Abstract

This invention provides a flow guiding device, including a first guide plate and a fluid. The first guide plate is disposed on one side of an object within a space to divide the space into a first region and a second region between the object and the first guide plate. The first guide plate has a first surface opposite to the object, a second surface corresponding to the first surface, and a plurality of first through structures penetrating the first guide plate. The fluid flows along the second surface of the second region in a direction orthogonal to the normal vector of the second surface. When the fluid passes through the second surface, a negative pressure or a pressure lower than that in the first region is generated on the second surface, drawing the fluid from the first region into the second region, where it is then carried away by the fluid.

Claims

1. A flow guiding device for laser processing, comprising: A first guide plate is disposed on one side of an object within a space to divide the space into a first region and a second region between the object and the first guide plate. The first guide plate has a first surface opposite to the object, a second surface corresponding to the first surface, and a plurality of first through structures penetrating the first guide plate. A fluid flows on the second surface of the second region in a direction orthogonal to the normal vector of the second surface. A laser processing unit performs laser processing on the object via the first through structures. Wherein, when the fluid passes through the second surface, a negative pressure or a pressure lower than that in the first region is generated on the second surface, causing the products generated during laser processing to be drawn into the second region along with the fluid in the first region and then carried away by the fluid.

2. The laser processing flow guiding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the first through structure on the first flow guiding plate is circular, square, triangular or irregular, and the axial cross-section of the first through structure on the first flow guiding plate is a straight hole, a tapered hole or an oblique hole.

3. The laser processing flow guiding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a light-transmitting plate is further disposed between the first flow guiding plate and the processing unit.

4. The laser processing flow guiding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the object further has a surface to be processed opposite to the first surface, and an object surface corresponding to the surface to be processed, the flow guiding device further includes a second flow guiding plate disposed on one side of the object surface, such that the object is located between the first flow guiding plate and the second flow guiding plate, the second flow guiding plate further having a third surface corresponding to the object surface, a fourth surface corresponding to the third surface, and a plurality of second through structures penetrating the third surface and the fourth surface, a third region being formed between the second flow guiding plate and the object, and a fourth region being present on one side of the fourth surface.

5. The laser processing flow guiding device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second region further comprises a third flow guiding plate such that the first flow guiding plate is located between the object and the third flow guiding plate, and the fourth region further comprises a light-transmitting plate such that the second flow guiding plate is located between the object and the light-transmitting plate.

6. The laser processing flow guiding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the object is an electrode used in an electrolytic reaction.

7. The flow guiding device for laser processing as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a jetting device and a suction device, wherein the jetting device accelerates the fluid to pass through the first guide plate at high speed, and the suction device draws the fluid passing through the first guide plate by suction to increase the pressure difference between the first region and the second region.

8. The laser processing flow guiding device as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a first partition and a second partition forming a closed space, the first partition having a jet inlet connected to the jet device, and the second partition having a jet outlet connected to the suction device.

9. The flow guiding device for laser processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fluid is a gas, the second region is a closed cavity consisting of a light-transmitting plate, a first partition, a second partition and the first flow guiding plate, and a suction device is respectively provided on the first partition and the second partition. The suction device draws the fluid in the space through suction, causing the fluid to pass through the first flow guiding plate and then be discharged to the external environment through the suction device, so as to generate a pressure difference between the first region and the second region, so that the fluid in the external environment is drawn into the second region through the first region by natural air intake.
