The present invention provides an apparatus comprising one or more processors and one or more memories storing commands to be executed by the one or more processors; and when executing the commands, the one or more processors are configured to: obtain at least one of the following: first information relating to the fill rate of a product; second information relating to the inventory level of the product; or third information relating to the outbound quantity of the product; determine recommended measures to eliminate or prevent an out-of-stock condition of the product based on at least one of the first, second, or third information; generate display information that causes the recommended measures to be displayed on a page; wherein the recommended measures are one of the following: a first measure instructing a supplier to negotiate existing orders for the product; a second measure instructing a new order for the product; or a third measure instructing a change in the order status of existing orders for the product.
