Abstract

The polyester synthetic fiber treatment agent of the present invention contains an organophosphate compound (A), an amine ether type surfactant (B), and a smoothing agent (C). The organophosphate compound (A) is, for example, an organophosphate ester having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms in its molecule. The amine ether type surfactant (B) is, for example, a compound obtained by adding 1 molar of an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms to an epoxy alkane having 2 to 3 carbon atoms, or 2 to 100 molars. The smoothing agent (C) is, for example, a polyorganosiloxane.

Claims

1. A treatment agent for polyester synthetic fibers, characterized in that it comprises: an organophosphate compound (A), an amine ether surfactant (B), and a smoothing agent (C); Organophosphate compound (A): comprising organophosphate compound (A1) and organophosphate compound (A2); Organophosphate compound (A1): selected from at least one of organophosphates having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms and their salts; Organophosphate compound (A2): selected from at least one of organophosphates having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms and their salts; Amine ether surfactant (B): comprising amine ether surfactant (B1) and amine ether surfactant (B2); Amine ether surfactant (B1): selected from at least one of an organic amine having a hydrocarbon group having 8 to 13 carbon atoms, formed by the addition of 1 molar to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms and a hydrocarbon having 2 to 100 molars, and their salts. The above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 1 molar addition to an epoxide having 2 to 3 molar carbons, and an epoxide having 2 to 100 molar carbons, and its salts. The smoothing agent (C) is selected from at least one of the following: a polyorganosiloxane (C1), a hydrocarbon (C2), a fatty acid ester (C3), and a fatty acid (C4).

The treatment agent for polyester synthetic fibers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the average number of carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon groups of the organic amines in the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B1) and the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B2) is 10 or more and 15 or less.

3. The treatment agent for polyester synthetic fibers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the proportion of ethylene oxide in the alkyl oxyoxide of the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B1) and the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B2) is more than 80 mol% and less than 100 mol%.

The treatment agent for polyester synthetic fibers as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the total proportion of the above-mentioned organophosphate compound (A), the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B), and the above-mentioned smoothing agent (C) is set to 100 parts by mass, the proportion of the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B) is 5 parts by mass or more and 40 parts by mass or less.

The treatment agent for polyester synthetic fibers as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the total proportion of the above-mentioned organophosphate compound (A), the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B), and the above-mentioned smoothing agent (C) is set to 100 parts by mass, the proportion of the above-mentioned organophosphate compound (A) is 50 to 90 parts by mass, the above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B) is 5 to 40 parts by mass, and the above-mentioned smoothing agent (C) is 0.1 to 10 parts by mass.

A first treatment agent of a three-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, used in conjunction with a second treatment agent of a three-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers and a third treatment agent of a three-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, wherein the second treatment agent of the three-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A2), and the third treatment agent of the three-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains a smoothing agent (C), characterized in that: the first treatment agent of the three-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A1) and an amine ether type surfactant (B); the organophosphate compound (A1): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms in the molecule; the organophosphate compound (A2): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms in the molecule; and the amine ether type surfactant (B): containing an amine ether type surfactant (B1) and an amine ether type surfactant (B2). The above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B1) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 molar addition; an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 molar addition; and a salt thereof. The above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 14 to 18 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 2 to 100 carbon atoms; and a smoothing agent (C) is selected from at least one of the following: a polyorganosiloxane (C1), a hydrocarbon (C2), a fatty acid ester (C3), and a fatty acid (C4).

A second treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, used in combination with a first treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers and a third treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, wherein the first treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains the following organophosphate compound (A1) and the following amine ether type surfactant (B), and the third treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains the following smoothing agent (C), characterized in that: the second treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains the following organophosphate compound (A2); organophosphate compound (A1): selected from at least one of organophosphates having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms and their salts; organophosphate compound (A2): selected from at least one of organophosphates having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms and their salts; amine ether type surfactant (B): containing amine ether type surfactant (B1) and amine ether type surfactant (B2). The above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B1) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 molar addition; an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 molar addition; and a salt thereof. The above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 14 to 18 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 2 to 100 carbon atoms; and a smoothing agent (C) is selected from at least one of the following: a polyorganosiloxane (C1), a hydrocarbon (C2), a fatty acid ester (C3), and a fatty acid (C4).

A third treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, used in combination with a first treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers and a second treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, wherein the first treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains the following organophosphate compound (A1) and the following amine ether type surfactant (B), and the second treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains the following organophosphate compound (A2), characterized in that: the third treatment agent of a third formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains the following smoothing agent (C); the organophosphate compound (A1): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms in the molecule; the organophosphate compound (A2): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms in the molecule; and the amine ether type surfactant (B): containing amine ether type surfactant (B1) and amine ether type surfactant (B2). The above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B1) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 molar addition; an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 molar addition; and a salt thereof. The above-mentioned amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 14 to 18 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 2 to 100 carbon atoms; and a smoothing agent (C) is selected from at least one of the following: a polyorganosiloxane (C1), a hydrocarbon (C2), a fatty acid ester (C3), and a fatty acid (C4).

A first treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers, used in combination with a second treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers, a third treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers, and a fourth treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers, wherein the second treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A2), the third treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers contains an amine ether type surfactant (B), and the fourth treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers contains a smoothing agent (C), characterized in that: the first treatment agent of four formulations for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A1); the organophosphate compound (A1) is selected from at least one of organophosphates having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms in its molecule and its salts; the organophosphate compound (A2) is selected from at least one of organophosphates having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms in its molecule and its salts. Amine ether type surfactant (B): contains amine ether type surfactant (B1) and amine ether type surfactant (B2). The amine ether type surfactant (B1) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 14 to 18 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms. Smoothing agent (C): selected from at least one of polyorganosiloxane (C1), hydrocarbon (C2), fatty acid ester (C3), and fatty acid (C4).

A second treatment agent of a 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, used in combination with a first treatment agent of a 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, a third treatment agent of a 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, and a fourth treatment agent of a 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, wherein the first treatment agent of the 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A1), the third treatment agent of the 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an amine ether surfactant (B), and the fourth treatment agent of the 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains a smoothing agent (C), characterized in that: the second treatment agent of the 4-component formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A2); organophosphate compound (A1): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms in the molecule; organophosphate compound (A2): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms in the molecule. Amine ether type surfactant (B): contains amine ether type surfactant (B1) and amine ether type surfactant (B2). The amine ether type surfactant (B1) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 14 to 18 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms. Smoothing agent (C): selected from at least one of polyorganosiloxane (C1), hydrocarbon (C2), fatty acid ester (C3), and fatty acid (C4).

A third treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, used in combination with a first treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, a second treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, and a fourth treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, wherein the first treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A1), the second treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A2), and the fourth treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains a smoothing agent (C), characterized in that: the third treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an amine ether type surfactant (B); the organophosphate compound (A1) is selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms in the molecule; the organophosphate compound (A2) is selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms in the molecule. Amine ether type surfactant (B): contains amine ether type surfactant (B1) and amine ether type surfactant (B2). The amine ether type surfactant (B1) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 14 to 18 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms. Smoothing agent (C): selected from at least one of polyorganosiloxane (C1), hydrocarbon (C2), fatty acid ester (C3), and fatty acid (C4).

A fourth treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, used in combination with a first treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, a second treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, and a third treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers, wherein the first treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A1), the second treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an organophosphate compound (A2), and the third treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains an amine ether type surfactant (B), characterized in that: the fourth treatment agent of a fourth formulation for polyester synthetic fibers contains a smoothing agent (C); the organophosphate compound (A1): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 11 carbon atoms in the molecule; the organophosphate compound (A2): selected from at least one of organophosphates and their salts having a hydrocarbon group having 12 to 20 carbon atoms in the molecule. Amine ether type surfactant (B): contains amine ether type surfactant (B1) and amine ether type surfactant (B2). The amine ether type surfactant (B1) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 8 to 13 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an amine ether type surfactant (B2) is selected from at least one of the following: an organic amine having 14 to 18 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms by 1 mol addition; and an epoxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms added to an epoxide having 2 to 100 carbon atoms. Smoothing agent (C): selected from at least one of polyorganosiloxane (C1), hydrocarbon (C2), fatty acid ester (C3), and fatty acid (C4).

13. A polyester synthetic fiber characterized in that: it is coated with any of the polyester synthetic fiber treatment agents described in claims 1 to 5.

14. The polyester synthetic fiber as claimed in claim 13, wherein the polyester synthetic fiber is a polyester staple fiber.

15. The polyester synthetic fiber as claimed in claim 13, wherein the polyester synthetic fiber is used for spinning.
