Abstract

This disclosure provides a steelmaking impurity removal composition. The steelmaking impurity removal composition comprises 1-6 parts by weight of a catalyst and 5-30 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon. The catalyst comprises a support and a transition metal oxide. The support comprises a first slagging agent, which comprises reducing slag generated from the steelmaking process, and the SiO2 / Al2O3 weight ratio in the support is greater than or equal to 1. The transition metal oxide is loaded onto the support.

Claims

1. A steelmaking impurity removal composition, comprising: The catalyst comprises 1 to 6 parts by weight, including: a carrier, wherein the carrier includes a first slagging agent, and the first slagging agent includes reducing slag generated from a steelmaking process, and the weight ratio of SiO2 / Al2O3 in the carrier is greater than or equal to 1; a transition metal oxide supported on the carrier; and 5 to 30 parts by weight of hydrocarbons.

2. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reducing slag comprises at least 50 wt% of the carrier.

3. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as described in claim 1, further comprising: 30 to 70 parts by weight of a second slagging agent, the second slagging agent comprising reducing slag produced from the steelmaking process.

4. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein the CaO / SiO2 weight ratio of the second slagging agent is 1 to 3.

5. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second slagging agent comprises: 40-60 parts by weight of CaO; 15-40 parts by weight of SiO2; And 10-20 parts by weight of Al2O3.

6. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the C / H weight ratio of the hydrocarbon is 5 to 15.

7. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hydrocarbon comprises: 35-55 parts by weight of C; 4-7 parts by weight of H; And 33-55 parts by weight of O.

8. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydrocarbon comprises biomass.

9. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transition metal oxide accounts for 5 to 25 wt% of the catalyst.

10. The steelmaking impurity removal composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transition metal of the transition metal oxide includes Fe, Co, Ni, or any combination thereof.
