Abstract
Claims
1. A protective film structure, comprising: a base film unit, which includes a substrate, an adhesive layer, and a scratch-resistant layer, wherein, The substrate has a first surface and a second surface facing each other. An adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface, and a scratch-resistant layer is disposed on the second surface. The scratch-resistant layer is made of one or a combination of acrylates, organosiloxanes, or nano-ceramic composite materials. A functional coating is disposed on the other side of the scratch-resistant layer away from the substrate. This functional coating is a moisture-curing silicone resin grafted with 15% silicone alkyl content, a porous self-crosslinking silicone resin grafted with 25% hydroxyl content, or a moisture-curing silicone resin grafted with 12% silicone alkyl content. The coating is made of silane resin or a porous self-crosslinking silane resin with a grafted hydroxyl content of 21%, and the thickness of the functional coating is between 0.5µm and 0.8µm. The thickness of the anti-scratch layer is 2.5µm or 4µm. The functional coating is applied to the anti-scratch layer after the base film unit is adhered to the surface of a target object through the adhesive layer, and the hardness of the functional coating is less than that of the anti-scratch layer. The bonding force between the functional coating and the anti-scratch layer is such that the functional coating can be removed by a polishing process without damaging the anti-scratch layer.
2. The protective film structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The substrate is made of one or a combination of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or polyimide (PI).
3. The protective film structure as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The base film unit further includes a release film that is detachably disposed on the adhesive layer on the other side away from the substrate, and the release film is removed before the post-processing procedure so that the base film unit is adhered to the surface of the target object through the adhesive layer.
4. The protective film structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The total thickness of the basement membrane unit is between 50µm and 180µm.
5. The protective film structure as described in claim 1 or 4, wherein, The thickness ratio of the functional coating to the base film unit is between 0.0028 and 0.
016.
6. The protective film structure as described in claim 1 or 4, wherein, The total thickness of the substrate, the adhesive layer, the scratch-resistant layer, and the functional coating is between 100µm and 150µm.
7. A method for constructing a protective film structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a base film unit, the base film unit comprising a substrate, an adhesive layer, a scratch-resistant layer, and a release film, wherein, The substrate has a first surface and a second surface facing each other, the adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface, the anti-scratch layer is disposed on the second surface, and the release film is detachably disposed on the other side of the adhesive layer away from the substrate; (2) on-site application, removing the release film on-site and applying the base film unit to the surface of a target object through the adhesive layer; and (3) post-processing, applying a functional material to the anti-scratch layer to form a functional coating to form the protective film structure on the surface of the target object, wherein the hardness of the functional coating is less than the hardness of the anti-scratch layer, and the bonding force between the functional coating and the anti-scratch layer is such that the functional coating can be removed by a polishing process without damaging the anti-scratch layer.
