Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a lifting nut and a support device having the lifting nut, and more particularly to a lifting nut for supporting a raised floor and a support device having the lifting nut. Prior Technology

[0002] In current anti-static computer rooms and cleanrooms in various technology industries, raised floor systems have become standard equipment for constructing these controlled spaces. To support the increasing number and size of the equipment in these spaces, existing raised floors are mostly made of aluminum alloy through processes such as mold making, aluminum melting, die casting, shaping, and trimming.

[0003] However, when installing a raised floor system, the limited flatness of the underlying building surface can result in an uneven surface after the system is installed. Therefore, adjustment mechanisms must be incorporated into the support structure of the raised floor system. Furthermore, the increasing size and / or centralization of equipment means that the load per unit area of the raised floor is constantly increasing. To support these increasing loads, the raised floor and support structure must be thickened or enlarged, thus increasing the load on the building floor slab. Therefore, both the raised floor and the support structure must increase their load-bearing capacity while simultaneously reducing their own weight.

[0004] Therefore, how to overcome the problems of the aforementioned conventional technologies has become an urgent issue that needs to be addressed. Summary of the Invention

[0005] In view of the various deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a lifting nut for a rod to pass through. The lifting nut includes: a supporting top plate, which is a metal plate with a screw hole in the center for the rod to pass through; a cylindrical part, which is welded to the bottom of the supporting top plate, the outer periphery of the supporting top plate protruding from the outer side of the upper end of the cylindrical part, and the inner diameter of the cylindrical part is larger than the screw hole and the outer diameter of the rod, so that the cylindrical part is a hollow tubular body with a hollow hole; and a groove formed around the outer periphery of the cylindrical part.

[0006] In the aforementioned lifting nut, a plurality of weld beads or weld points are formed between the circular tube portion and the supporting top plate, and the plurality of weld beads or weld points are evenly distributed at the junction of the inner peripheral wall of the circular tube portion and the supporting top plate.

[0007] In the aforementioned lifting nut, the supporting top plate includes a polygonal rotating part, and the width of the supporting top plate is greater than the outer diameter of the circular tube part.

[0008] In the aforementioned lifting nut, the rod body has a threaded portion, and the inner wall surface of the threaded hole has a thread that matches the threaded portion of the rod body so that the rod body and the lifting nut can be rotatably coupled together.

[0009] In the aforementioned lifting nut, the diameter of the screw hole is between 19.05 mm and 25.4 mm.

[0010] In the aforementioned lifting nut, the height from the top surface of the supporting top plate to the bottom end of the circular tube is less than 33 mm.

[0011] In the aforementioned lifting nut, the thickness of the supporting top plate is greater than or equal to 5 millimeters (mm).

[0012] In the aforementioned lifting nut, the height of the round tube portion is less than 26 millimeters (mm).

[0013] In the aforementioned lifting nut, the width of the groove is 6 millimeters (mm) or more.

[0014] The present invention further provides a support device for supporting a raised floor. The support device includes: a base; a column fixedly mounted on the base; a rod located on the axis of the column and having threads; a support seat disposed at the top of the rod for mounting a plurality of frame members, and the support seat is provided with fixing washers for mounting the raised floor thereon; and a lifting assembly disposed at the top of the column, the lifting assembly including a lifting nut, at least one limiting screw, and a rotating component; wherein the lifting nut is for the rod to pass through and includes interconnected supports. The top plate, the round tube portion, and the groove are provided. The outer periphery of the supporting top plate of the lifting nut protrudes from the outer wall of the column. The outer diameter of the round tube portion of the lifting nut is smaller than the inner diameter of the column, so that the round tube portion of the lifting nut is accommodated in the column. The supporting top plate is slidably engaged with the top of the column with its bottom surface. At least one limiting screw passes through the wall of the column, and one end of the limiting screw extends into and abuts against the groove of the lifting nut after passing through the wall of the column. The rotating member is rotatably engaged with the threaded portion of the rod.

[0015] In the aforementioned support device, when the rotating member is not pressed against the lifting nut, the lifting nut is rotated relative to the rod body to cause the rod body to produce an upward or downward linear movement, thereby adjusting the length of the tube column protruding from the rod body and the height of the support base. When the rotating member and the lifting nut are locked together, the rod system is fixed by the rotating member and the lifting nut.

[0016] In the aforementioned support device, each of the limiting screws has a driving part at one end exposed outside the column. By rotating the driving part, the limiting screw is rotated to extend into and abut against the groove of the lifting nut to fix the lifting nut, thereby stopping and tightening the rod. The limiting screw is provided with at least one first fixing nut and one second fixing nut at the insertion point. The first fixing nut is fixed on the surface of the column, and by rotating the second fixing nut, it abuts against the first fixing nut, so that the limiting screw is fixed by the first fixing nut and the second fixing nut together.

[0017] In the aforementioned support device, the support top plate is a metal plate with a screw hole for the rod to pass through; the cylindrical part is welded to the bottom of the support top plate, the outer periphery of the support top plate protrudes from the outer side of the upper end of the cylindrical part, and the inner diameter of the cylindrical part is larger than the screw hole and the outer diameter of the rod, so that the cylindrical part is a hollow tubular body with a hollow hole; and the groove is formed around the outer periphery of the cylindrical part.

[0018] As can be seen from the above, the support device of the present invention mainly reduces the weight and material usage of the lifting nut and the support device as a whole by using a hollow tubular round tube part, and simplifies the manufacturing process of the lifting nut and reduces its manufacturing cost by welding the hollow tubular round tube part to the plate-shaped support top plate. Changes or adjustments to their relative relationships, without substantially altering the technical content, should also be considered within the scope of the present invention.

[0029] Figures 1A and 1B are schematic diagrams related to embodiments of the support device of the present invention; Figures 2 and 2-1 are schematic diagrams related to embodiments of a raised floor system applying the support device of the present invention; Figures 3A-1, 3A-2, 3B, and 3C are schematic diagrams related to embodiments of the anti-lift nut of the present invention. In this embodiment, the support device 1 defines the direction of the frame configuration as left and right (arrow X in Figures 1B and 2) and front and back (arrow Y in Figures 1B and 2), and the direction along the height of the support device 1 as up and down (arrow Z in Figures 1B and 2). It should be understood that this orientation is used to illustrate the configuration of this embodiment and is not particularly limiting.

[0030] As shown in Figures 1A and 1B, the support device 1 provided in this embodiment includes: a base 11, a column 10, a rod 12, a support seat 14, and a lifting assembly 1a.

[0031] The base 11 is a rectangular plate that is fixed to the ground by means of a plurality of through holes 110 through which fasteners such as bolts or expansion screws (not shown) are inserted. For example, the plurality of through holes 110 are located at the four corners of the base 11.

[0032] The column 10 is a hollow cylindrical metal column, with its bottom end fixed to the center of the base 11, and the rod 12 is inserted into the top of the column 10.

[0033] The rod 12 is located on the axis of the column 10, with one end inserted into the column 10 and the other end extending from the top of the column 10. The outer peripheral surface of the rod 12 includes a threaded portion 12a. The threaded portion 12a may only cover a partial area along the length of the outer peripheral surface of the rod 12, but in this embodiment, the threaded portion 12a extends to cover the entire outer peripheral surface of the rod 12, that is, the rod 12 is a screw.

[0034] The support base 14 is a cross-shaped metal plate with an approximately square outer perimeter, and is disposed and joined to the top of the rod 12. For example, the bottom of the support base 14 can be fixed to the top of the rod 12 by welding. Alternatively, a snap-fit structure (not shown) can be provided or formed between the bottom of the support base 14 and the top of the rod 12 to allow the support base 14 to snap or fasten onto the rod 12. Alternatively, the support base 14 can be screwed onto the rod 12. This embodiment does not have any particular limitations in this regard.

[0035] Please refer to Figures 2 and 2-1. The four sides and four opposite corners of the support base 14 each form a frame support portion 14s for mounting a plurality of frame pieces 2. Each frame support portion 14s may also be provided with at least one first fixing hole 141, and the end of each frame piece 2 is correspondingly provided with a second fixing hole 20, so that the frame piece 2 can be locked onto the frame support portion 14s of the support base 14 by screws 21 passing through each second fixing hole 20 and the corresponding first fixing hole 141. Each frame support portion 14s is further provided with at least one third fixing hole 142, and screws 41 are used to pass through the fixing holes 40 and the third fixing holes 142 of the raised floor 4 to fix the four feet of the raised floor 4 onto the support base 14 respectively.

[0036] Additionally, a fixing pad 13 is provided on the support base 14 for the raised floor 4 to be installed on it. Four limiting protrusions 131 are provided on the top surface of the fixing pad 13 near each side. When one corner of a raised floor 4 is placed on the fixing pad 13 on the top of the support base 14, the bottom of the corner of the raised floor 4 is correctly positioned by being blocked by the limiting protrusions 131, facilitating the installation of the raised floor 4.

[0037] The lifting assembly 1a is located at the top of the column 10 and includes an anti-lift nut 15, at least one limiting screw 16, a first fixing nut 161, a second fixing nut 162 and a rotating component 17.

[0038] The lifting nut 15 is for the rod 12 to pass through. As shown in Figures 3A-1 to 3C, the lifting nut 15 includes a supporting top plate 151, a cylindrical tube 152, and a groove 153. The supporting top plate 151 is a metal plate with a screw hole 1510 in the center for the rod 12 to pass through. The cylindrical tube 152 is welded to the bottom of the supporting top plate 151. The inner diameter of the cylindrical tube 152 is larger than the inner diameter of the screw hole 1510 and the outer diameter of the rod 12 to form a hollow hole 155. That is, the cylindrical tube 152 is a hollow tubular body to reduce the weight of the lifting nut 15 and reduce material costs. When the rod 12 passes through the lifting nut 15, it will not contact the inner wall of the cylindrical tube 152. Furthermore, the outer periphery of the circular tube portion 152 is located below the supporting top plate 151, and the outer diameter of the circular tube portion 152 is smaller than the inner diameter of the column 10, so that the circular tube portion 152 is accommodated within the column 10, and the outer diameter of the circular tube portion 152 is smaller than the width of the supporting top plate 151; the outer periphery of the supporting top plate 151 not only protrudes from the outer side of the upper end of the circular tube portion 152, but also protrudes from the outer wall of the column 10, so that the supporting top plate 151 is slidably supported on the top of the column 10 with its bottom surface. A groove 153 is formed around the outer periphery of the circular tube portion 152.

[0039] The supporting top plate 151 and the cylindrical section 152 are joined by welding. Since plate-shaped and tubular parts are relatively easy to manufacture without requiring special or expensive equipment, and welding is a fundamental technique in the relevant industries, this method of manufacturing the lifting nut 15 effectively simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces production costs. Preferably, the weld between the supporting top plate 151 and the cylindrical section 152 is located at the junction of the top end of the entire inner surface of the cylindrical section 152 and the supporting top plate 151. The supporting top plate 151 can be a hexagon with symmetrical opposite sides, or a square with symmetrical opposite sides, and tools can be used to apply force to opposite sides of the hexagon or square to rotate the supporting top plate 151. As shown in Figures 3A-2 and 3B, in some variations, welding can also be performed by means such as spot welding, forming a plurality of weld points or weld beads 154 between the circular tube portion 152 and the supporting top plate 151, thereby further reducing the weight of the lifting nut 15. Furthermore, these plurality of weld points or weld beads 154 are evenly distributed at the junction of the inner peripheral wall of the circular tube portion 152 and the supporting top plate 151, thereby evenly bearing the force during operation.

[0040] In addition, the supporting top plate 151 also includes a rotating part 151a. As shown in Figures 3A-3, in some variations, the rotating part 151a may only cover the upper half of the supporting top plate 151, and its diameter or diagonal length may be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the top of the column 10. The lower half of the supporting top plate 151 abutting the top of the column 10 still protrudes from the outer wall of the column 10, thus slightly reducing the overall weight of the lifting nut 15. The rotating part 151a may be polygonal, such as the hexagon shown in this embodiment, so as to receive the force of a tool such as a wrench (not shown) to drive the lifting nut 15 to rotate as a whole. In some variations, the rotating part 151a may also be quadrilateral, star-shaped, or quincunx-shaped, etc., and this embodiment does not have any particular limitation in this regard.

[0041] In addition, as described above, the rod 12 has a threaded portion 12a. The inner wall surface of the screw hole 1510 through which the rod 12 passes in the lifting nut 15 can be smooth or it can be formed with a thread 151p that matches the threaded portion 12a of the rod 12 so that the rod 12 and the lifting nut 15 can be rotatably coupled together.

[0042] In some embodiments, the diameter D of the screw hole 1510 is between 19.05 mm and 25.4 mm, to allow a rod 12 with a diameter of 19.05 mm (3 / 4 inch) to 25.4 mm (1 inch) to pass through. The height H1 of the lifting nut 15 from the top surface of the support plate 151 to the bottom end of the cylindrical tube 152 is 33 mm or less. Furthermore, to ensure the lifting nut 15 can provide sufficient load, the thickness d of the support plate 151 is greater than or equal to 5 mm. To reduce weight while providing sufficient mechanical strength, the height H2 of the cylindrical tube 152 can be reduced to 28 mm or less.

[0043] The rotating part 17 can also be a nut, such as the hexagonal nut shown in this embodiment, which is rotatably screwed onto the threaded portion 12a of the rod 12 between the lifting nut 15 and the support base 14.

[0044] In this embodiment, the inner wall surface of the screw hole 1510 of the lifting nut 15 is formed with a thread 151p that matches the threaded portion 12a of the rod 12. When the four corners of the raised floor 4 are fixed to the support base 14, as shown in the raised floor system 3 in Figure 2, a plurality of support devices 1 are set on the ground F, and a plurality of frame pieces 2 are respectively mounted on the support base 14 of these support devices 1 to form a mesh-like support structure. At this time, the lifting nut 15 and the rod 12 are restricted to one unit by the raised floor 4, that is, the lifting nut 15 can only rotate in place. When the lifting nut 15 is rotated, it can drive the rod 12 to move up and down linearly to adjust the level of the raised floor 4. Therefore, the rod 12 will move up or down relative to the column 10 and the support device 1 as a whole (that is, rise and fall along the direction of arrow Z in Figure 1B), that is, adjust the length of the rod 12 protruding from the column 10 and the height of the support base 14. After the adjustment is completed, rotate the rotating part 17 to lock it with the lifting nut 15, so that the rod body 12 can be fixed by the rotating part 17 and the lifting nut 15.

[0045] The limiting screw 16 passes through the wall of the column 10, and one end of the limiting screw 16 extends into and abuts against the groove 153 of the lifting nut 15 after passing through the wall of the column 10 to fix the lifting nut 15. Since the length of the rod 12 extending out of the column 10 can be adjusted by rotating relative to the lifting nut 15, fixing the lifting nut 15 and the rotating member 17 simultaneously stops and tightens the rod 12. Furthermore, since the groove 153 of the lifting nut 15 needs to allow the end of the limiting screw 16 to extend into it, the width w of the groove 153 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the end of the limiting screw 16, for example, 6 mm or more.

[0046] In a specific embodiment, the lifting assembly 1a includes at least one limiting screw 16. As shown in Figures 1A and 1B, this embodiment uses two limiting screws 16 symmetrically arranged around the periphery of the column 10 as an example. However, multiple limiting screws, such as three or four, can also be used as needed to distribute them evenly around the periphery of the column 10. This embodiment does not impose any restrictions on this.

[0047] The end of the limiting screw 16 exposed outside the column 10 has a driving portion 160. The driving portion 160 can be polygonal, such as a quadrilateral or hexagonal block, that is, the limiting screw 16 can be a square screw or a hexagonal screw. Alternatively, the driving portion 160 can also be a block with triangular, quadrilateral, hexagonal, star-shaped or star-shaped recesses, that is, the limiting screw 16 is an internal triangular, internal quadrilateral, internal hexagonal, or star-shaped or star-shaped screw. By using a tool with a corresponding configuration to rotate the driving portion 160, the limiting screw is rotated and inserted into the column 10 and pressed against the groove 153 of the lifting nut 15. In this embodiment, two internal hexagonal screws are used as examples of the limiting screws 16.

[0048] Additionally, a first fixing nut 161 may be provided at each insertion point of the limiting screw 16 on the column 10, so that the limiting screw 16 passes through the wall of the column 10 after being screwed into the first fixing nut 161. In some embodiments, the first fixing nut 161 may be fixed to the surface of the column 10 by welding or other means. In other variations, a second fixing nut 162 is further connected between the driving part 160 of each limiting screw 16 and the first fixing nut 161, and the limiting screw 16 is fixed by the first fixing nut 161 and the second fixing nut 162 by rotating the second fixing nut 162 to press against the first fixing nut 161.

[0049] Thus, when using the support device 1 provided in this embodiment to erect the raised floor system 3 in Figure 2, firstly, a plurality of support devices 1 are placed on the ground F, and then a plurality of frame pieces 2 are respectively erected on the support seats 14 of these support devices 1 to form a mesh-like support structure. Then, the extension length of the rod 12 is adjusted by the lifting component 1a to adjust the height of each support seat 14. After that, a plurality of rectangular raised floor pieces 4 can be arranged on the mesh-like support structure, and screws 41 are locked into the fixing holes 40 at each corner of each raised floor piece 4 in Figure 2-1 to fix the four corners of each raised floor piece 4 to a support device 1 (that is, four raised floor pieces 4 are respectively erected on a single support device 1), thereby forming a raised floor system 3.

[0050] This embodiment also provides a lifting nut 15 for a rod 12 to pass through. The lifting nut 15 includes: a supporting top plate 151, which is a metal plate and has a screw hole 1510 in the center for the rod 12 to pass through; a circular tube portion 152, which is welded to the lower end of the supporting top plate 151 and the inner diameter of the circular tube portion 152 is larger than the screw hole 1510 and the outer diameter of the rod 12; and a groove 153, which is formed around the outer circumferential surface of the circular tube portion 152.

[0051] In some variations of the implementation, a plurality of weld beads 154 or weld points are formed between the circular tube portion 152 and the supporting top plate 151, and the plurality of weld beads 154 or weld points are evenly distributed at the junction of the inner peripheral wall of the circular tube portion 152 and the supporting top plate 151.

[0052] As shown in Figure 3A-3, in some variations of the implementation, the supporting top plate 151 includes a rotating part 151a. The rotating part 151a can be a hexagon with opposite sides symmetrical, or it can be a quadrilateral with opposite sides symmetrical. A tool can be used to apply force to the opposite sides of the hexagon or quadrilateral to rotate the rotating part 151a. The width of the opposite sides of the rotating part 151a is smaller than the width of the opposite sides of the rotating part 151a in Figure 3A-1.

[0053] In some variations of the implementation, the rotating part 151a is polygonal.

[0054] In some variations of the implementation, the rod 12 has a threaded portion 12a, and the inner wall of the threaded hole 1510 has a thread 151p that matches the threaded portion 12a of the rod 12, allowing the rod 12 and the lifting nut 15 to be rotatably coupled. When the four corners of the raised floor 4 are respectively fixed to the support base 14, as shown in the raised floor system 3 in Figure 2, a plurality of support devices 1 are set on the ground F, and a plurality of frame members 2 are respectively mounted on the support base 14 of these support devices 1 to form a mesh-like support structure.

[0055] In some variations of the implementation, the width w of the groove 153 is 6 millimeters (mm) or more.

[0056] In summary, the support device of the present invention reduces the weight and material usage of the lifting nut and the support device as a whole by using a hollow tubular round tube portion, and simplifies the manufacturing process of the lifting nut and reduces its manufacturing cost by welding the hollow tubular round tube portion to the plate-shaped support top plate.

[0057] The above embodiments are illustrative of the principles and effects of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify the above embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. A support device for supporting a raised floor, the support device comprising: Base; The tubular column is fixedly mounted on the base; A rod, located on the axis of the column and having threads, has one end inserted into the column and the other end extending out of the column; a support base, fixed at its bottom to the top of the rod for mounting multiple frame components, and a fixing washer provided on the support base for mounting the raised floor; and a lifting assembly, located at the top of the column, comprising a lifting nut, at least one limiting screw, and a rotating component; wherein the lifting nut is for the rod to pass through and includes an interconnected support top plate, a circular tube portion, and a groove, and the support top plate of the lifting nut is a metal plate with a threaded hole for the rod to pass through, and the outer periphery of the support top plate protrudes from the upper end of the circular tube portion. The lifting nut protrudes from the outer wall of the column. The cylindrical portion of the lifting nut is welded to the bottom of the support top plate. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the column, and the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion is larger than the screw hole and the outer diameter of the rod body. This makes the cylindrical portion of the lifting nut a hollow tubular body that is housed in the column and has a hollow hole. The support top plate is slidably connected to the top of the column with its bottom surface. The groove is formed around the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion. At least one limiting screw passes through the wall of the column, and one end of the limiting screw extends into and abuts against the groove of the lifting nut after passing through the wall of the column. The rotating member is rotatably connected to the threaded portion of the rod body.

11. The support device as described in claim 10, wherein, When the rotating component is not engaged with the lifting nut, the lifting nut is rotated relative to the rod body to cause the rod body to move upward or downward in a straight line, thereby adjusting the length of the rod body protruding from the column and the height of the support base. When the rotating component and the lifting nut are locked together, the rod system is fixed by the rotating component and the lifting nut.

12. The support device as described in claim 10, wherein, Each limiting screw has a driving part at one end exposed outside the column. By rotating the driving part, the limiting screw is rotated to extend into and abut against the groove of the lifting nut to fix the lifting nut, thereby stopping and tightening the rod. At least one first fixing nut and one second fixing nut are provided at the insertion point of the limiting screw. The first fixing nut is fixed to the surface of the column, and by rotating the second fixing nut to abut against the first fixing nut, the limiting screw is fixed by the first fixing nut and the second fixing nut together.
