Abstract

This disclosure provides an adjustable exercise mat, comprising a sports layer, a first air cushion layer, a second air cushion layer, and an air intake module. The sports layer is made of an elastic material; the first air cushion layer is disposed on one side of the sports layer; the second air cushion layer is disposed on the side of the first air cushion layer away from the sports layer; the air intake module is disposed between the first and second air cushion layers, and inflates the first and second air cushion layers, giving the first air cushion layer a first thickness and the second air cushion layer a second thickness. This allows for the creation of exercise mats with different thicknesses, and the user can freely adjust the desired thickness, increasing usability.

Claims

1. An adjustable exercise mat, comprising: a sports layer made of an elastic material; a first air cushion layer disposed on one side of the sports layer; a second air cushion layer disposed on the side of the first air cushion layer away from the sports layer; an air intake module disposed on the first air cushion layer and the second air cushion layer, the air intake module inflating the first air cushion layer and the second air cushion layer to give the first air cushion layer a first thickness and the second air cushion layer a second thickness; and a pressure sensing module coupled to the air intake module, the pressure sensing module sensing a pressure position applied to one of the first air cushion layer and the second air cushion layer, the air intake module inflating or deflating the first air cushion layer and the second air cushion layer according to the pressure position.

The adjustable exercise mat as described in claim 1, wherein, The pressure sensing module instantly senses the pressure inside the first air cushion layer and obtains a first pressure sensing value.
