Abstract
Claims
1. An automated adsorption and regeneration device for organic pollutants, comprising: a pretreatment unit including a waste gas treatment group and a waste liquid treatment group, the waste gas treatment group having a waste gas flow channel for conveying waste gas, and the waste liquid treatment group having a waste liquid flow channel independent of the waste gas flow channel for conveying waste liquid; an adsorption unit including an input channel for receiving waste gas from the waste gas flow channel or waste liquid from the waste liquid flow channel, two independent reaction tubes respectively connected to the input channel, and an output channel opposite to the input channel, the reaction tubes being configured as activated carbon tubes, each reaction tube having an inlet end, an outlet end opposite to the inlet end, an adsorption inlet valve adjacent to the inlet end, and a regeneration inlet valve adjacent to the inlet end, the inlet end for receiving waste gas or waste liquid flowing in from the input channel, and the outlet end for passing the adsorbed waste gas or waste liquid into the output channel; A regeneration unit, connected to the adsorption unit, includes a heating tank defining a heating space, and an inlet channel with opposite ends connected to the heating tank and the regeneration inlet valves, respectively. The heating space is used to contain a desorbent, and each inlet end is also used to receive the desorbent flowing in from the inlet channel, so as to desorb and regenerate the corresponding reaction tube. A monitoring unit includes a control module, an exhaust gas detector for sensing the exhaust gas concentration flowing through the output channel and outputting an exhaust gas concentration signal to the control module when the exhaust gas concentration is greater than a preset exhaust gas concentration value, and a waste liquid detector for sensing the waste liquid concentration flowing through the output channel and outputting a waste liquid concentration signal to the control module when the waste liquid concentration is greater than a preset waste liquid concentration value. The control module can output a switching signal to control the closing or opening of the corresponding adsorption inlet valve or regeneration inlet valve according to the received exhaust gas concentration signal or waste liquid concentration signal.
2. The automated adsorption and regeneration equipment for organic pollutants as described in claim 1, wherein, The exhaust gas treatment unit also has a dehumidifier connected to the exhaust gas flow channel and used to remove water vapor from the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust gas flow channel. The waste liquid treatment unit also has a filter connected to the waste liquid flow channel and used to filter the waste liquid flowing through the waste liquid flow channel.
3. The automated adsorption and regeneration equipment for organic pollutants as described in claim 1, wherein, The regeneration unit also includes a potential detector disposed in the heating tank for measuring the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), and a temperature detector disposed in the heating tank for measuring the temperature.
4. The automated adsorption and regeneration equipment for organic pollutants as described in claim 1, wherein, The regeneration unit also includes a heater disposed in the heating tank and used to heat the heating space.
5. The automated adsorption and regeneration equipment for organic pollutants as described in claim 4, wherein, The control module can also output a temperature signal to the heater to control the heater's temperature.
6. The automated adsorption and regeneration equipment for organic pollutants as described in claim 1, wherein, The regeneration unit also includes a circulation pump disposed in the inlet channel and a metering pump connected to the heating tank and used to deliver the desorbent to the heating space.
