Abstract

A packaging material that can transform into a clothes hanger includes a base unit, a tear-off unit, and a set of disconnecting lines. The base unit includes a base plate with a placement surface, two hook plates, two side plates, and at least one slot. The tear-off unit includes two first tear-off plates. The set of disconnecting lines includes two breakable first folded segments. The packaging material can be transformed from a flattened state to a packaged state or a clothes hanger state. In the packaged state, the hook plates and side plates cover the placement surface and cooperate with the base plate to define an accommodating space. In the clothes hanger state, the first tear-off plates are broken along the first folded segments, and the hook plates are folded and extend through the slot. Because the hook plates and side plates can cover the placement surface in the packaged state, they provide dust protection and garment protection.

Claims

1. A packaging board that can be deformed into a clothes hanger, comprising: a base unit including a base plate, two hook plates respectively connected to two opposite sides of the base plate, two side plates respectively connected to two other opposite sides of the base plate, two slots formed in one of the side plates and spaced apart, and at least one slot formed in the base plate, the base plate having a placement surface; a tear-off unit, made of paper material as the base unit, and including two first tear-off plates respectively detachably connected to the side plates, and a plug plate connected to one of the first tear-off plates and adjacent to the other side plate; A crease group includes a folded portion formed on the substrate unit, the folded portion dividing the substrate into two folded portions; and a break line group includes two first fold line segments respectively formed on the side plates and breakable. The packaging material can be changed from a flat state to a packaged state or a hanger state. In the flat state, the substrate unit and the tear-off unit are in a plane. In the packaged state, the hook plates and the side plates are folded to approach the substrate and cover the placement surface. The hook plates, the side plates and the substrate cooperate to define an accommodating space. The two opposite ends of the plug plate are respectively inserted into the plugs. In the hanger state, the first tear-off plates are respectively broken along the first fold line segments to move away from the side plates. The hook plates are respectively folded towards the substrate and pass through the slot. The folded portions overlap each other and the hook plates overlap each other.

2. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, The substrate unit also includes two connecting plates, each of which is connected to the substrate and the corresponding side plate on its two opposite sides. In the packaged state, the connecting plates, hook plates, side plates, and substrate cooperate to define the accommodating space.

3. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 2, wherein, The substrate of the substrate unit has two first side edges extending along a left-right direction and two second side edges extending along a front-back direction intersecting the left-right direction. In the packaged state, the hook plates are folded along the first side edges to approach the substrate, and the connecting plates are folded along the second side edges to approach the substrate.

4. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, The plug plate of the tear-off unit has a body portion connected to the corresponding first tear-off plate, and two plug ends formed at two opposite ends of the body portion and protruding from the corresponding first tear-off plate. In the packaging state, the plug ends are respectively inserted into the sockets.

5. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, The crease group also includes two first concave creases formed on the substrate unit and spaced apart. Each of the first concave creases divides the corresponding folded portion into an inner folded area and an outer folded area adjacent to the corresponding hook plate. In the hanger state, the first concave creases are close to each other, and the inner folded area and the outer folded area of each folded portion overlap each other.

6. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the side plates of the substrate unit has two outer portions adjacent to the hook plates and two inner portions connected to the outer portions on the side opposite to the hook plates, and the slots are formed in the inner portions of one of the side plates.

7. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the side plates of the substrate unit has two outer portions adjacent to the hook plates and two inner portions connected to the outer portions on the side opposite to the hook plates, and each of the first fold line segments of the disconnect line group is formed between the corresponding first tear plate and the inner portions.

8. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, Each side plate of the substrate unit has two arc-shaped outer edges adjacent to the hook plates, and each first fold line segment of the disconnect line group has two arc-shaped inner edges, which gradually converge towards each other from the corresponding outer arc edges in the direction of the fold.

9. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, The tear-off unit also includes two second tear-off plates that are detachably connected between the hook plates and the substrate. The disconnect line group also includes two second folded line segments that are formed between the hook plates and the substrate and can be disconnected. In the hanger state, the second tear-off plates are disconnected along the second folded line segments to move away from the hook plates and the substrate.

10. The packaging board material that can be deformed into a clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein, The base plate unit includes two slots spaced apart from each other, and the folded portion is located between the slots. In the hanger state, the hook plates extend through the slots respectively.
