Abstract

A construction method for cement buildings with metal mesh, addressing the inconvenience of conventional cement building construction, includes: fixing at least one metal mesh unit to at least one side of a foundation, maintaining a distance from the foundation to form a construction space; or fixing at least two metal mesh units to form at least two sides to constitute a construction space. Each metal mesh unit has a plurality of mesh openings, the size of which is between 2 mm² and 15 mm². The method also involves injecting sand and gravel concrete slurry into the construction space and allowing the slurry to dry. This method overcomes the limitations of maintaining a dry site and weather conditions, enabling rapid construction of cement buildings and shortening the construction period. It effectively improves construction efficiency and reduces construction costs.

Claims

1. A method for constructing a cement building with a metal mesh, comprising: a step of providing a foundation, wherein a foundation is provided; and a step of fixing the metal mesh, wherein at least one metal mesh unit is fixed to at least one surface of the foundation, maintaining a distance from the foundation to form a construction space, wherein, Each metal mesh unit has several mesh openings, the size of which is between 2 mm² and 15 mm²; and a grouting step, in which sand and gravel concrete slurry is poured into the structural space and allowed to dry; each metal mesh unit has: A number of first metal wires, each having a first wire diameter, are arranged in a first direction and a second direction respectively. Each pair of adjacent first metal wires has a first spacing. The first metal wires arranged in the first direction and the first metal wires arranged in the second direction each have a first intersection point and are connected at least at one first intersection point. A number of second metal wires, each having a second wire diameter smaller than the first wire diameter, are arranged in the first direction and the second direction within each of the first spacings, such that each pair of adjacent first metal wires has at least one second metal wire. Each pair of adjacent second metal wires and each adjacent second metal wire and the first metal wire each have a second spacing. The second metal wires arranged in the first direction and the second direction each have a second intersection point and are connected at least at one second intersection point. The side length of each mesh opening in each metal mesh unit is equal to the second spacing.

2. As in Request 1, the construction method for cement buildings with metal mesh, wherein, At least one metal mesh unit surrounds the base.

3. As in Request 1, the construction method for cement buildings with metal mesh, wherein, All the mesh openings are the same size.

4. As in Request 1, the construction method for cement buildings with metal mesh, wherein, Providing the base material includes using an existing substrate of a building as the base material.

5. A method for constructing a cement building with a metal mesh, comprising: a step of fixing the metal mesh, wherein at least two metal mesh units are fixed to form at least two sides to constitute a structural space, wherein, Each metal mesh unit has several mesh openings, the size of which is between 2 mm² and 15 mm²; and a grouting step, in which sand and gravel concrete slurry is poured into the structural space and allowed to dry; each metal mesh unit has: A number of first metal wires, each having a first wire diameter, are arranged in a first direction and a second direction respectively.

6. As in claim 5, the construction method for cement buildings with metal mesh, wherein, The step of fixing the metal mesh includes fixing at least one metal mesh unit to form the bottom surface of the constructed space.

7. As in claim 5, the construction method for cement buildings with metal mesh, wherein, The metal mesh unit is fixed to all sides of the structure.

8. As in claim 5, the construction method for cement buildings with metal mesh, wherein, All the mesh openings are the same size.
