as described in claim 1, wherein, The first starting plate has a longitudinal opening in its flat portion, and one of the plurality of template connectors is detachably mounted in the longitudinal opening, so that the template connector can be selectively moved or positioned in the longitudinal opening.

3. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall as described in claim 2, wherein, The template connector includes a first nut, a second nut, and a screw. The first nut has a tube forming a channel and a stop extending from the outer periphery of the tube. The tube is inserted into the longitudinal opening and has an internal thread and an external thread. The second nut has a threaded portion assembled outside the tube and a lever portion located at the side end of the threaded portion. The lever portion has an opening that matches the channel. The screw passes through the longitudinal opening, the channel, and the opening and is screwed into the internal thread. The threaded portion and the stop portion can approach each other so that the template connector clamps the first starting plate and prevents relative movement, and the threaded portion and the stop portion can move away from each other so that the template connector can release the first starting plate and move relative to it.

4. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall as described in claim 3, wherein, The stop portion is configured with a ring stop block, and the outer periphery of the ring stop block is larger than the opening profile of the longitudinal opening. When the first nut is inserted into the longitudinal opening, the ring stop block is moved to approach the planar portion, so that the ring stop block is positioned on one side of the first starting plate.

5. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall as described in claim 3, wherein, The template connector further includes a movable baffle having a through hole that mates with the channel. When the tube portion of the first nut is inserted into the through hole and the longitudinal opening, the movable baffle is assembled between the first starting plate and the baffle portion of the first nut.

6. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall as described in claim 3, wherein, The template connector further includes an inner washer and an outer washer. The inner washer is disposed between the lever portion and the tube portion and has an inner washer opening to allow the screw to pass through. The outer washer is disposed between the first nut and the first starting plate and has an outer washer opening to allow the screw and the tube portion to pass through.

7. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall as described in claim 4, wherein, The outer periphery of the threaded portion is larger than the opening profile of the longitudinal opening. When the second nut is connected to the first nut passing through the longitudinal opening, the threaded portion will be moved to contact the first starting plate, so that the threaded portion and the lever portion are positioned together on one side of the first starting plate.

8. A method for preparing a waterproof concrete wall as described in claim 1, wherein, The outer retaining wall of the template is connected to another outer retaining wall of the template through a plurality of fasteners. A short side of the first starting plate or the second starting plate has a plurality of through holes at fixed intervals. The first and last of the plurality of through holes respectively form a reserved hole that cannot be assembled by the fasteners, and a plurality of assembly holes are formed between the two reserved holes for at least two fasteners to be connected.
