Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] This invention relates to a baby product, and more particularly to a release device and a stroller equipped with the release device. [Previous Technology]
[0002] A stroller is a utility vehicle designed to facilitate outdoor activities for infants and toddlers, and it has long been widely used. Currently, some strollers include a frame, a frame folding mechanism, front wheels, rear wheels, and a wheel rotation and orientation mechanism. The frame folding mechanism controls the folding of the frame, allowing the stroller to be folded into a smaller volume for easy carrying and storage when not in use. The wheel rotation and orientation mechanism locks or releases the rotatable rear wheels. Releasing the rear wheels allows them to rotate freely, making them omnidirectional. When reversing, the rear wheels rotate at a certain angle, allowing for easy steering. After turning, the wheel rotation and orientation mechanism can be used to lock the rear wheels, repositioning them for forward movement. However, these mechanisms significantly occupy the stroller's design space, are extremely inconvenient to operate, and the strollers are not aesthetically pleasing, thus reducing consumer willingness to purchase them. [Summary of the Invention]
[0003] The present invention provides a release device and a stroller equipped with the release device to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0004] According to one embodiment, the unlocking device of the present invention includes at least one operating member and at least one unlocking module. The at least one operating member is movably disposed on a frame, wherein the frame is equipped with at least one locking mechanism. The at least one unlocking module is movably disposed on the frame and connected to the at least one locking mechanism. Movement of the at least one operating member drives the at least one unlocking module to unlock the at least one locking mechanism.
[0005] According to one embodiment, the stroller of the present invention includes a frame, a wheel seat, at least one locking mechanism, and the aforementioned release device. The wheel seat is rotatably mounted on one of the legs of the frame. At least one locking mechanism is disposed on the frame. The release device is used to release the at least one locking mechanism.
[0006] In summary, the present invention utilizes at least one operating element to drive at least one release module to release at least one locking mechanism. This reduces production costs, minimizes the space occupied by the release device in the stroller's design, and is simple and convenient to operate.
[0007] The advantages and spirit of the present invention can be further understood from the following detailed description of the invention and the accompanying drawings. [Implementation Method]
[0009] Referring to FIGS. In this embodiment, the first locking mechanism 4 may be a frame folding mechanism, and the second locking mechanism 5 may be, but not limited to, the wheel rotating directional mechanism. The frame 2 contains a handle 21 , a front foot 22 , and a rear foot 23 , wherein the front foot 22 and the rear foot 23 are the legs of the frame 2 , and each wheel seat is equipped with a wheel. The first locking mechanism 4 is provided on the frame 2 and is used to close the frame 2 , wherein the first locking mechanism 4 is a prior art. In general, the first locking mechanism 4 may comprise a steel wire as well as a locking piece. One end of the steel wire is connected to the locking piece and the locking piece snaps between the handle 21 and the rear leg 23 of the frame body 2 . When the other end of the steel wire is pulled, the steel wire drives the locking piece to exit the snap and release the locking frame 2 so that the frame 2 can be folded. Since the first locking mechanism 4 is a prior art, only the steel wire of the first locking mechanism 4 is shown in the figure.
[0010] For example, the first locking mechanism 4 and the second locking mechanism 5 may be, but are not limited to, one of the handle conversion locking mechanism, wheel brake locking mechanism, handle angle adjusting locking mechanism, frame folding locking mechanism and wheel rotation locking mechanism, but the locking functions between the two are not repeated.
[0011] Referring to Figures 1 and 8, the wheel seat 3 is rotatably mounted on the rear foot 23 via a central shaft 32, allowing the wheel seat 3 to drive the wheel to rotate around the central shaft 32. A second locking mechanism 5 is mounted on the frame 2 and used to lock the wheel seat 3. The second locking mechanism 5 includes a linkage 51 and a pair of positioning components 52 connected to the linkage 51. The positioning components 52 include a first traction member 521, a second traction member 522, a positioning member, and a reset member 524. The wheel seat 3 has a positioning portion, which may be a positioning hole 31. The positioning member may be a positioning pin 523, used to engage with the positioning hole 31. The positioning pin 523 is telescopically mounted in the positioning hole 31. The linkage 51 is slidably mounted on the frame 2. One end of the first traction member 521 is connected to the linkage 51, and the other end of the first traction member 521 is connected to the positioning member. The positioning member is movably mounted on the legs of the frame 2 and can be connected to or separated from the positioning part. The reset member 524 provides an elastic force to push the positioning member toward the positioning part. The second traction member 522 is connected between the second release module 14 and the linkage member 51. When the second traction member 522 is pulled, it pulls the linkage member 51 to slide relative to the frame 2, thereby driving the first traction member 521 to pull the two positioning pins 523, causing the two positioning pins 523 to retract into the rear legs 23 and compress the reset member 524 (e.g., a spring). At this time, the two positioning pins 523 exit the positioning holes 31 of the wheel seat 3, thereby releasing the wheel seat 3. Therefore, the wheel seat 3 can rotate around the central axis 32.
[0012] The release device 1 is used to release the first locking mechanism 4 and the second locking mechanism 5. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, the release device 1 of the present invention includes at least one operating member 11, a selection member 12, a first release module 13, a second release module 14, and a sliding module 18. In this embodiment, the release device 1 includes one operating member 11, but is not limited thereto. The operating member 11 is movably disposed on the frame 2. The selection member 12 is movably disposed on the frame 2 and located on the opposite side of the operating member 11. The sliding direction of the selection member 12 may intersect with the sliding direction of the operating member 11. The first release module 13 is movably disposed on the frame 2 and connected to the first locking mechanism 4. The second release module 14 is movably disposed on the frame 2 and connected to the second locking mechanism 5. Selector 12 can slide to drive the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 to move, such that one of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 moves to the position of the corresponding operating member 11. As shown in Figures 3 to 7, selector 12 clamps at least one release module 13 between a locked position (as shown in Figure 3) and a release position (as shown in Figures 6-7 or 4-5). The release position includes a first release position (as shown in Figures 6-7) and a second release position (as shown in Figures 4-5). Then, operating member 11 can move to drive the first release module 13 located in the first release position to move, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4, or drive the second release module 14 located in the second release position to move, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism 5.
[0013] In another embodiment, at least one operating element may include a first operating element and a second operating element, respectively used to release the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism. In other words, the present invention can also use two operating elements to release two different locking mechanisms.
[0014] In this embodiment, the operating member 11 can slide up and down relative to the frame 2, and the selection member 12 can slide left and right relative to the frame 2. To avoid misoperation, the selection member 12 abuts against the operating member 11. The selection member 12 can slide away from the operating member 11, allowing the operating member 11 to slide. Specifically, the selection member 12 has an abutting portion 123, and the abutting portion 123 abuts against the operating member 11, so that the selection member 12 can lock the operating member 11 by the abutting portion 123, thereby avoiding misoperation. A first release module 13 is disposed between the operating member 11 and the selection member 12. The first release module 13 is movably disposed on the selection member 12 and can slide up and down relative to the selection member 12. The first release module 13 abuts against the operating member 11. The first release module 13 is connected to the steel wire of the first locking mechanism 4 and can drive the steel wire of the first locking mechanism 4 to move. A second release module 14 is disposed between the operating member 11 and the selection member 12. The second release module 14 is movably disposed on the selector 12 and can slide up and down relative to the selector 12. The second release module 14 abuts against the operating member 11. The second release module 14 is connected to the second traction member 522 of the second locking mechanism 5 and can drive the second traction member 522 to move. The first release module 13 is located on the right side of the handle 21 of the frame 2, and the second release module 14 is located on the left side of the handle 21 of the frame 2. However, the configuration of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 is not limited to the above-described manner. For example, the positions of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 can also be interchanged.
[0015] The selector 12 is slidable to drive the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 to slide, so that the operating member 11 is slidable to push one of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4 or the second locking mechanism 5. Furthermore, the selector 12 can move relative to the frame 2 between a first position (as shown in Figure 6) and a second position (as shown in Figure 4). When the selector 12 is in the first position, it drives the sliding module 18 to slide towards the first release module 13, and drives the first release module 13 to move in response to the movement of the operating member 11, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4. When the selector 12 is in the second position, it drives the sliding module 18 to slide towards the second release module 14, and drives the second release module 14 to move in response to the movement of the operating member 11, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism 5. Of course, in other embodiments, the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 may not abut against the operating member 11. For example, the operating member 11 may be located in the space between the first release module 13 and the second release module 14. In this case, the selection member 12 may also not abut against the operating member 11.
[0016] Please refer to Figures 3, 6, and 7. In this embodiment, the first unlocking module 13 includes a first rotating member 131, and the sliding module 18 includes a first sliding member 132. The first rotating member 131 is pivotally connected to the frame 2. The first locking mechanism 4 is connected to the first rotating member 131 at an off-center of rotation. The first sliding member 132 is slidably disposed on the frame 2. The sliding direction of the first sliding member 132 is the same as the sliding direction of the operating member 11. Specifically, the selector 12 has a first insertion hole 121, and one end of the first sliding member 132 is slidably inserted into the first insertion hole 121. The other end of the first sliding member 132 abuts against the operating member 11. The first sliding member 132 is used to drive the first rotating member 131 to rotate. When the operating member 11 slides and pushes the first sliding member 132, the first sliding member 132 drives the first rotating member 131 to rotate. Specifically, the first rotating member 131 has a first protrusion 131a, and the first sliding member 132 has a first sliding groove 132a. The first protrusion 131a is slidably disposed in the first sliding groove 132a. The first sliding member 132 is movable to push the first protrusion 131a, thereby causing the first rotating member 131 to rotate. Through the provision of the first sliding groove 132a, the first rotating member 131 can be stably disposed on the first sliding member 132. More specifically, the first rotating member 131 has a first connecting member 131b, wherein the first connecting member 131b is offset from the rotation center of the first rotating member 131 and is connected to the first locking mechanism 4. The first rotating member 131 may have two first connecting members 131b. The two first connecting members 131b may be symmetrically disposed on the first rotating member 131. The two first connecting members 131b are respectively connected to two steel wires of the first locking mechanism 4. The operating member 11 can be slidable to push the first sliding member 132, causing the first sliding member 132 to slide and push the first protrusion 131a, thereby causing the first rotating member 131 to rotate. The rotation of the first rotating member 131 pulls the steel wire of the first locking mechanism 4, thereby releasing the frame 2. At this time, the frame 2 can be retracted.
[0017] Referring to Figures 3 to 5, in this embodiment, the second release module 14 includes a second rotating member 141, and the sliding module 18 includes a second sliding member 142. The second rotating member 141 is pivotally connected to the frame 2. The second locking mechanism 5 is connected to the second rotating member 141 at an off-center of rotation. The second sliding member 142 is slidably disposed on the frame 2. The sliding direction of the second sliding member 142 is the same as the sliding direction of the operating member 11. In other words, the sliding directions of both the first sliding member 132 and the second sliding member 142 are the same as the sliding direction of the operating member 11. Specifically, the selector 12 has a second insertion hole 122, and one end of the second sliding member 142 is slidably inserted into the second insertion hole 122. The other end of the second sliding member 142 abuts against the operating member 11. The second sliding member 142 is used to drive the second rotating member 141 to rotate. When the operating member 11 slides and pushes the second sliding member 142, the second sliding member 142 drives the second rotating member 141 to rotate. Specifically, the second rotating member 141 has a second protrusion 141a, and the second sliding member 142 has a second sliding groove 142a. The second protrusion 141a is slidably disposed in the second sliding groove 142a. The second sliding member 142 can move and push the second protrusion 141a to make the second rotating member 141 rotate. With the provision of the second sliding groove 142a, the second rotating member 141 can be stably disposed on the second sliding member 142. More specifically, the second rotating member 141 has a second connecting member 141b, wherein the second connecting member 141b is offset from the rotation center of the second rotating member 141 and is connected to the second locking mechanism 5. The operating member 11 can be operated to slide and push the second sliding member 142, so that the second sliding member 142 slides and pushes the second protrusion 141a, thereby making the second rotating member 141 rotate. The second rotating member 141 rotates and pulls the second traction member 522 of the second locking mechanism 5, so that the positioning pin 523 exits the positioning hole 31 of the wheel seat 3. At this time, the wheel seat 3 can rotate around the central axis 32.
[0018] Please refer to Figure 3. In this embodiment, the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 are symmetrically configured. The first release module 13 and the second release module 14 can be implemented by the cooperation of sliding members and rotating members, but are not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first release module 13 may only have a first sliding member 132, and the first locking mechanism 4 is connected to the first sliding member 132. The first sliding member 132 can be pushed and slid to release the first locking mechanism 4. Alternatively, the second release module 14 may only have a second sliding member 142, and the second locking mechanism 5 is connected to the second sliding member 142. The second sliding member 142 can be pushed and slid to release the second locking mechanism 5. Or, the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 may be asymmetrically configured. One of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 can be a sliding member, slidably mounted on the frame 2, and the other of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 can be a rotating member, pivotally connected to the frame 2. The sliding member and the rotating member are respectively connected to two different locking mechanisms and are used to release the two different locking mechanisms respectively.
[0019] Referring to Figures 3 and 9, in this embodiment, the first slider 132 has a first sliding portion 132b, an upper first driving portion 132c1, a lower first driving portion 132c2, and a first limiting portion 132d. The first sliding portion 132b extends from the operating member 11 toward the selecting member 12, and one end of the first sliding portion 132b is connected to the selecting member 12, while the other end abuts against the operating member 11. The upper first driving portion 132c1 and the lower first driving portion 132c2 are disposed at one end of the first sliding portion 132b that abuts against the operating member 11, and extend in the direction of sliding toward the selecting member 12, and a first sliding groove 132a is formed between the upper first driving portion 132c1 and the lower first driving portion 132c2. The first limiting portion 132d extends from the lower first driving portion 132c2 toward the operating member 11. The first sliding portion 132b is slidably inserted into the first insertion hole 121 of the selecting member 12. In this embodiment, the second slider 142 has a structure mirror-symmetrical to the first slider 132 in the direction of sliding of the selector 12. Specifically, the second slider 142 has a second sliding portion 142b, an upper second driving portion 142c1, a lower second driving portion 142c2, and a second limiting portion 142d. The second sliding portion 142b extends from the operating member 11 toward the selector 12, and one end of the second sliding portion 142b is connected to the selector 12, while the other end abuts against the operating member 11. The upper second driving portion 142c1 and the lower second driving portion 142c2 are disposed at the end of the second sliding portion 142b that abuts against the operating member 11 and extend in the direction of sliding of the selector 12, and a second sliding groove 142a is formed between the upper second driving portion 142c1 and the lower second driving portion 142c2. The second limiting portion 142d extends from the lower second driving portion 142c2 toward the operating member 11. The second sliding part 142b is slidably inserted into the second socket 122 of the selector 12. When the selector 12 is in a third position (as shown in Figures 4 and 5), and the operator 11 slides to push one of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14, a first clearance space 15 is formed between the first sliding part 132 and the operator 11, and a second clearance space 16 is formed between the second sliding part 142 and the operator 11, thereby preventing the other of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 from interfering with the operator 11. When the operator 11 slides to push one of the first release module 13 and the second release module 14, the operator 11 can make clearance through the first clearance space 15 or the second clearance space 16.
[0020] Please refer to Figures 10 to 13. The selection element 12 can move relative to the frame 2 between a first position (as shown in Figure 11) and a second position (as shown in Figure 10). As shown in Figure 11, when the selection element 12 is in the first position, the operating element 11 corresponds to the first release module 13. As shown in Figure 10, when the selection element 12 is in the second position, the operating element 11 corresponds to the second release module 14. During the operation of the selection element 12, the following misoperation may occur. The user originally intended to slide the selection element 12 towards the second position so that the operating element 11 corresponds to the second release module 14, and then slide the operating element 11 to push the second release module 14 to release the second locking mechanism 5. However, the user mistakenly operated the selection element 12 to slide it towards the first position so that the operating element 11 corresponds to the first release module 13, and then pressed the operating element 11 to slide and push the first release module 13. If a toddler is riding in the stroller 100, the toddler could be injured when the frame 2 is closed. Therefore, to prevent such accidental operation, an elastic element 17 is provided between the selector 12 and the frame 2, and the elastic element 17 is used to move the selector 12 away from the first position. Due to the elastic element 17, when the user accidentally slides the selector 12 towards the first position, the selector 12 compresses the elastic element 17. After the user releases the selector 12, the selector 12 resets due to the elastic force of the elastic element 17. Then, the selector 12 drives the first slider 132 of the first release module 13 and the second slider 142 of the second release module 14 to reset, preventing the operator 11 from sliding and pushing the first release module 13. Therefore, the frame 2 will not be unlocked or closed, thereby improving the safety of the stroller 100. After the selector 12 resets, it will again abut against the operator 11 to lock the operator 11. Specifically, the elastic element 17 can be a spring, but is not limited thereto. The elastic element 17 can also be other elastic bodies. In order to better position the elastic element 17, the frame 2 can have a protrusion 211, one end of the elastic element 17 can be sleeved on the protrusion 211 and abut against the frame 2, and the other end of the elastic element 17 can abut against the selector 12, but is not limited thereto.
[0021] Referring to Figures 10 and 11, in a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 17 provides an elastic force to force the selection member 12 back to the second position, wherein the second position of the selection member 12 can be set as the initial state of the selection member 12. The operating member 11 can be directly pressed to push the second release module 14 to release the second locking mechanism 5. When the frame 2 needs to be retracted, the selection member 12 must slide from the second position to the first position and remain in the first position so that the operating member 11 corresponds to the first release module 13. Then, the operating member 11 can drive the first release module 13 to slide to release the first locking mechanism 4. During the above operation, the elastic member 17 will be compressed and deformed. When the selection member 12 is released, the selection member 12 will return to the second position due to the elastic force of the elastic member 17.
[0022] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. To facilitate operation of the release device 1 of the present invention, the release device 1 may be disposed on the upper side of the handle 21 of the frame 2. Of course, in other embodiments, the release device 1 may also be disposed in other positions of the frame 2.
[0023] It should be noted that the release device 1 of the present invention is not limited to the release frame retraction mechanism and the wheel rotation orientation mechanism. The first connector 131b of the first release module 13 and the second connector 141b of the second release module 14 can also be connected to other locking mechanisms of the stroller, such as the handle rotation locking mechanism, etc. Furthermore, the release mechanism 1 of the present invention is not limited to use in strollers. The release device 1 can also be used to release two different locking mechanisms in other fields.
[0024] Please refer to Figures 3 to 7. The operating principle of the unlocking device 1 of the present invention is as follows. Initially, the operating member 11 simultaneously abuts against the first sliding member 132 and the second sliding member 142. When the first locking mechanism 4 needs to be unlocked, the selector 12 is operated to move to the left, driving the first unlocking module 13 and the second unlocking module 14 to move to the left, so that the selector 12 disengages from the operating member 11 and unlocks the operating member 11. The second sliding member 142 of the second unlocking module 14 also disengages from the operating member 11, while the first sliding member 132 of the first unlocking module 13 still abuts against the operating member 11. When the operating member 11 is pressed, the operating member 11 slides upward and pushes the first sliding member 132 to slide. The first sliding member 132 slides and pushes the first protrusion 131a, driving the first rotating member 131 to rotate. The first rotating member 131 rotates and pulls the steel wire of the first locking mechanism 4, so that the frame 2 is unlocked. At this point, the frame 2 can be retracted. When the second locking mechanism 5 needs to be released, the selector 12 is operated and slides to the right, driving the first release module 13 and the second release module 14 to move to the right, causing the selector 12 to disengage from the operating member 11 and release the operating member 11. The first sliding member 132 of the first release module 13 also disengages from the operating member 11, while the second sliding member 142 of the second release module 14 remains abutting against the operating member 11. When the operating member 11 is pressed, the operating member 11 slides upward and pushes the second sliding member 142 to slide. The second sliding member 142 slides and pushes the second protrusion 141a, driving the second rotating member 141 to rotate. The second rotating member 141 rotates and pulls the second traction member 522 of the second locking mechanism 5, causing the positioning pin 523 to exit the positioning hole 31 of the wheel seat 3, thereby releasing the wheel seat 3. At this point, the wheel seat 3 can rotate around the central axis 32.
[0025] Referring to Figures 14 and 15, the unlocking device 1 of the present invention may further include a retaining mechanism 6 disposed on the operating member 11. When the operating member 11 slides to unlock one of the first locking mechanism 4 and the second locking mechanism 5, the retaining mechanism 6 can hold the operating member 11 in an unlocked position (as shown in Figure 15). When the operating member 11 is actuated from the unlocked position, the retaining mechanism 6 will release the operating member 11.
[0026] In this embodiment, the holding mechanism 6 may include a first engaging member 61 and a second engaging member 62. The first engaging member 61 is fixed to the operating member 11. The second engaging member 62 is connected to the frame 2. If the unlocking device 1 is provided on the handle 21 of the frame 2, the second engaging member 62 may be provided and connected to the handle 21 of the frame 2. The first engaging member 61 includes a track and a groove 615. The second engaging member 62 moves along the track and engages with the groove 615 to hold the operating member 11 in the unlocked position (as shown in Figure 15). In this embodiment, the track may have a first inclined groove 611, a second inclined groove 612, a third inclined groove 613 and a fourth inclined groove 614 that are interconnected. One end of the second engaging member 62 has an engaging portion 621.
[0027] When the user presses the operating member 11 to release the first locking mechanism 4 or the second locking mechanism 5, the engaging portion 621 of the second engaging member 62 moves along the first inclined groove 611 and the second inclined groove 612 and engages in the groove 615 between the second inclined groove 612 and the third inclined groove 613 to hold the operating member 11 in the released position (as shown in Figure 15). In addition, when the operating member 11 is actuated from the released position (that is, the operating member 11 in the released position is pressed again), the engaging portion 621 of the second engaging member 62 will disengage from the groove 615 and move along the third inclined groove 613 and the fourth inclined groove 614 to release the operating member 11.
[0028] For example, the second locking mechanism 5 can be a wheel rotation orientation mechanism. When the operating member 11 is pressed to release the wheel rotation orientation mechanism, the holding mechanism 6 holds the operating member 11 in the released position. Therefore, even if the user releases the operating member 11, the wheel can still rotate freely. Furthermore, when the operating member 11 is actuated from the released position, the holding mechanism 6 releases the operating member 11, causing the operating member 11 to slide and lock the wheel rotation orientation mechanism. At this time, the wheel is locked.
[0029] Referring to Figures 16 and 17, at least one operating element of the present invention may include a first operating element 111 and a second operating element 112, wherein the first operating element 111 slides to drive the first unlocking module 13 to move, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4, and the second operating element 112 slides to drive the second unlocking module 14 to move, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism 5. In other words, the present invention may also use two operating elements 111 and 112 to release two different locking mechanisms 4 and 5. In this embodiment, the holding mechanism 6 may be disposed on the second operating element 112, but is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the holding mechanism 6 may also be disposed on the first operating element 111.
[0030] When the user presses the second operating piece 112 and releases the second locking mechanism 5, the snapping portion 621 of the second snapping member 62 moves along the first bevel slot 611 and the second bevel slot 612 and snaps into the recess 615 between the second bevel slot 612 and the third bevel slot 613 to hold the second operating piece 112 in the release position (as shown in the 17). At this time, the second locking mechanism 5 is then held in the release-release position. Furthermore, when the self-releasing locking position of the second operating piece 112 is actuated (i.e., the second operating piece 112 located in the release locking position is pressed again), the snapping portion 621 of the second snapping piece 62 will then detach from the recess 615 and move along the third diagonal slot 613 and the fourth bevel slot 614 to release the second operating piece 112 such that the second snapping piece 112 slides to lock the second locking mechanism 112 .
[0031] For example, the second locking mechanism 5 may be, but is not limited to, one of the locking mechanisms that may be optionally maintained in the release state, e.g., a wheel brake locking mechanism and a wheel rotation locking mechanism;
[0032] Referring to Figure 18 as well as Figure 19, a retaining mechanism 7 is pivoted to the operating piece 11 and contains a snap-in portion 71 and an elastic portion 72 . In addition, the frame 2 has a one-chase orifice 24 . In this embodiment, the operating piece 11 may be used to release the second locking mechanism 5 described above. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. The user may press the retaining mechanism 7 to disengage the snapping part 71 from the snap hole 24 such that the operating piece 11 slides to lock the second locking mechanism 5 .
[0033] Referring to Figures 20 to 24, at least one operating element of the present invention may include a first operating element 111 and a second operating element 112, wherein the first operating element 111 slides to drive the first sliding element 132 to move, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4, and the second operating element 112 slides to drive the second sliding element 142 to move, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism 5. In this embodiment, the selection element 12 is movably disposed on the frame 2, such that the selection element 12 can move relative to the frame 2 between a first position (as shown in Figure 21) and a second position (as shown in Figure 23). Initially, the first sliding element 132 and the second sliding element 142 abut against the selection element 12, as shown in Figure 20. When the first locking mechanism 4 needs to be released, the selector 12 is operated to move to the left (as shown in Figure 21), causing the selector 12 to disengage from the first slider 132 and release the first operating member 111, while the second slider 142 remains abutting against the selector 12. At this time, a first clearance space 15 is formed between the first slider 132 and the selector 12. When the first operating member 111 is pressed (as shown in Figure 22), the first operating member 111 slides upward, pushing the first slider 132 to slide, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4. When the second locking mechanism 5 needs to be released, the selector 12 is operated to move to the right (as shown in Figure 23), causing the selector 12 to disengage from the second slider 142 and release the second operating member 112, while the first slider 132 remains abutting against the selector 12. At this time, a second clearance space 16 is formed between the second slider 142 and the selector 12. When the second operating member 112 is pressed (as shown in Figure 24), the second operating member 112 slides upward, pushing the second sliding member 142 to slide, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism 5. It should be noted that the detailed unlocking methods of the first locking mechanism 4 and the second locking mechanism 5 are as described above, and will not be repeated here.
[0034] Referring to Figures 25 to 28, at least one operating element of the present invention may include a first operating element 111 and a second operating element 112, wherein the first operating element 111 slides to drive the first sliding member 132 to move, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4, and the second operating element 112 slides to drive the second sliding member 142 to move, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism 5. In this embodiment, the selection element 12 is pivotally connected to the frame 2, such that the selection element 12 can rotate relative to the frame 2 between a first position (as shown in Figure 27) and a second position (as shown in Figure 25). Initially, the selection element 12 is located in the second position, such that the selection element 12 disengages from the second sliding member 142 to release the second operating element 112, and the first sliding member 132 abuts against the selection element 12 to lock the first operating element 111. At this time, a second clearance space 16 is formed between the second sliding member 142 and the selection element 12. In this embodiment, a torsion spring or other similar element may be used to hold the selector 12 in the second position. When the second operating member 112 is pressed (as shown in Figure 26), the second operating member 112 slides upward, pushing the second slider 142 to slide, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism 5. When the first locking mechanism 4 needs to be released, the selector 12 is operated to rotate counterclockwise (as shown in Figure 27), causing the selector 12 to disengage from the first slider 132 and release the first operating member 111, while the second slider 142 abuts against the selector 12 to lock the second operating member 112. At this time, a first clearance space 15 is formed between the first slider 132 and the selector 12. When the first operating member 111 is pressed (as shown in Figure 28), the first operating member 111 slides upward, pushing the first slider 132 to slide, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism 4. It should be noted that if the selector 12 is released from the first position shown in Figure 27, the torsion spring will force the selector 12 to rotate to the second position shown in Figure 25, thereby preventing the first operating member 111 from being accidentally operated. It should also be noted that the detailed unlocking methods of the first locking mechanism 4 and the second locking mechanism 5 are as described above and will not be repeated here.
[0035] In summary, the present invention utilizes at least one operating element to drive at least one release module to release at least one locking mechanism. This reduces production costs, minimizes the space occupied by the release device in the stroller's design, and is simple and convenient to operate.
[0036] In one embodiment, the present invention utilizes at least one operating element to drive a first release module to move, thereby releasing a first locking mechanism, or to drive a second release module to move, thereby releasing a second locking mechanism. In one embodiment, a selector can be slidably disposed on a frame, and the selector can move relative to the frame between a first position and a second position. When the selector is in the first position, the first locking mechanism corresponds to the operating element, such that the operating element can slide to drive the first release module to move, thereby releasing the first locking mechanism. When the selector is in the second position, the second locking mechanism corresponds to the operating element, such that the operating element can slide to drive the second release module to move, thereby releasing the second locking mechanism. Therefore, the present invention does not require two separate release devices for releasing the first and second locking mechanisms respectively. In other words, the present invention can use a single release device to release two different locking mechanisms.
[0037] In another embodiment, at least one operating element may include a first operating element and a second operating element, respectively used to release the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism. In other words, the present invention can also use two operating elements to release two different locking mechanisms.
[0038] In another embodiment, when the operating member slides to release the first locking mechanism or the second locking mechanism, the present invention can use a retaining mechanism to hold the operating member in the released position. Thereby, the first locking mechanism or the second locking mechanism can be held in the released state until the operating member is actuated from the released position. For example, the second locking mechanism can be a wheel rotation orientation mechanism, and when the operating member slides to release the second locking mechanism, the retaining mechanism holds the operating member in the released position. When the user presses the operating member to release the wheel rotation orientation mechanism, the wheel rotation orientation mechanism will remain in the released position; therefore, even if the user releases the operating member, the wheel can still rotate freely. Furthermore, when the operating member is actuated from the released position, the retaining mechanism will release the operating member, causing the operating member to slide and lock the wheel rotation orientation mechanism, at which point the wheel is locked. The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent variations and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should be considered within the scope of the present invention.
