Abstract

This invention provides a composition for inhibiting protein aminomethanization. The composition comprises a first component and a second component. The first component contains extracts of *Caragana korshinskii* (Apiaceae), *Brassica oleracea* (Brassica oleracea), *Vaccinium bracteatum* (Ericaceae), and *Spinacia* (Amaranthaceae) as active ingredients. The second component contains an extract of *Siegesbeckia orientalis* (Asteraceae) as an active ingredient. The mass ratio of the active ingredients in the first component to the active ingredients in the second component is 1:1000 to 80:1. Through the synergistic inhibitory effect of the two components, the composition of this invention can significantly delay the rate of protein aminomethanization. This application also provides a method for preparing the above composition and its application in the preparation of products that inhibit protein aminomethanization.

Claims

1. A composition for inhibiting protein aminomethanization, comprising: The first component and the second component; wherein the first component contains carrot extract, cauliflower extract, blueberry extract and spinach extract as active ingredients; and the second component contains Siegesbeckia orientalis extract as an active ingredient.

2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein, The first component comprises, by volume, ≥0.00025 w / v% and ≤5 w / v% of carrot extract, ≥0.00025 w / v% and ≤5 w / v% of cauliflower extract, ≥0.00025 w / v% and ≤5 w / v% of blueberry extract, and ≥0.00025 w / v% and ≤5 w / v% of spinach extract, with the balance being physiologically acceptable media; the second component comprises, by volume, ≥0.00025 w / v% and ≤100 w / v% of Siegesbeckia orientalis extract, with the balance being physiologically acceptable media; or the second component is Siegesbeckia orientalis extract; wherein the mass ratio of the active ingredient of the first component to the active ingredient of the second component is 1:1000 to 80:

1.

3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein, The first component comprises, by volume, 0.0005 w / v% and 5 w / v% of carrot extract, 0.0005 w / v% and 5 w / v% of cauliflower extract, 0.0005 w / v% and 5 w / v% of blueberry extract, and 0.0005 w / v% and 5 w / v% of spinach extract; the second component comprises, by volume, 0.0005 w / v% and 80 w / v% of Siegesbeckia orientalis extract; the mass ratio of the active ingredient in the first component to the active ingredient in the second component is 1:100 to 30:

1.

4. A method for preparing a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: diluting each active ingredient of the first component with a physiologically acceptable medium to a first solution of greater than or equal to 0.00025 w / v% and less than or equal to 2 w / v%, and adding the second component to the first solution to achieve a final concentration of greater than or equal to 0.00025 w / v% and less than or equal to 4 w / v%, thereby obtaining the composition.
