Abstract

A method for manufacturing a photovoltaic electrolytic oxygen-generating electrode includes steps (a) sequentially forming an oxygen evolution reaction catalyst film structure and a water-soluble temporary support on a substrate, and attaching adhesive tape to the water-soluble temporary support to form a transfer-on-film layer on the substrate; step (b) providing a photovoltaic cell; step (c) pulling the adhesive tape away from the substrate to separate the transfer-on-film layer from the substrate, and placing the separated transfer-on-film layer in water to dissolve the water-soluble temporary support, thereby separating the adhesive tape from the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst film structure; and step (d) immersing the oxygen-generating region of the photovoltaic cell in water and placing it below the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst film structure, and removing it from the water to support the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst film structure, thus obtaining a photovoltaic electrolytic oxygen-generating electrode. This invention provides a novel method for manufacturing a photovoltaic electrolytic oxygen-generating electrode.

Claims

1. A method for manufacturing a photovoltaic electrolytic oxygen-generating electrode, comprising: a step (a) sequentially forming an oxygen evolution reaction catalyst film structure and a water-soluble temporary support on the surface of a substrate, and attaching an adhesive tape to the surface of the water-soluble temporary support facing away from the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst film structure, thereby forming a transfer-to-be-printed laminate on the surface of the substrate; a step (b) providing a photovoltaic cell, the photovoltaic cell comprising a transparent conductive cover plate, a transparent electrode layer spaced apart from the transparent conductive cover plate, an encapsulation wall structure sandwiched and joined between the transparent conductive cover plate and the transparent electrode layer, and a photoelectric conversion laminate, the transparent electrode layer comprising an encapsulation area and an oxygen generation area arranged to the left and right of the encapsulation area and exposed outside the encapsulation wall structure, the encapsulation wall structure, the transparent conductive cover plate and the encapsulation area of the transparent electrode layer jointly defining a sealed space, the photoelectric conversion laminate being encapsulated within the sealed space; Step (c) involves pulling the tape away from the substrate to separate the transfer-to-deposit layer from the substrate, and placing the separated transfer-to-deposit layer in water. By dissolving the water-soluble temporary support in the transfer-to-deposit layer, the tape originally connected by the water-soluble temporary support is separated from the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst membrane structure. Step (d) involves immersing the oxygen-generating region of the photovoltaic cell into the water to support the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst membrane structure, and removing the oxygen-generating region from the water, thereby removing the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst membrane structure from the water and placing it on the surface of the oxygen-generating region, thus obtaining a photovoltaic electrolysis oxygen-generating electrode.

2. The method for preparing the photovoltaic electrolysis oxygen-generating electrode as described in claim 1, wherein, In step (a), a gold conductive film, a tungsten trioxide catalyst film and a bismuth vanadate catalyst film are sequentially formed on the surface of the substrate, and the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst film structure is stacked on the surface of the substrate.

3. The method for preparing the photovoltaic electrolysis oxygen-generating electrode as described in claim 1, wherein, In step (b), the photoelectric conversion stack includes a metal electrode layer disposed on the surface of the transparent conductive cover plate, an electron transport layer disposed on the surface of the metal electrode layer opposite to the transparent conductive cover plate, a perovskite layer disposed on the surface of the electron transport layer opposite to the metal electrode layer, and a hole transport layer disposed on the surface of the perovskite layer and between the perovskite layer and the transparent electrode layer.

4. The method for preparing the photovoltaic electrolysis oxygen-generating electrode as described in claim 2, wherein, In step (c), the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst membrane structure is arranged in water such that the gold conductive membrane is further away from the water surface than the bismuth vanadate catalyst membrane.

5. The method for preparing the photovoltaic electrolysis oxygen-generating electrode as described in claim 4, wherein, In step (d), the oxygen-generating region of the photovoltaic cell is inserted into the water and is located below the gold conductive film.

6. The method for preparing the photovoltaic electrolysis oxygen-generating electrode as described in claim 5, wherein, In step (d), the oxygen generating area is moved upward to come into direct contact with the gold conductive film and removed from the water.

7. The method for preparing the photovoltaic electrolysis oxygen-generating electrode as described in claim 3, wherein, In step (d), the oxygen evolution reaction catalyst membrane structure and the hole transport layer are arranged side-by-side on the same surface of the transparent electrode layer and separated by the encapsulation wall structure.
