Abstract

This article describes a method for increasing the measured therapeutic and / or preventive treatment of kidney disease or related conditions by means of estimating glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), which involves administering to an individual in need a combination of a sodium-glucose transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor and a compound of formula I or a stereoisomer, tautomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, wherein the variables in formula I are as defined herein.
