Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a head protection device and a carrier comprising the head protection device. Prior Technology

[0002] For parents with young children, strollers, infant carriers, and car seats are often used instead of carrying them when going out, reducing the burden on adults. These vehicles are also comfortable and safe, making them increasingly popular. For safety reasons, existing child carriers are often equipped with shoulder straps and waist belts to secure infants. The shoulder straps are usually adjustable, typically using buckles. To further enhance comfort and safety, protective covers are also provided on the shoulder straps to protect the infant's head and neck.

[0003] However, most existing protective shields are simply fitted onto the shoulder straps. During riding or when adjusting the length of the shoulder straps, the shields may shift or become misaligned relative to the buckles or shoulder straps, causing the buckles to be exposed outside the shields or the shoulder straps to come into direct contact with the infant's head and neck. This reduces comfort and may even cause the infant's head and neck to be injured due to collisions or friction with the buckles or shoulder straps, thus failing to provide adequate protection.

[0004] Therefore, there is a need for a head protection device that is simple in structure, easy to use, and safe and reliable, which does not slip relative to the buckle even when the height of the head protection is adjusted, and can overcome the defect of the head protection slipping relative to the shoulder strap due to its own weight. This head protection device and its carrier are needed to overcome the above-mentioned problems. Summary of the Invention

[0049] While this invention has been illustrated and described with reference to specific embodiments, it should not be limited to the details shown. Rather, various modifications to these details may be made within the scope of equivalents of the claims and without departing from the invention.

[0050] The descriptions of directions such as "front," "back," "up," and "down" mentioned in this article are for ease of understanding only. This invention is not limited to these directions, but can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

[0051] Referring to Figures 1 to 6, a first embodiment of the present invention is described. The first embodiment of the present invention provides a carrier 200, which includes a seat 500, a backrest 600 connected to the seat 500, two shoulder straps 300 connected between the seat 500 and the backrest 600, two length adjustment devices 400 that are correspondingly connected to the two shoulder straps 300, and two head protection devices 100 for correspondingly wrapping the two shoulder straps 300 and the two length adjustment devices 400 thereon (the head protection device 100 wrapping the shoulder straps 300 does not mean that the shoulder straps 300 need to be completely wrapped, but only the part of the shoulder straps 300 adjacent to the length adjustment devices 400 needs to be wrapped). The opposite ends of the shoulder straps 300 are directly or indirectly connected to the backrest 600 and the seat 500. The length adjustment devices 400 and the head protection devices 100 can slide relative to the shoulder straps 300 along the length extension direction of the shoulder straps 300. To accommodate children of different ages and body types, the shortest extension length between the two ends of the shoulder straps 300 is adjustable. The sliding of the length adjustment device 400 on the shoulder straps 300 is used to adjust the shortest extension length between the two ends of the shoulder straps 300, thereby adaptively restraining the child sitting in the child carrier 200 through the two shoulder straps 300 to ensure safety. The head protection device 100 is used to cover the length adjustment device 400 and the nearby shoulder straps 300 to avoid collision or friction between the length adjustment device 400 and the nearby shoulder straps 300 and the child's head and neck, which could lead to injury. Similarly, to accommodate children of different ages and body types, the sliding of the head protection device 100 on the shoulder straps 300 allows the user to adjust the position of the head protection device 100 in the length extension direction of the shoulder straps 300 to match the head and neck of children of different ages and body types. Depending on the needs, the carrier 200 also has two waist belts 700 on opposite sides of the seating area of the seat 500, and a crotch strap 800 at the center of the seating area of the seat 500 (i.e., between the child's legs). The two waist belts 700 and the crotch strap 800 are respectively connected to connecting buckles 900, thus being detachably connected to the seat 500 via the connecting buckles 900. In use, the connecting buckles 900 are generally located at the child's waist and abdomen. In this invention, the carrier 200 includes, but is not limited to, strollers, infant carriers, sleeping boxes, car seats, and high chairs.

[0052] In this embodiment, the upper ends of the two shoulder straps 300 are directly connected to the backrest 600, and the lower ends of the two shoulder straps 300 are connected to the connecting buckles 900, thereby indirectly connecting to the seat body 500. The connection between the lower ends of the shoulder straps 300 and the connecting buckles 900 is also detachable. In other embodiments, the lower ends of the shoulder straps 300 can also be directly connected to the seat body 500, for example, the lower ends of the shoulder straps 300 can be directly connected to the corresponding shell or seat fabric of the seat body 500.

[0053] The head protection device 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to Figures 2 to 6.

[0054] The head protection device 100 includes a protective plate 10, a limiting structure 30, and at least one connector 20. The protective plate 10 is the part of the head protection device 100 that covers the shoulder strap 300 and the length adjustment device 400. The limiting structure 30 is the part through which the shoulder strap 300 passes, so that the protective plate 10 can slide relative to the shoulder strap 300 along the length extension direction of the shoulder strap 300 when subjected to the user's pulling force, thereby achieving position adjustment. The connector 20 is used to keep the protective plate 10 in the covered state.

[0055] The protective plate 10 includes a first part 10A, a second part 10B, and a fold line 40 located between the first part 10A and the second part 10B. When the protective plate 10 is in the unfolded state, the first part 10A and the second part 10B are located on the same plane (refer to Figures 2, 3, and 4). At this time, the length adjustment device 400 and part of the shoulder strap 300, which should be covered by the protective plate 10, are located on the same side of the protective plate 10 and within the circumferential edge of the protective plate 10. The user can easily operate and adjust the position of the length adjustment device 400. When the protective sheet 10 is folded along the longitudinal fold line 40, the first part 10A folds towards the second part 10B, so that the first part 10A and the second part 10B are positioned opposite each other, thus placing the protective sheet 10 in a wrapped state (refer to Figures 5 and 6). At this time, the length adjustment device 400 and part of the shoulder strap 300, which should be wrapped by the protective sheet 10, are located between the first part 10A and the second part 10B, and are positioned facing the first part 10A and the second part 10B, that is, covered by the first part 10A and the second part 10B. In this embodiment, the protective sheet 10 is made of flexible material and is generally rectangular. In other embodiments, the protective sheet 10 may include three parts and two fold lines located in the three parts. Two of the three parts are the first part 10A and the second part 10B, one of the two fold lines is the fold line 40, and the last part is folded outside the second part 10B by the other fold line.

[0056] The limiting structure 30 is disposed in the protective plate 10. The limiting structure 30 includes a first gap 31 and a second gap 32 spaced apart. The first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are configured to pass through the protective plate 10. The shoulder strap 300 passes through the first part 10A at two points in opposite directions through the first gap 31 and the second gap 32. Since the shoulder strap 300 passes through the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 located at different positions in the first part 10A in opposite directions, the friction between the shoulder strap 300 and the edges of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 is utilized. The limiting structure 30 prevents the protective plate 10 from sliding downwards along the shoulder strap 300 due to gravity. Instead, it temporarily positions the protective plate 10 at a certain point along the length extension direction of the shoulder strap 300, restricting its sliding relative to the shoulder strap 300. In other words, the limiting structure 30 positions the protective plate 10 at a certain point along the length extension direction of the shoulder strap 300. When a pulling force is applied to the protective plate 10 along the length extension direction of the shoulder strap 300, the protective plate 10 can overcome the friction between itself and the shoulder strap 300 and slide along the length extension direction of the shoulder strap 300 to adjust its position. More specifically, the limiting structure 30 is located on one side (e.g., the left side) of the fold line 40. It should be understood that, depending on the folding direction of the protective plate 10, the limiting structure 30 can also be located on the right side of the fold line 40 (see Figure 7). In this embodiment, the edges of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are continuously provided, meaning that the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are both defined as closed contours in the plane where the protective sheet 10 is located (i.e., the plane shown in FIG. 2), and only penetrate the protective sheet 10 in a direction perpendicular to this plane, so that the shoulder strap 300 will not detach from the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 in the lateral direction (i.e., the left-right direction shown in FIG. 2). Furthermore, when the protective sheet 10 is pulled by the user, the edges of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are subjected to balanced force, and the force will not be applied to the edges of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 due to the notches, causing the protective sheet 10 to tear along the notches at the edges of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32. In this embodiment, the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are two openings made on the protective sheet 10.

[0057] Connectors 20 are disposed in the first part 10A and the second part 10B of the protective sheet 10. In this embodiment, the connectors 20 are a male snap 21 disposed in the first part 10A and a female snap 22 disposed in the second part 10B, and the protective sheet 10 has two sets of connectors 20. After the protective sheet 10 is in the wrapped state, the male snap 21 and female snap 22 of the first part 10A and the second part 10B are fastened together to keep the protective sheet 10 in the wrapped state. In other embodiments, the connectors 20 can also be other suitable forms, such as Velcro, Hook and loop fasteners, magnetic snaps, etc., as long as the protective sheet 10 is kept in the wrapped state.

[0058] The positions and connections between the shoulder strap 300, the length adjustment device 400, and the head protection device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention are described with reference to Figures 3 to 6.

[0059] In this embodiment, the shoulder strap 300 includes a first strap 301 and a second strap 302 wrapped around the length adjustment device 400. That is, the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 are indirectly connected together through the length adjustment device 400, and the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 are separately and independently arranged, without crossing each other. Since both the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 are wrapped around the length adjustment device 400, it can be seen that when the length adjustment device 400 is wrapped by the protective plate 10, at least a portion of the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 can also be wrapped by the protective plate 10. The first strap 301 is used to connect to the backrest 600, and the second strap 302 is used to connect to the seat 500, thus forming a shoulder strap 300 connecting the backrest 600 and the seat 500. The length of the shoulder strap 300 is not the sum of the actual lengths of the first strap 301 and the second strap 302, but rather the relative length between the end of the first strap 301 that is furthest from the second strap 302 and connected to the backrest 600, and the end of the second strap 302 that is indirectly connected to the seat 500. This relative length is not a straight line length, but rather the shortest length formed by the extension of the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 between these two ends. Since the first strap 301 is connected to the backrest 600, it can also be called the upper shoulder strap, and since the second strap 302 is connected to the seat 500, it can also be called the lower shoulder strap. In this embodiment, the length extension direction of the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 is defined as longitudinal, and the width extension direction of the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 is defined as transverse.

[0060] Specifically, the first band 301 includes an upper connecting end 301a and a lower connecting end 301b located at both ends along its length, and an upper part 301c and a lower part 301d located between and connected to the upper connecting end 301a and the lower connecting end 301b. The upper connecting end 301a is connected to the upper end 600a of the backrest 600, and the lower connecting end 301b is connected to the backrest 600 at a location different from the upper connecting end 301a, for example, to the upper-middle end 600b of the backrest 600. The upper connecting end 301a and the lower connecting end 301b can be sewn onto the backrest 600, or they can pass through holes (not shown) in the backrest 600 and extend to the other side of the backrest 600, thereby connecting to the frame (not shown) of the backrest 600. The length adjustment device 400 slides between the upper connecting end 301a and the lower connecting end 301b to adjust the position of the length adjustment device 400 in the longitudinal direction within the first band 301.

[0061] Specifically, the second strap 302 includes a connecting end 302a and a free end 302b located at both ends along its length, and a connecting portion 302c and an adjusting portion 302d located between and connected to the connecting end 302a and the free end 302b. The connecting end 302a is detachably connected to the seat 500 via a connecting buckle 900, while the free end 302b is not connected to any component, allowing for user movement. The length adjustment device 400 slides between the connecting end 302a and the free end 302b to adjust the extension length of the second strap 302 between the length adjustment device 400 and the connecting end 302a, adapting to the upper body size and build of children of different ages and body types, thus comfortably securing the child to the carrier 200. This adjustment is achieved by moving the free end 302b.

[0062] In this embodiment, the length of the shoulder strap 300 is the shortest length formed by the extension of the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 between the upper connecting end 301a and the connecting end 302a.

[0063] In this embodiment, the length adjustment device 400 is a first adjustment buckle 410, which is a U-shaped adjustment buckle with a first post 402 and a second post 403 extending laterally for the shoulder strap 300 to be wrapped around, and a through gap 401 between the first post 402 and the second post 403. The first strap 301 is wrapped around the first post 402, and the second strap 302 is wrapped around the second post 403. The first adjustment buckle 410 is structured to provide sufficient friction to prevent it from sliding relative to the first strap 301 and relative to the second strap 302. However, the user can slightly loosen the first strap 301 and the second strap 302, allowing the first adjustment buckle 410 to slide relative to the first strap 301 along its length extension direction and to move relative to the second strap 302 along its length extension direction.

[0064] It should be understood that in other embodiments, the first adjusting buckle 410 may also be other types of length adjusting devices such as calipers, as long as the first band 301 and the second band 302 can be adjusted to pass through the length adjusting device.

[0065] In this embodiment, regardless of whether the protective sheet 10 is in the unfolded state or the wrapped state, the first part 10A of the head protection device 100 is located between the backrest 600 and the first adjustment buckle 410, so as to better wrap the first adjustment buckle 410 on the side of the first adjustment buckle 410 closer to the backrest 600, and avoid the head and neck of the infant located on the same side of the backrest 600 being rubbed by the first adjustment buckle 410. When the protective sheet 10 is in the wrapped state, the second part 10B and the first part 10A are located on opposite sides of the first adjustment buckle 410, that is, the second part 10B is located on the side of the first adjustment buckle 410 facing away from the backrest 600.

[0066] In this embodiment, the first band 301 passes through the first part 10A at two points in opposite directions via the first gap 31 and the second gap 32, temporarily positioning the protective piece 10 at a certain point along the length extension direction of the first band 301, thus restricting the sliding of the protective piece 10 relative to the first band 301. It can be seen that at this time, the first band 301 is simultaneously wrapped around the first part 10A and the first adjusting buckle 410, and the first adjusting buckle 410 is located on the side of the first part 10A facing away from the back against 600.

[0067] In this embodiment, to ensure that the protective sheet 10, whether in the unfolded or wrapped state, is pulled by the user to adjust its position on the first strap 301, the first adjustment buckle 410 can slide synchronously with the sliding of the protective sheet 10. Specifically, the upper part 301c is connected to the upper connecting end 301a, and extends from the side of the first part 10A facing the back of 600 (i.e., the right side of the protective sheet 10 in Figure 4) through the protective sheet 10 (i.e., through the first gap 31 of the limiting structure 30) to the side of the first part 10A facing away from the back of 600 (i.e., the left side of the protective sheet 10 in Figure 4), and from the side of the first adjustment buckle 410 facing the first part 10A (i.e., the side of the first part 10A facing away from the back of 600)... The first strap 301 extends from one side of the first adjustment buckle 410 through the first adjustment buckle 410 to the side of the first adjustment buckle 410 facing away from the first part 10A, and the lower part 301d extends from the side of the first adjustment buckle 410 facing away from the first part 10A through the first adjustment buckle 410 to the side of the first adjustment buckle 410 facing the first part 10A. It then extends from the side of the first part 10A facing away from the back 600 through the protective plate 10 (i.e., through the second gap 32 of the limiting structure 30) to the side of the first part 10A facing away from the back 600 to connect with the lower connecting end 301b. This allows the first strap 301 to pass through the protective plate 10 at two points in the first part 10A in opposite directions through the first gap 31 and the second gap 32. In other embodiments, the limiting structure 30 may also have two or more gaps to allow the first strap 301 to pass through sequentially in opposite directions.

[0068] In this embodiment, the upper part 301c and the lower part 301d are wrapped around the first post 402 of the first adjusting buckle 410. The upper part 301c and the lower part 301d are located on both sides of the first post 402, and the lower part 301d passes through the insertion gap 401. It should be understood that the upper part 301c and the lower part 301d are given different names for different parts of the first belt 301 for ease of understanding. The first belt 301 can be a whole belt, and the first adjusting buckle 410 can slide along the longitudinal direction of the first belt 301. Therefore, the range of the so-called "upper part 301c" and "lower part 301d" varies according to the sliding of the first adjusting buckle 410.

[0069] In this embodiment, the dimensions of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are both set to prevent the first adjusting buckle 410 from passing through along the thickness extension direction of the first strip 301 (i.e., the thickness direction in FIG. 4), so as to maintain the relative positional relationship between the protective piece 10 and the first adjusting buckle 410 during the sliding process, thereby achieving synchronous sliding (i.e., when the first adjusting buckle 410 slides, the protective piece 10 can slide with the first adjusting buckle 410, and similarly, when the protective piece 10 slides, the first adjusting buckle 410 can also slide with the protective piece 10). Specifically, in the length direction of the first strip 301 (refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the length direction of the first strip is the longitudinal direction in the figures), the dimensions of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are both smaller than the dimensions of the first adjusting buckle 410, so that the first adjusting buckle 410 cannot penetrate from the side of the first part 10A facing away from 600 to the side of the first part 10A facing away from 600 through the first gap 31 or the second gap 32. Furthermore, in the width extension direction of the first band 301 (refer to Figures 2 and 3, where the width direction of the first band is the lateral direction in these figures), the dimensions of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are both slightly larger than or equal to the dimensions of the first band 301, to prevent the head protection device 100 from swaying laterally relative to the first band 301. Moreover, in the width extension direction of the first band 301, the dimensions of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are both smaller than the dimensions of the length adjustment device 400; or the dimensions of the length adjustment device 400 in the thickness extension direction of the first band 301 (refer to Figure 4, where the thickness direction of the first band is the thickness direction in these figures) are larger than the dimensions of the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 in the length extension direction of the first band 301 (refer to Figures 3 and 4, where the length direction of the first band is the longitudinal direction in these figures), thereby maintaining the relative position between the head protection device 10 and the first adjustment buckle 410.

[0070] In this embodiment, in the length extension direction of the first belt 301, the distance between the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 is smaller than the size of the first adjusting buckle 410, so as to avoid the first adjusting buckle 410 and the protective piece 10 wrinkling between the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 when they slide synchronously on the first belt 301 because the first gap 31 and the second gap 32 are far apart.

[0071] However, it should be understood that the protective plate 10 can be made of a flexible material, and therefore the shape and size of the first slit 31 and the second slit 32 opened on the protective plate 10 are flexible and variable. Therefore, the specific dimensional limitations described above are merely examples, and the first slit 31 or the second slit 32 can be configured in any suitable manner in the art to prevent the first adjustment buckle 410 from passing through.

[0072] In this embodiment, the connecting portion 302c and the adjusting portion 302d of the second band 302 are wound around the second post 403 of the first adjusting buckle 410. The connecting portion 302c and the adjusting portion 302d are located on both sides of the second post 403. The connecting portion 302c extends from the side of the first adjusting buckle 410 facing the first part 10A through the connecting portion of the first adjusting buckle 410 to the side of the first adjusting buckle 410 facing away from the first part 10A. The adjusting portion 302d extends from the side of the first adjusting buckle 410 facing away from the first part 10A through the connecting portion of the first adjusting buckle 410 to the side of the first adjusting buckle 410 facing the first part 10A. In this embodiment, the adjusting part 302d is connected to the free end 302b and passes through the through gap 401, while the connecting part 302c is connected to the connecting end 302a but does not pass through the through gap 401. The adjusting part 302d and the connecting part 302c have overlapping portions in the thickness direction of the first band 301, and the free end 302b is located on the side of the connecting part 302c facing the first part 10A. In use, the lengths of the adjusting part 302d and the connecting part 302c are distributed by moving the free end 302b (either by pulling or stretching the adjusting part 302d or the free end 302b), thereby changing the extension length of the second band 302 between the first adjusting buckle 410 and the connecting buckle 900, that is, the extension length of the connecting part 302c. The free end 302b is located on the side of the connecting portion 302c facing the first part 10A to prevent the infant from accidentally pulling on the adjusting portion 302d and the free end 302b to unintentionally adjust the second strap 302 between the first adjusting buckle 410 and the connecting buckle 900. In another embodiment, the connecting portion 302c may also be connected to the connecting end 302a and pass through the through gap 401, while the adjusting portion 302d is connected to the free end 302b without passing through the through gap 401, so that the free end 302b is located on the side of the connecting portion 302c facing away from the first part 10A, so as to facilitate user adjustment.

[0073] In this embodiment, the length of the shoulder strap 300 is the sum of the extension length of the upper part 301c of the first strap 301 and the extension length of the connecting part 302c.

[0074] The vehicle 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to Figures 7 to 9.

[0075] The vehicle 200 of the second embodiment is generally the same as the vehicle 200 of the first embodiment, but there are also differences, as follows:

[0076] In the second embodiment, the limiting structure 30 is a U-shaped limiting buckle 33 embedded in the protective sheet 10. The limiting buckle 33 has a first hole 331 and a second hole 332 spaced apart. The first gap 31 of the limiting structure 30 corresponds to the first hole 331, and the second gap 32 of the limiting structure 30 corresponds to the second hole 332, so that the first belt 301 can pass through the protective sheet 10 in opposite directions. It is conceivable that the limiting structure 30 in the first embodiment can also be a limiting buckle 33. Conversely, the limiting structure 30 in the second embodiment can also be two openings in the protective sheet 10 in the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, the limiting buckle 33 can be set on one side of the fold line 40, shown as the right side in the figure. However, it should be understood that, depending on the folding direction of the protective sheet 10, the limiting buckle 33 can also be set on the left side of the fold line 40 (as shown in Figure 2).

[0077] In the second embodiment, the shoulder strap 300 includes a first strap 301 and a second strap 302 that wraps around the length adjustment device 400 and passes through the connecting buckle 900. In this embodiment, the first strap 301 is identical to the first embodiment except that it does not wrap around the length adjustment device 400, and will not be described again here. The second strap 302 is different. The second strap 302 includes a connecting end 302a and a free end 302b located at both ends in its length direction, and a connecting portion 302c and an adjusting portion 302d located between the connecting end 302a and the free end 302b and connected to each other. The connecting end 302a is fixedly connected to the protective piece 10 by stitching, specifically to the side of the first part 10A facing away from the back 600. The length adjustment device 400 and the connecting buckle 900 slide relative to the second strap 302 between the connecting end 302a and the free end 302b to adjust the extension length of the second strap 302 between the connecting end 302a and the connecting buckle 900.

[0078] In the second embodiment, the length adjustment device 400 is a second adjustment buckle 420, which is an adjustment buckle of a D-ring buckle and has a horizontal post that extends laterally for the second strap 302 of the shoulder strap 300 to be wrapped around.

[0079] In the second embodiment, the connecting part 302c is connected to the connecting end 302a, and the adjusting part 302d is connected to the free end 302b. The connecting part 302c and the adjusting part 302d are wrapped around the horizontal post. Specifically, the connecting part 302c extends from the side of the length adjusting device 400 facing the first part 10A through the second adjusting buckle 420 (i.e., the side of the horizontal post near the connecting end 302a) to the side of the second adjusting buckle 420 facing away from the first part 10A. The adjusting part 302d extends from the side of the second adjusting buckle 420 facing away from the first part 10A through the second adjusting buckle 420 (i.e., the side of the horizontal post near the connecting buckle 900) to the side of the second adjusting buckle 420 facing away from the first part 10A. The second adjusting buckle 420 extends from one side of the first part 10A, through the connecting buckle 900, and again from the side of the second adjusting buckle 420 facing the first part 10A, through the second adjusting buckle 420 (i.e., the side of the horizontal bar near the connecting end 302a) to the side of the second adjusting buckle 420 facing away from the first part 10A, and then from the side of the second adjusting buckle 420 facing away from the first part 10A, through the second adjusting buckle 420 (i.e., the side of the horizontal bar near the connecting buckle 900) to the side of the second adjusting buckle 420 facing the first part 10A. The second adjusting buckle 420 and the connecting buckle 900 slide on the second band 302 to distribute the length of the adjusting part 302d and the length of the connecting part 302c. In use, by moving the free end 302b to distribute the length of the adjusting part 302d and the length of the connecting part 302c, the extension length of the second band 302 between the connecting end 302a and the connecting buckle 900 is changed.

[0080] It should be understood that the connecting part 302c and the adjusting part 302d are given different names for different parts of the second belt 302 for ease of understanding. The second belt 302 can be a single belt and can slide through the second adjusting buckle 420, so the range of the so-called "connecting part 302c" and "adjusting part 302d" varies according to the sliding of the second belt 302.

[0081] It should also be understood that the second band 302 and the second adjusting buckle 420 can be configured in other forms known in the art, as long as the extension length of the second band 302 between the connecting end 302a and the connecting buckle 900 can be adjusted. For example, the second adjusting buckle 420 can be replaced by a caliper or a winder.

[0082] In this embodiment, the length of the shoulder strap 300 is the shortest length formed by the extension of the first strap 301 and the second strap 302 between the upper connecting end 301a of the first strap 301 and the connecting buckle 900, that is, the sum of the extension length of the upper part 301c of the first strap 301 and the extension length between the connecting end 302a of the second strap 302 and the connecting buckle 900.

[0083] In this embodiment, to ensure that the second adjustment buckle 420 can slide synchronously with the sliding of the protective sheet 10 when the user pulls it to adjust its position on the first strap 301, whether the protective sheet 10 is in the unfolded or wrapped state, the connecting end 302a of the second strap 302, which is wrapped around the second adjustment buckle 420, is directly fixed to the protective sheet 10. Thus, when the protective sheet 10 slides, the second strap 302 fixedly connected to the protective sheet 10 and the second adjustment buckle 420 thereon can also slide synchronously, ensuring that the second adjustment buckle 420 is located on the side of the first part 10A facing away from the back 600, whether in the unfolded or wrapped state. That is, the second adjustment buckle 420 has a portion opposite to the first part 10A, to prevent the infant's head and neck from being rubbed by the second adjustment buckle 420 and the nearby shoulder strap 300. Since the first strip 301 passes through the protective sheet 10 in two opposite directions, and the second adjusting buckle 420 and the second strip 302 wrapped around it are both located on the side of the first part 10A facing away from 600, whether in the unfolded state or the wrapped state, it can be known that when the protective sheet 10 is in the wrapped state, it at least wraps the second adjusting buckle 420, part of the first strip 301 and part of the second strip 302.

[0084] The remainder of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and will not be described again here.

[0085] The vehicle 200 according to a third embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to Figures 10 to 12.

[0086] The vehicle 200 of the third embodiment is similar to the vehicle 200 of the first embodiment, but there are also differences, as follows:

[0087] In the third embodiment, the limiting structure 30 has only a first gap 31 and no second gap 32. The upper part 301c extends directly from the side of the first part 10A facing away from 600, through the first gap 31 and the length adjustment device 400, to the side of the length adjustment device 400 facing away from the first part 10A. The lower part 301d extends from the side of the length adjustment device 400 facing away from the first part 10A, through the length adjustment device 400 and the first gap 31, back to the side of the first part 10A facing away from 600. The third embodiment reduces the number of gaps on the protective sheet 10, thus simplifying the manufacturing process and allowing for more flexible gap placement.

[0088] In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG12, the size of the first gap 31 is smaller than the size of the length adjustment device 400 in the length extension direction of the first strip 301 (i.e., the longitudinal direction in FIG12), so that the length adjustment device 400 cannot pass through the first gap 31 in the thickness extension direction of the first strip 301 (i.e., the thickness direction in FIG12) in the state shown in FIG11 and FIG12. Thus, the relative positional relationship between the protective sheet 10 and the length adjustment device 400 during the sliding process is maintained, thereby achieving synchronous sliding, which is the same as in the first embodiment. However, for ease of cleaning the protective sheet 10, the user desires that the protective sheet 10 can be detached from the first strip 301 and the second strip 302. Therefore, the first gap 31 is configured to allow the length adjustment device 400 to rotate 90° in the state shown in FIG11 and FIG12 and then move from the side of the protective sheet 10 facing away from the back of the 600 to the side of the protective sheet 10 facing away from the 600, thereby disengaging the protective sheet 10 from the first strip 301. Therefore, in the states shown in Figures 11 and 12, the size of the first gap 31 is larger than the size of the length adjustment device 400 in the width extension direction of the first strip 301 (see Figures 10 and 11, the width direction of the first strip 301 is the transverse direction in these figures), and the size of the length adjustment device 400 in the thickness extension direction of the first strip 301 is smaller than the size of the first gap 31 in the length extension direction of the first strip 301 (see Figure 12, the length direction of the first strip 301 is the longitudinal direction in these figures). However, it should be understood that the protective sheet 10 can be made of a flexible material, and therefore the shape and size of the first gap 31 formed on the protective sheet 10 are flexible and variable. Therefore, the specific size limitations described above are merely examples, and the first gap 31 can be configured in any suitable manner in the art to allow the length adjustment device 400 to pass through after rotating 90° in the states shown in Figures 11 and 12.

[0089] In the third embodiment, after the length adjustment device 400 moves through the first gap 31 to the side of the protective sheet 10 facing the back of the 600, the second belt 302 wrapped around the length adjustment device 400 is then removed from the length adjustment device 400. At this time, the protective sheet 10 can be completely separated from the first belt 301 and the second belt 302.

[0090] The head protection device 100 of the third embodiment also includes a positioning band 34, which is used to limit the second band 302 from moving excessively along the thickness extension direction of the second band 302 (i.e., the thickness direction in FIG12).

[0091] In the third embodiment, the positioning band 34 is attached to the side of the first portion 10A facing away from the back 600 and located on the side of the first gap 31 near the seat 500 (i.e., the side of the connecting buckle 900), and a gap 343 is formed between the positioning band 34 and the first portion 10A. More specifically, the positioning band 34 includes two ends 341 and a middle portion 342. The two ends 341 are respectively fixed to the first portion 10A, for example, by being sewn to the first portion 10A. The middle portion 342 is located between the two ends 341, and a gap 343 is formed between the middle portion 342 and the protective piece 10. It should be understood that the term "gap" does not mean that the middle portion 342 must be spaced apart from the protective piece 10; the middle portion 342 can be substantially attached to the protective piece 10. In some embodiments, the positioning band 34 may be made of an elastic material, such as an elastic band, so that the middle portion 342 tends to attach to the protective piece 10.

[0092] In the third embodiment, the two ends 341 of the positioning band 34 can be opposite each other laterally or diagonally. In other embodiments, the positioning band 34 can also be configured in other forms, such as rectangular, trapezoidal, etc., as long as it can provide a gap 343.

[0093] In the third embodiment, the connecting portion 302c of the second band 302 passes through the gap 343 from the connecting end 302a and then through the length adjustment device 400, while the adjusting portion 302d passes through the length adjustment device 400 first and then through the gap 343. This binds both the connecting portion 302c and the adjusting portion 302d between the positioning band 34 and the first portion 10A, and they overlap with each other, thereby limiting the excessive movement of the second band 302 along the thickness extension direction of the second band 302 (i.e., the thickness direction in FIG. 12). Since the material of the positioning band 34 is an elastic material, based on the overlapping portion between the connecting portion 302c and the adjusting portion 302d in the gap 343, it can be known that the elastic positioning band 34 will apply an elastic force to the overlapping portion between the two, increasing the friction between the connecting portion 302c and the adjusting portion 302d. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the relative length adjustment device 400 of the second belt 302 from accidentally sliding and adjusting the length of the connecting part 302c and the adjusting part 302d, so that the baby in the carrier 200 cannot be safely restrained by the second belt 302.

[0094] In the third embodiment, the length adjustment device 400 further includes an edge portion 404, which is located on the side of the length adjustment device 400 near the seat 500 (i.e. the side of the connecting buckle 900) and adjacent to the second post 403. The edge portion 404 is located on the side of the positioning band 34 facing away from the first part 10A and is used to abut against the positioning band 34 to further increase the friction between the connecting part 302c and the adjusting part 302d.

[0095] The remaining structure of the third embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and will not be described again here.

[0096] In summary, in the various embodiments of the present invention, when the user adjusts the position of the head protection device 100 on the shoulder strap 300, the length adjustment device 400 can slide synchronously with the sliding of the head protection device 100 on the shoulder strap 300.

[0097] While preferred embodiments have been shown and described herein, it should be understood that these embodiments are given by way of example only. Many variations, modifications, and substitutions will occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. Therefore, the appended claims are intended to cover all such variations that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
