Description

Support beam structure of a lighting cover The present invention relates to a support beam structure of a lighting cover, especially a support beam structure disposed under the lighting cover. Through the design of a plurality of component force beams with relative angles disposed between the upper and lower beam bodies of the support beam structure, the weight borne after the support beam is disposed can form component forces to resist against each other, achieving the effects of increasing the strength of the support beam structure and avoiding deformation and subsidence after long-term heavy pressure. Referring to the side view schematic diagram of the conventional lighting cover support beam structure shown in Figure 1, in the lighting cover design commonly installed on the market, it mainly uses a plurality of vertical beams 30 vertically erected on the ground to form vertical support. After a plurality of cross beams 20 are covered on the top and joined by staggered welding or screwing to form a frame, a lighting cover 40 with a whole area is fixed above the frame formed by the staggered joining of the plurality of cross beams 20, and then attached to one side of the building to form a shelter space, which is a common lighting cover design. However, since the entire lighting cover has a very large area and the material is mostly metal, it will form a high load, resulting in a large stress S generated at the center of the frame formed by the staggered joining of the plurality of cross beams 20. These stresses will cause the frame formed by the staggered joining of the plurality of cross beams 20 to deform. Therefore, it is necessary to support the frame formed by the staggered joining of the plurality of cross beams 20 with a support beam 50 spanning a certain area ratio of the lighting cover to achieve a stable effect. In terms of the current technology, the conventional support beam 50 has a certain thickness H1, and both ends are connected to the vertical beam 30 by spot welding 51 up and down to form the effect of supporting the lighting cover. Referring to the actual use deformation example diagram of the conventional lighting cover shown in Figure 2, even with the support structure design of the conventional lighting cover as described above, simply using the support beam 50 to span the frame formed by the staggered joining of the plurality of cross beams 20 for support, it still often produces obvious deformation and depression conditions (marked by the red line in the drawing) under the long-term compression of the weight stress S of the high load. Not only will water accumulate due to subsidence, but also it is easy to deform and break and collapse after damaging the surface of the lighting cover, posing a serious safety threat. The main reason is that the thickness H1 of the single-load-bearing support beam 50 is limited, and under the unidirectional stress S, the fixing method of connecting the vertical beam 30 by spot welding 51 on both sides cannot disperse the concentrated downward stress S, so it is easy to deform and subside, which is a serious defect of the conventional lighting cover support beam design. The present invention relates to a support beam structure of a light-transmitting cover, which is disposed below the light-transmitting cover body. The light-transmitting cover is vertically erected on the ground by a plurality of vertical beams, and after a plurality of cross beams are covered at the top and intersect to form a frame, a light-transmitting cover body with an entire area is fixed above the frame formed by the intersection of the plurality of cross beams. Its main features include a first cross beam and a second cross beam. One side beam is butt-jointed to both sides of the first cross beam and the second cross beam to form a frame, and the side beam, the first cross beam and the second cross beam are further fixedly connected to one side of the vertical beam; at least one group of angled dividing beams is disposed between the first cross beam and the second cross beam. Since the angled dividing beam is obliquely arranged, it has an upper welding surface and a lower welding surface with a larger welding width. The welding width of the upper welding surface and the lower welding surface is connected between the first cross beam and the second cross beam in a full-weld manner. The secondary features of the present invention are that the angled dividing beams are opposite to each other in pairs; the first cross beam, the second cross beam and the side beam are welded to the vertical beam in a wire welding manner at at least three positions of upper, middle and lower with a certain length; a decorative member can be welded between at least one group of angled dividing beams arranged between the first cross beam and the second cross beam. Please refer to the side view schematic diagram of the support beam structure of the light-transmitting cover in the preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in Figure 3, and the partial three-dimensional schematic diagram of the support beam structure of the light-transmitting cover in the preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in Figure 4. To solve the lack of structural strength of the support beam structure of the conventional light-transmitting cover, the support beam structure of the light-transmitting cover of the present invention is specially designed to be installed by a full-weld fixing method with double cross beams and angled dividing beams. Through the structure of the full-weld of the double cross beams and the angled dividing beams, the cross beam disperses the stress into vertical stress and parallel stress through the angled dividing beam, and then disperses the stress damage. The vertical beams on both sides with a larger area distribution are the most important design of the present invention. A plurality of vertical beams 30 are vertically erected on the ground to form vertical support. After a plurality of cross beams 20 are covered on their tops and are joined by staggered welding or screwing to form a frame, a lighting cover 40 with an entire area is fixed above the frame formed by the staggered joining of the plurality of cross beams 20. The cover body is the same as the conventional lighting cover design. The main feature of the present invention is that a support beam 50 spans the frame formed by the staggered joining of the plurality of cross beams 20 and is connected with a first cross beam 11 and a second cross beam 12 below. One side beam 14 is butt-jointed on both sides of the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 to form an independent frame, having a greater support height H2. The side beam 14, the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 are further fixedly connected to one side of the vertical beam 30, and the first cross beam 11 is welded below the plurality of cross beams 20 for support. To enable the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 to have greater resistance to the weight stress S, at least one set of diagonal dividing beams 13 is provided between the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 according to the area of the lighting cover. Preferably, this set of diagonal dividing beams 13 is opposite to each other in pairs. Since the diagonal dividing beam 13 is designed to be inclined, when it is manufactured, the surfaces joining the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 form an upper welding surface 131 and a lower welding surface 132 due to the angle cutting, having greater welding widths W1 and W2. Further, the welding widths W1 and W2 of the upper welding surface 131 and the lower welding surface 132 of the present invention are welded in a full-welding manner to fill the entire welding widths W1 and W2. This design has greater structural strength than the traditional spot welding. After at least one set of diagonal dividing beams 13 is connected between the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12, the stress S generated by the overall lighting cover is dispersed into parallel stress S1 and vertical stress S2 through each diagonal dividing beam 13. The parallel stress S1 disperses the load through the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 to the vertical beam 30 where the side beam 14 is connected to the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 on both sides, and the vertical stress S2 can be supported by the structural strength of the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12. As can be seen from the above, through the design that at least one set of diagonal dividing beams 13 is provided between the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12 according to the area of the lighting cover, the present invention can greatly disperse the originally single weight stress S of the lighting cover, avoid stress concentration and deformation. The secondary feature of the present invention is that the first cross beam 11, the second cross beam 12 and the side beam 14 are welded to the vertical beam 30 by a wire welding method at at least three wire welding positions (141 / 142 / 143) of upper, middle and lower, which has greater strength than the traditional spot welding and helps to disperse the stress on the vertical beam 30 for offset. And a decorative member 15 can be welded between at least one set of diagonal dividing beams 13 provided between the first cross beam 11 and the second cross beam 12, so that the rigid metal rods can be decorated, making the vision under the lighting cover more beautiful. 11: First cross beam 12: Second cross beam 13: Oblique angle dividing beam 131: Upper welding surface 132: Lower welding surface 14: Side beam 141 / 142 / 143: Welding wires 15: Decorative part 20: Cross beam 30: Vertical beam 40: Lighting cover 50: Support beam H1: Thickness H2: Support height S: Stress S1: Parallel stress S2: Vertical stress W1 / W2: Welding width Figure 1: Schematic side view of the conventional lighting cover support beam structure; Figure 2: Example diagram of the actual deformation of the conventional lighting cover; Figure 3: Schematic side view of the support beam structure of the lighting cover in the preferred embodiment of the present invention; Figure 4: Partial three-dimensional schematic diagram of the support beam structure of the lighting cover in the preferred embodiment of the present invention. 11: First cross beam 12: Second cross beam 13: Oblique angle dividing beam 131: Upper welding surface 132: Lower welding surface 14: Side beam 141 / 142 / 143: Welding wires 15: Decorative part 20: Cross beam 30: Vertical beam 40: Lighting cover H2: Support height S: Stress S1: Parallel stress S2: Vertical stress W1 / W2: Welding width
